28/04/2026: A place I frequent for lunch: Le Lafayette, often with my family, and it's always a pleasure to return. The restaurant is quite small, so I recommend making a reservation. It has a very convivial atmosphere, somewhat reminiscent of a traditional Lyonnais bistro. The service is relaxed, sometimes a little informal, but always warm—you really feel at home. And when the owner is in the mood, he even sings along to French classics, which adds to the charm of the place 🎶 As for the food, it's difficult for me to judge the entire menu… because I always order the same thing 😄: the rare flank steak with shallot sauce, served on a large board with fries and salad. And it's incredible. The cooking is perfectly executed, the meat is tender, the sauce delicious… a real treat every time. It's generous, flavorful, and very well prepared. For meat lovers, it's definitely a place to know. My companions tried other dishes and were always very satisfied as well: you can taste the homemade quality, the fresh ingredients, and the food prepared to order. In short, an authentic, friendly, and generous place that I recommend without hesitation—and where I will continue to return with pleasure. ✨

18/05/2026: Don't go there for the food; it's far too expensive for what it is. It's not that it's bad, but it's absolutely not worth the price. Otherwise, the service and atmosphere are excellent.

11/03/2026: Hello. Nice and pretty village restaurant. We got takeaway pizzas, but being good Italians... we found them just average: the crust was much too thin. We also tried the pizzas from the vending machine and they were better. What a shame. This is a positive review, hoping to return and that it will be a bit better 😉. 09/06/2026: The waiter who served us outside gave our friend, who is allergic to alcohol, a "virgin" mojito with alcohol. He was very unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend anyone come here, especially with better options right next door. A truly horrible experience, and bordering on dangerous. I'm disappointed.

29/06/2026: Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs! I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I've never seen such disgusting service and food! To begin with, a 45-minute wait for two wraps, about twenty takeout orders served before mine, and two dine-in orders placed after mine that came out first. When my order finally arrived, I went to eat, and the sauce on the wrap was so awful I almost threw up, so I immediately spat it all out. I went to the guy in the kitchen and told him his wrap was inedible and his sauce was expired. A sauce I always get from other places. I asked him to make it again, but he refused and started being rude. All this just so he could throw €7.50 at me as if I owed him money. You seriously need to rethink how you serve your customers! I will never set foot in this place again and I strongly advise against it!!!

26/06/2026: Sadly I was forced to give at least one star! Asked for a glass of Chablis and was told, “You get that up north”, and was given two options to choose from. As a Scottish couple, we’ve had a warmer welcome from Boaby in the Clansman, not to mention a lovely glass of Chablis 800 miles north of Lyon. So glad we didn’t ask for a whisky! Slàinte mhath

07/07/2026: Hygiene: 4.5/5 Service: Not very friendly, but quick afterward when using a computer, which is a shame... Atmosphere: Very noisy. The ramen is good. If it's your first time, get a simple one; avoid the ones with soy sauce broth. Otherwise, if you want to try something new, there are several options.

A special mention goes to the bartender and his floral shirt, which immediately set the mood and made you want to go on vacation! We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this establishment.
