16/11/2025: A lovely restaurant right next to the stage, offering two classic but good set menus served by a charming gentleman who took excellent care of us. We had a very pleasant evening.

10/10/2026: We had lunch as a couple; my wife had a very generous pizza, and there was just one small complaint about the scallop risotto, where the rice was a bit too mushy. It's true that making a good risotto is quite difficult. But no regrets, we'll be back.

14/09/2026: Nothing to complain about except the waiter who, when giving us our order, told us that logically, we shouldn't go upstairs, even though there were already other people eating there (two tables). So there was no reason to think we shouldn't go, especially since it was quite crowded downstairs for a Sunday evening. Then there were several "slippery" signs, but they weren't very clear. At first, I just assumed it was slippery because someone had spilled something. They should just put up a sign saying "upstairs closed" or a plastic strip across the staircase to physically close it off in that case, but that would be a shame because that's precisely where you'd go to be a bit more peaceful than downstairs, where the children are often... It's a shame to finish your meal feeling rushed because cleaning had already started upstairs at 9:20 pm, even though the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm. I can understand that the staff are getting ahead to go home earlier, but well, they might as well close the restaurant at 9:30 pm in that case (or else clean in the morning, before opening).

18/09/2026: A very warm welcome from a lovely lady. The products I bought at the grocery store were very good (local farm butter and garlic). I recommend it.

12/08/2026: Convenient grocery store that allowed my dog. Helpful and pleasant staff. Prices rather high.

28/09/2026: We were greeted with a smile and the pastries were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the pain au chocolat.

18/08/2026: Only for fans of reinforced concrete; their bread is inedible. Furthermore, the saleswoman was extremely unpleasant to me, especially when I tried to pay by credit card.

07/10/2026: We came for lunch on Sunday. The terrace with its panoramic sea view promised a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the service was completely lacking. After being seated, we had to wait a good fifteen minutes for the menu. Our aperitifs and order were quickly taken, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for our starters, and almost an hour more for our main courses. Dissatisfaction began to surface on the terrace, as we weren't the only ones getting impatient. Some customers couldn't understand why they were being served after others who had arrived much later, or others who had made reservations and were discovering upon arrival that their table hadn't even been set. A waitress told the former group to go to a fast-food restaurant if they weren't happy. Absolutely ludicrous. As for the food, it was just okay, nothing special, but at a price that is completely unjustified. In particular, the side dish consisted of a pre-packaged rösti accompanied by a salad with an equally pre-packaged dressing. This seems to be the standard side dish regardless of the main course ordered. I'll make a special mention of the homemade dessert, the "crepiaux," which resembles a kind of apple clafoutis that has become rubbery from being overcooked. All this for a bill of over 100 euros for two people, without us feeling particularly welcome. A word to the wise.

03/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to visit Soizic's, where the quality of the galettes and crêpes is consistently excellent. High-quality ingredients, a real treat for the taste buds. A warm welcome and friendly service. A lovely place, and we've been returning with pleasure for many years. A great menu for both galettes and crêpes.

07/08/2026: A calm and intimate atmosphere, very good quality food, and a reasonable price, around €16 per person. Clean restrooms. The three of us had a great time.

11/07/2026: The shortest gentleman is incredibly kind. He was out of coffee capsules, so he went to get me some from across the street. Very, very kind. Clean, very good. It's really great.

16/09/2026: The roast pork was amazing!! A beautiful, generously filled platter, homemade fries... lovely setting, excellent service. The only downside was that the main courses were served at the same time as the aperitif.

07/09/2026: Ended up here for lunch on the way. The weather was nice and we got a spot in the garden by the stream. Fast and excellent service. They certainly know their prices.

21/06/2026: Stayed 4 nights here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 410 which is a nice room and well decorated and reasonably priced. The room is quiet, and you can hardly hear outside if you keep the windows shut. There is a pub behind the hotel which serves Guinness and a local lounge bar not far on the same street as the hotel which is quite handy The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from local restaurants, some even open outside of normal meal hours. You are not far from small shops where you can buy most of what you would need when on holidays However, I cannot give more than 3 stars because of the following. -The Wi-Fi exists but with 5-6 MBPs, it is barely usable and definitely no way you can stream, it also cuts out regularly and at the end of the day, I used my 5G -The floor from the bed to the second part of the room slopes down, it is not flat, probably OK for most people but difficult if you have a disability walking as I do -The website mentions a bar,  https://www.hotelwindsor.fr/   but there is no bar, not only is there no bar, you cannot buy beer from reception, to make matters worse, there is no fridge in the room. Reception will, however, put your beer in their fridge upon request -The terrace outside the room is nice to have, but don't expect to be able to sit there and watch the sea unless you're very short and peep through the holes or extremely tall -There is no air conditioning or flow of air coming to the room, if you open a window, the outside is very noisy, and you have to keep the windows shut, the room can get a bit stuffy. -The Tripadvisor page says "Free High Speed Internet (WiFi)" which is false -The Tripadvisor page says "Free breakfast" which is also false

02/06/2026: Great location. Helpful staff. Our room with sea view and balcony was extremely tired. Very good breakfast.

14/10/2026: We came back because the first time we were very happy with the service, welcome, and quality. And it's even better today.

11/10/2026: Absolutely superb. It's almost gourmet, yet the value for money is excellent. A truly wonderful experience.
