The professionalism of the young girls impressed me so much, the hard work with a smile and the attention to everyone. The playlist is chosen with taste by a saleswoman who works here and that's good. Because music accompanies the presence of visitors, gives an atmosphere. Well done to you.

09/11/2025: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant, avoid it at all costs. We were a table of eight and came for mussels and fries. We were only informed after our aperitifs that they were out of mussels and shrimp. This can happen, but it should be indicated on the menu at the entrance or at least told us directly. The same thing happened with dessert. We were told there was only one crème brûlée and one tiramisu left… It's a bit much. I ate salami with burnt ratatouille. At the end, when the bill arrived, I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation… The waitress wouldn't hear of it and stood her ground. In short, avoid this place.

05/01/2026: Hello, I travel often and regularly stay in much better hotels for significantly less money. Here, €111 a night for a double room that looks nothing like the photos in the listing. The room is ridiculously small, the advertised desk is nonexistent, and the visuals are clearly misleading. Then comes the litany of extra charges: – €15 for parking for ONE night, even though the parking lot is advertised as being 800 meters away (false information) – and the icing on the cake: a €200 security deposit, as if we were staying in a luxury hotel… when everything is falling apart. In reality: • wobbly shower holder • shower head that doesn't stay in place • poorly soundproofed room, but the bedding isn't bad • low-end amenities at a premium price • €13 breakfast, not all-you-can-eat and not good quality… at most €6 worth. But the most shocking thing is the charge for stained sheets. So, to be clear: what does a woman who's menstruating do? Do we charge her? Do we make the customer feel guilty? It's shameful, archaic, and utterly disrespectful. Yes, the hotel is well located. But location doesn't justify everything, and certainly not: • lies, • abusive practices, • and contempt for the customer. Honestly, I hope this review will be your last in 2026 before you go bankrupt. At some point, you have to change careers. You have an establishment that many would dream of owning: learn to manage it, respect your customers, and maybe the ratings will follow. For my part, I made the mistake of booking too quickly without reading the reviews. Mistake corrected. This hotel has been permanently crossed off my list and propelled into my top two most shameful hotels I've ever stayed in, right behind the one with the cockroaches… (but at least that one cost €68 a night, so it was honest). Avoid it at all costs. Go away.

28/07/2025: We went to this restaurant despite the negative reviews because we'd already been there a while ago. I don't know if it's changed hands, but it was disgusting. Hygiene: dirty plates, sticky floors and tables, the wall above the buffet was all dusty, and especially the restrooms++ The buffet was almost empty, with a few sushi, spring rolls, and donuts, etc., served drop by drop. No beef with onions, no spicy chicken, rice and pasta, etc. Wock, a brown steak, a rib-eye steak, and a few skewers that duel, and seafood, but that doesn't inspire confidence. We had to ask several times, and they brought back small quantities, not enough for the number of people in the restaurant. The worst part is that the little we ate was bland, the fried food greasy. One positive point, and the only one, the well-stocked frozen desserts😁 When it came time to pay, I made a point and asked for something to be done because we had almost nothing to eat for 47.50 euros for 2 people. They spoke to each other in Chinese: the owner, the waiter, and a lady actually burst out laughing at each other!!! A disgrace!!! A total lack of respect😡😡 But I'm not going to leave it at that; it's unacceptable to behave like this😡 Conclusion: AVOID!!! NOT RECOMMENDED There are some very good Chinese restaurants like Le Bon Accueil, Le Pavillon du Bonheur, etc., and at least they respect their customers. They are rated 4.1 😄 either the ratings are old or people have never really tasted good Chinese food. I would have preferred to eat at a McDonald's tonight, even if I never go there.

08/09/2024: If you are in a hurry, go through the drive-thru, the take-out service inside is a little long but it guarantees you hot products. We have never been disappointed, if there happens to be an order error (this is very rare) it is corrected immediately.

03/01/2026: I picked up my order last night. I had to wait a bit, which wasn't a problem, I understand. There were two people there, but only one was working! The young guy had to do everything while the other person slumped over the counter watching videos on their phone with the volume blasting. The customer service leaves much to be desired. Luckily, the young guy was there to make up for it because the other person behind him was completely incompetent! There was absolutely no teamwork, and their professionalism was sorely lacking.

31/12/2025: An opening was announced for 11:00 AM today. My first call was at 11:05 AM with no answer, and several subsequent calls went unanswered. I had to go there in person, only to be flatly refused service for a cold pizza, apparently because they had too many orders, even though the phone in the shop wasn't ringing at all. Someone will have to explain to me how they can be overwhelmed when the phone doesn't ring while you're there, and especially when an employee doesn't answer. I don't know how people are supposed to place orders! Terrible service.

27/10/2025: I think even my dog ​​would have refused this taco—and he eats socks. The bread was as dry as a Sunday without Wi-Fi, the meat tasted like something ancient, and the merguez sausage looked like it had been invented by an angry apprentice chemist. If you're looking for a culinary experience bordering on divine punishment, go for it; this is the place. In short: a taco so bad I wanted to apologize to my stomach for putting it through that.

17/12/2024: Quite mixed... disappointed... the children's menus are really sad, the pizza is very unappetizing and the fish nuggets are very sad, my horse steak, the egg was overcooked and broken, no mash, few sauces, and melted cold bowls of semolina, on the other hand beautiful play structures for children...

21/08/2025: Very good tobacco for me, with a wide range of choices, very complete. The staff has always been cool to me too (except for the blonde cashier who seemed a little tense one evening, but otherwise very good). I can understand the comments about the customers, but even if you haven't obtained at least 4,000 XP points on the street, come without looking at anyone and everything should go well. PS: Put backwoods on sale, please; it would be really annoying.

18/10/2025: We were already very disappointed during a group meal in November 2024. We went back this afternoon to stay, and we won't be going again. It's such a shame to have a restaurant that still practices this way. The rather shocking message about the meat cooking method used for hygiene reasons. Nothing reassuring. The wall/pillar next to our table was really very dirty; I hope it was just chocolate, you might say. The burger was of little interest. The ice cream tasted bland, chocolate and praline, if not rather disgusting. I didn't eat my dessert. Although local, but won't be back. It's time to take control of this restaurant. PS: The service was much nicer than last time.... So, the kitchen still needs to be sorted out. Good luck to everyone.
