13/12/2025: L'Ours Noir is a must-visit at the Rouen Saint-Romain Fair. We've been going there for years; the roast pork platter is very generous, and the service is quick. Perhaps adding chairs for more comfort than the benches would be a plus.

18/03/2026: A lovely spot, a cozy and beautifully decorated restaurant with an exhibition of paintings by a local artist from Dieppe. High-quality, well-presented cuisine (the andouille sausage deserves a medal!) and truly homemade desserts 🧡. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.

08/03/2026: What a shame that such a lovely setting was spoiled by an incredibly rude waiter. The first second set the tone: no greeting, and he practically threw the menu on the table. Everything that followed only confirmed it. My thoughts go out to the kind lady who has to work with this person every day. Mr. Waiter, if you're reading this, please consider changing careers; the restaurant business is definitely not for you. We won't be back.

03/12/2024: We returned after a while, we found that the service was not like before and the food too, in Dieppe there is much better I do not recommend everything apart from the play area for the children, staff not friendly at all and serout the chef restaurant

20/09/2025: When we arrived, the waiter sat us outside, so I asked if we could eat inside. He replied that there were only two of us and he couldn't do both. We had a good meal. He gave us the menus, we asked him for the daily special (there wasn't one). No problem, we ordered the dish (3 seafood sauerkraut dishes (which is listed as the chef's specialty), and well, there wasn't one either... Lamentable... especially on a Saturday. We decided to leave and will never go back. A restaurant I don't recommend. The staff is also incompetent.

29/12/2025: The bread is excellent, the pastries too, and the service is always very welcoming. We're so glad we have them in Blangy because the bread at the other bakery is really terrible. Thank you!

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

21/09/2025: First pizza bought at Chez Fredo. Pleasant and friendly welcome. I ordered a Regina. As for the toppings, mushrooms galore, ham not great at all: low quality shoulder cubes and not enough cheese and no flavor. As for the dough: just 2 mm thick, burnt on the edges and not cooked enough underneath so extra soft. Too bad, I thought I would enjoy a real wood-fired pizza. If you like good pizzas, this is not the place to go.

29/01/2026: A clean establishment with a very varied buffet. From appetizers and main courses to desserts, there's something for everyone. Stir-fried beef in sauce, marinated shrimp, sushi... the choices are endless. A real highlight of the dessert buffet: fruit! Fresh, sliced, and in a fruit salad; all this alongside traditional pastries like doughnuts, chocolate-filled churros, and other sweet Asian specialties. A delight from start to finish. I highly recommend it! 😃 👍🏻

17/10/2025: A boss who usually jokes has forgotten what humor is..... unpleasant as hell when we told him, I repeat, with and with humor: no andouillettes on the menu.... we were rebuffed because he is the boss and he decides the à la carte menu. You have to relax, Sir, and differentiate between aggression and humor. Same when we asked for the side dish with the main course: here it's fries and nothing else... well the fries were average. When it came to the bill, we wanted to share, but the gentleman responded aggressively: it's too late, you should have said it first.... all that with love. No goodbye, nothing.... even the boss saw his behavior and was embarrassed for us. Too bad, the previous times were warmer... and there won't be a next time. Being friendly with your regular customers is good, but you mustn't forget the others if you want to keep your reputation. Have a good vacation, Sir, you need it
