04/01/2026: We reserved a Too Good To Go basket for Sunday, January 4th, between 3 pm and 4 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and discovered that the restaurant had permanently closed. The announcement for the basket was posted online yesterday morning. How is it possible to scam us like this when the restaurant has been closed for several days?! This is a huge scam! We are extremely angry and want a refund!

30/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We, along with our children, enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

28/05/2026: We came for lunch. The service was excellent, the restaurant was great with a magnificent view of Etretat beach. Don't hesitate to go, whether you want to stay overnight, eat, or simply have a drink!

02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

06/06/2026: Our stay was admittedly short, but it was very pleasant. The room was spotless, as was the shower, and the bed was also comfortable, which is important to me, especially after a long day. The host's welcome was warm, friendly, and pleasant; we thank him for his good humor. I highly recommend it, thank you again!

17/05/2026: Subway Saint-Sever: a disgrace. I ordered a 30-cent Steak & Cheese Sub, but there was no steak or cheese, literally zero cheese. The bun was completely soggy and wet, to the point that the sandwich was inedible. Everything leaked into the packaging; the preparation was sloppy and the product inedible. Considering the price, it's frankly unacceptable. I won't be going back.

15/04/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch last Monday. I'd been there a few years ago. It was really good. That wasn't the case on Monday. The waiters spend all their time on their phones, just like the cook, and when you have the audacity to bother them to ask them to clear your plates, you really get the feeling they're annoyed. Furthermore, the wok food is really terrible because it's boiled. And the noodles in the trays were completely undercooked. They tried to charge us five euros per plate because we hadn't finished. I pointed out that the food was either undercooked or overcooked, which is why we hadn't finished our plates. It's clear I won't be setting foot in this restaurant again, which used to be quite good. Since the change of ownership, it seems the customer isn't their priority. This might explain why there are so few people there now, whereas before it was packed. I hope they will at least take this message into account to change their business practices and improve their food. Just because it's all-you-can-eat doesn't mean it has to be mediocre.

01/12/2025: We ordered through Uber Eats. Once the order and payment were complete, I immediately noticed an error in the restaurant's address. I didn't have the option to cancel or modify the order through the app. So I called the restaurant. The person I spoke to told me it wouldn't be possible to cancel because they had too many orders and it would take too long to go to the kitchen and search using my name. Then the manager took the phone and tried to explain why my order couldn't be canceled. I confess I didn't understand any of the explanations. It was impossible to communicate with this person, who was clearly more frustrated by the situation than I was. We regret having experienced this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

17/05/2026: Very welcoming. The owner and his wife are lovely. The kebab and Lebanese food were excellent.

10/06/2026: I used to come here often, especially for the dessert poke bowls, which were amazing and generously portioned! Now, the dessert poke bowls are pathetic; they're only half full and don't taste anything like they used to. For the price, I'll make them myself. I no longer recommend this place.

14/06/2026: A huge thank you to Anaïs for her warm welcome and invaluable advice last night! Thanks to her, we took advantage of the supporter offer and ordered six pizzas with drinks. The pizzas were excellent, and the whole family loved them. Anaïs is friendly, professional, and very pleasant. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this bakery for its wide selection and excellent service!

16/02/2026: The pros: The place is nice, the steaks are good, and the service is friendly. The cons: No bread served at the table, and apparently no appetizers.

31/05/2026: I came on the evening of the Champions League final; the temperature was very high outside, so logically it was also high inside. We had a reservation for 10. The waiter came to ask us what we wanted to order. We ordered and simultaneously asked for a carafe of water because it was VERY HOT, and we were told, "Water is only served with food." Later, we learned that it was actually only the carafe of water that was served with food, but we could have had a glass of water. So, for the second seating, we reordered and asked for two more glasses of water in addition to the ten we had ordered. We were told, "Okay." In the end, no glasses of water. Then came the third seating. We all ordered something except for one person who asked for a glass of water, and they told him, "No, you have to order something." I reminded him that we were on our third seating, had been there for an hour, and it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). We decided not to make a fuss and reordered, asking for one more glass of water, but the order arrived, and still no glass of water. So we asked the owner for a glass of water. "No, guys, we don't serve water," he said. We replied, "What do you mean you have to? It's mandatory!" He responded, "No, you're not going to tell me how to do my job." So we retorted that it was the law, especially in this temperature, and he told us, "If you want, you can get up and go get some, let my waiter do his job." We didn't mind getting up, but he should have told us beforehand, and especially since I don't mean to be disrespectful to the waiter whose job it is to SERVE people. In short, I deplore the owner's tone over a glass of water in 30-degree heat. Finally, before the match started, a pint of beer was advertised as €6 until 9 pm, but at 6 pm, the price had gone back up to €7.50, and the happy hour discount was ultimately removed without explanation or warning before our second order.

22/05/2026: Excellent daily special. Finally, decent fries in this brasserie compared to other brasseries or restaurants in Rouen. Very good fish and chips. Reasonable prices.
