26/09/2026: A very warm welcome. Quick service. Excellent food and desserts. Smiling and very pleasant waitresses. And one of the few restaurants that opens at 8:30 pm. I highly recommend it.

21/10/2026: A very pleasant dinner with friends. The chorizo, egg, and cheese galette was excellent, and the chocolate and almond crepe for dessert was equally delicious. The dining room is quite small and cozy, and the welcome is warm. The service is perhaps a little fast, which can be convenient if you come for lunch, but less so in the evening if you want to chat a bit between courses. I still recommend it, though; it was very good 😊

16/11/2025: A lovely restaurant right next to the stage, offering two classic but good set menus served by a charming gentleman who took excellent care of us. We had a very pleasant evening.

28/09/2026: We were greeted with a smile and the pastries were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the pain au chocolat.

18/08/2026: Only for fans of reinforced concrete; their bread is inedible. Furthermore, the saleswoman was extremely unpleasant to me, especially when I tried to pay by credit card.

11/07/2026: The shortest gentleman is incredibly kind. He was out of coffee capsules, so he went to get me some from across the street. Very, very kind. Clean, very good. It's really great.

15/09/2026: An unexpected and much-appreciated spot right in the middle of the park. A real pleasure to relax there, whether for an early morning coffee, a refreshing afternoon break, or simply for lunch. The welcome is friendly. The only dish I've ordered so far was very good, well-seasoned. The only downside was the presence of numerous wasps around the plates, but the Tea Pavilion isn't responsible for that.

23/09/2025: We booked for 11 people to celebrate our mother's surprise birthday. Everything went perfectly, from the reservation to the end of the meal, including the quality of the food and service. We received a very warm welcome. The dishes were delicious, the staff was attentive and checked on us regularly to see if everything was alright. We were even treated to a birthday cake with a special touch on our mother's plate! Absolutely fantastic! We are very grateful to Sophie's restaurant for this wonderful family experience we were able to share.

25/07/2026: Great restaurant! There's something for everyone, and the all-you-can-eat meal is very reasonably priced. Good atmosphere. Nothing but praise!

04/06/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. All the staff were very kind and attentive. We were just a little disappointed with the rice, which was dry (curry rice/Cantonese rice).

14/10/2026: Three sips, and all that's left is crushed ice. €13 a glass. At that price, you expect to at least enjoy your cocktail. Either the price is too high, or there's too much ice: one of the two needs to be addressed. You can't ask customers to pay top dollar for so little to drink. And then you shouldn't complain that times are tough and customers are staying away from outdoor patios. Making people want to come back starts with the feeling that they're getting their money's worth. Being ripped off once is enough.

05/10/2026: Clearly my favorite bar in Lyon for the past two years. So many memories at this bar, the welcome is always so warm. The bartenders are always lovely, they recognize us and are so accommodating when we need more space on the terrace. I've celebrated two birthdays there, and even though they can't take reservations, they always do their best to make us feel comfortable and offer us free shots whenever they can. In short, Viktor is the place to be, and thanks to Léo and Julien who liven up our evenings every time! 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

01/09/2026: I took a picture of this dish to check the calories using an app that directed me here. This small salad was tasty and fit within my daily calorie limit. The service is quick and efficient for lunchtime.
