26/07/2026: If I could give it zero stars, I would. The machines don't work. It arrived cold, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, someone decided to eat from my double cheeseburger before wrapping it up and giving it to me. Plus, my 280 was just disgusting, so I ended up spitting it all out and not eating it at all. If you understand what I mean, I don't recommend going there.

15/07/2026: I went to McDonald's with two people. One of us was charging our phone, and a woman shouted haughtily in front of everyone, "I'll only give you 20 minutes to charge your phone, and then you can leave!" without even asking if we were going to order, even though we were. And regarding the cleanliness, the tables are sticky and don't look very clean; they probably aren't washed frequently.

31/07/2026: To those who say the pizzas from the vending machine are small: they're standard size. I'm a big eater and I'm completely satisfied! As for the price, I'm sorry, but their pizzas are worth it! The toppings are high quality and plentiful! We enjoy them every time! We live in Bois-Léveque and we have vending machines, but these are the best!

26/06/2026: We went here for lunch. It was an amazing experience! The interior is very neat, but the highlight is the view to the sea. The food and drinks were simply amazing and the staff was super polite and friendly. We would definitely come here again! :)

21/05/2026: I loved almost everything about my stay at the Novotel Le Havre. The staff was welcoming and always ready to meet my needs. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a varied selection. My only issue was the room temperature, as there were no windows (I had a suite, with a door opening onto a balcony in the living area). It was 25°C in the room (I had a thermometer), much too hot to sleep. Around 19°C is recommended for a good night's sleep. I was informed that management doesn't turn on the air conditioning until the end of May. The staff, who unfortunately had no control over turning the air conditioning on, lent me a fan, which allowed me to cool the room when I was out by leaving the balcony door open, but I had to close it at night because of the noise from the street.

17/05/2026: Despite friendly staff, a good location, and comfortable bedding, we had a terrible night due to the stifling heat in the room. Contrary to what is stated on the hotel's information sheet, the air conditioning is completely unavailable (it was turned off because it wasn't hot enough outside, according to the receptionist), and the heat in the rooms is almost unbearable. Not what you'd expect from a 4-star Novotel in this respect.

20/01/2026: Unjustified price of €120 for a 4-star hotel. The room was large and clean, but ugly. Outdated furniture. Bathroom in need of repair... All-you-can-eat breakfast for €20. Given the limited selection, we opted for the express breakfast at €9.50, served by the staff: we received a miserable sliver of baguette, not even fresh (the only choice offered was one pastry or one piece of baguette), a ridiculously tiny Lilliputian coffee, one yogurt, jam, butter, and honey, all served in equally microscopic quantities. The gluten-free bread offered was industrially produced and vacuum-packed, so I took the very dense baguette instead... Since we didn't order the buffet, we were told to take a seat and had to wait 15 minutes to be served. We are used to traveling, whether in 2-star or 4-star hotels. This Novotel is far inferior to all the B&Bs we've stayed at, which are much cheaper and have very decent breakfasts. When we returned the keys, they didn't even ask if we were satisfied with the service. They simply don't care, because it's a forced sale, given their prime location near the Zénith concert hall. In short, don't waste your money, and avoid it, especially the breakfast, because even at €9.50, it's a rip-off. You'll get better for the same price at a B&B or other hotels right next door, which are just as well located. There's absolutely no added value compared to a 4-star hotel. Luckily, we avoided the exorbitant restaurant prices the day before; otherwise, it would have been a terrible stay.

21/12/2025: Excellent location and lovely surroundings. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the food is delicious. Breakfast is superb, always served with a smile and excellent service by Catherine and Marie-Laure. My husband and I always enjoy staying here for work when we come to Normandy.

10/08/2026: Everything's fine in this establishment except the air conditioning... it's freezing cold... and has been for several weeks now. Even the employees, except those in the kitchen, aren't immune to catching a cold; the thermal shock during this heatwave isn't making things pleasant.

08/08/2026: I placed my order via click and collect and I saw all the other cars being served except me. I was all alone waiting, and seeing that my order wasn't arriving, I went to the counter and they told me they had forgotten to serve me.

02/06/2026: The bar closes at midnight; they stop serving after 11:00 PM. It's shameful, especially since the bar was empty.

09/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to have a drink while scratching away at the bar; what's more, Frank-Gérard, the bartender, is a gem. The same goes for the owner, Philippe.

05/08/2026: Most of the dishes were empty and not replenished. The staff and the cook were unfriendly. The seating was old, the ceilings were covered in black dust, and the kitchen floor was cleaned while my fish was cooking, and the dining room floor was swept while we were having our desserts.
