The kebab meat was dried out, there were very few vegetables on the plates, the takos were very dry, and there was hardly any sauce. On top of that, the price has increased significantly, and the prices online aren't up to date. We're done with them.

18/09/2025: Brilliant place but get there for opening time otherwise you might not get a table. The service was excellent, the food brilliant as they only have a set menu but don't let that put you off going, you will not be disappointed. The only thing is that serve wine by the glass and not as most restaurants in a piche or caraf.

28/08/2026: Excellent service; the person on the phone was able to guide me from my home to the restaurant (no need for GPS). I was surprised that the restaurant didn't accept restaurant cards, but the owner explained their decision. I completely understand and respect it. As for the pizzas, they are excellent and filling. A little tip from a computer scientist: try to improve the user experience on the website. In conclusion, I discovered this restaurant after the pizzeria in town closed for the holidays, and I am extremely pleased. I look forward to seeing you again if I am transferred to the area again.

25/08/2026: I ordered takeout, and when we picked it up we received a very warm welcome. We were given a tour of the dining rooms, and the dishes were excellent and generously portioned. A great find!

28/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. We were more than delighted. The menu offers excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the food is truly delicious. The half lobster was simply succulent. And the tarte tatin flambée with Calvados was divine. The staff is very pleasant.

26/05/2026: We went to celebrate an event and chose this gourmet restaurant that offered vegetarian dishes. It's quite rare to find such a service, and we were eager to see what they would offer. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that the menu only offered one dish: "seasonal vegetables." No starters, except for one main course where they offered to remove the fish. We had ordered the vegetable dish; it should be good, right? No, it was just awful! It was the same dish my partner ordered, the sea bass, but they had taken the trouble to remove the fish. There were pieces of carrot, a piece of broccoli, beetroot purée, and apples. Everything was steamed, some of it overcooked. Certainly vegetarian, but not very sophisticated, neither good nor a proper dish. And expensive. Generally, a visit to a restaurant is an opportunity to treat yourself, to eat things you wouldn't prepare at home, to be impressed by the skills of the kitchen staff. I was struck by the audacity of presenting themselves as a vegetarian-friendly restaurant without making the slightest effort to substantiate this claim. I can't comment on the other dishes, but judging by the care they took in preparing the vegetables, I'll let you form your own opinion. I advise the restaurant staff to either remove the claim of being vegetarian-friendly from their website or to genuinely offer vegetarian-friendly service!

13/09/2026: Hello To make a long story short: I couldn't detect the presence of alcohol in the cocktails, which weren't accompanied by snacks. Main courses were served with cold sides; the plates were sent back to the kitchen and returned hot, but the sides were still cold. Desserts were nicely presented: the Tarte Tatin and Pavlova were good, but the chocolate fondant was uninteresting. We had two glasses of wine for the table, plus a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of still water, all for €240, or €60 per person. I find the price disproportionate for this culinary experience, despite the beautiful view and very friendly staff.

12/09/2026: Absolutely disappointed by this restaurant where almost everything is frozen, the worst being the seafood. The langoustines were far too overcooked and clearly frozen. I pointed this out to the waitress, whose response was: “Sorry the langoustines were overcooked, but as for the shrimp, it’s not our fault, we receive them already cooked!” I ordered a ribeye steak with maître d’hôtel butter and received a cold, industrial peppercorn sauce in the center. The mashed potatoes were also frozen. In short, it’s a real shame because the setting and service are very good, but the food is absolutely not up to the price.

21/05/2026: I loved almost everything about my stay at the Novotel Le Havre. The staff was welcoming and always ready to meet my needs. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a varied selection. My only issue was the room temperature, as there were no windows (I had a suite, with a door opening onto a balcony in the living area). It was 25°C in the room (I had a thermometer), much too hot to sleep. Around 19°C is recommended for a good night's sleep. I was informed that management doesn't turn on the air conditioning until the end of May. The staff, who unfortunately had no control over turning the air conditioning on, lent me a fan, which allowed me to cool the room when I was out by leaving the balcony door open, but I had to close it at night because of the noise from the street.

17/05/2026: Despite friendly staff, a good location, and comfortable bedding, we had a terrible night due to the stifling heat in the room. Contrary to what is stated on the hotel's information sheet, the air conditioning is completely unavailable (it was turned off because it wasn't hot enough outside, according to the receptionist), and the heat in the rooms is almost unbearable. Not what you'd expect from a 4-star Novotel in this respect.

20/01/2026: Unjustified price of €120 for a 4-star hotel. The room was large and clean, but ugly. Outdated furniture. Bathroom in need of repair... All-you-can-eat breakfast for €20. Given the limited selection, we opted for the express breakfast at €9.50, served by the staff: we received a miserable sliver of baguette, not even fresh (the only choice offered was one pastry or one piece of baguette), a ridiculously tiny Lilliputian coffee, one yogurt, jam, butter, and honey served in equally microscopic quantities. The gluten-free bread offered was industrially produced and vacuum-packed, so I took the very dense baguette instead... Since we didn't order the buffet, we were told to take a seat and had to wait 15 minutes to be served. We are used to traveling, whether in 2-star or 4-star hotels. This Novotel is far inferior to all the B&Bs we've stayed at, which are much cheaper and have very decent breakfasts. When we returned the keys, they didn't even ask if we were satisfied with the service. They simply don't care, because it's a forced sale, given their prime location near the Zénith concert hall... In short, don't waste your money, and avoid it, especially the breakfast, because even at €9.50, it's a rip-off. You'll get better for the same price at a B&B or other hotels right next door, which are just as well located. There's absolutely no added value compared to a 4-star hotel. Luckily, we avoided the exorbitant prices of the restaurant the day before; otherwise, it would have been a terrible stay...

21/12/2025: Excellent location and lovely surroundings. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the food is delicious. Breakfast is superb, always served with a smile and excellent service by Catherine and Marie-Laure. My husband and I always enjoy staying here for work when we come to Normandy.

31/07/2026: Living nearby, I eat at Maestro Pizza very, very often and I have nothing but positive things to say. The pizzas are very reasonably priced, fresh, and always delicious! The staff is always very friendly, and if you have the slightest problem or request, they are accommodating and very customer-oriented! I highly recommend it; go for it without hesitation! 😚
