27/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious, made with quality ingredients. The staff is very welcoming. A very nice touch: high chairs are available for babies, which is really convenient for families. We had a great time and will gladly return.

20/07/2026: We arrived a little late, which isn't our usual practice, but we were still very warmly welcomed. A big thank you to the owner, who was lovely, and for the delicious food, with a special mention for the panna cotta! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. 17/07/2026: The only slight criticism I could make, especially for those unfamiliar with the region, is this: To point out and describe some unusual places: the Veolia waste treatment center in Rouen, nicknamed "the boat" because of its three ocean liner-style chimneys, the Flaubert Pavilion, the Napoleon Column, and the arrival point at La Bouille. Thank you.

23/05/2026: A super popular seafood restaurant. Reservations are not accepted. We visited in mid-May, and there was already a line at the door at 6:35 PM. When we entered promptly at 6:45 PM, there were still seats available, but it was completely full by about 6:55 PM. The food was delicious, and the ordering and serving were very fast. The baguette was average. The mussels in the mussel hot pot were too small, making it less satisfying. The fries were good. The fried calamari rings were good. A great restaurant that can quickly fill you up without being too expensive.

07/07/2026: Hello, when you travel 90 km round trip to come to the Auberge des Ruines, it's because you know the quality of the food and you go there without hesitation... today was actually our fourth visit. The welcome and setting are always pleasant, the presentation of the dishes superb, however, several things disappointed us: Having booked for 12:30 pm, the sea bass, which was on the menu, was already sold out, and it was only 12:30 pm, while the number of diners already there was quite reasonable... too bad, we had to settle for... cod at the same price on the menu... When asked if we had any allergies, we mentioned that my wife, due to a medical condition, cannot tolerate any seeds (diverticulitis problem...). The result was a bread basket with seeds and, more importantly, the cod, beautifully presented but with seeds... it was changed without any problem, but still. Finally, the dessert: strawberries with ice cream. The ice cream was soggy and melting, and the cooked strawberries were also soggy... the whole thing tasted like it had been taken straight from the freezer... which I refuse to believe. What a shame! I could have said all this to the manager if he had come to see how our meal was, or simply to the young woman who took the bill if she had asked. But no one asked, so I'm putting my comments in writing. With regret.
