11/04/2026: I'm quite spoiled when it comes to burgers, coming from Berlin, and not easily satisfied. Here you get a truly fresh and lovingly prepared burger. I had the Bergsteiger (Mountain Climber) and my wife had the Chevre with cheese fries. The meat is freshly ground on-site, and the fries are also freshly prepared right there (I've rarely experienced that). The owner is very friendly, and even small extra requests were happily accommodated. Highly recommended!

06/04/2026: Thank you to the lady for the smile and the warm welcome; the experience started well. However, I must admit that after seeing the reviews and photos, my expectations were very high, especially regarding the fries. The classic burger was cooked well; the first two bites were burnt beyond belief (onions? patty?). After that, it was okay, a little less cooked than expected, but I'm adapting... On the other hand, it was very greasy and dripping, not easy to eat. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, which is great. The fries... I love the potatoes used, the cut, exactly the kind of homemade fries I love, lightly salted or not salted at all, which is appreciated by me as I rarely (or never) add salt to my food, but still too greasy... 🥲 I ordered a large fry: a huge portion, great, I wasn't expecting so much, but I was disgusted by the grease.

26/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! A beautiful, quiet terrace in the heart of Hyères, surrounded by greenery, fresh produce and delicious dishes with the option of sharing plates, and attentive service!

25/04/2026: Visited as a family over Easter weekend for the 8:45 pm seating. Beautiful dishes, friendly and efficient staff. A lovely experience. We'll be back!

23/04/2026: Excellent experience. It had been a long time since I'd eaten at a restaurant of this caliber. The cuisine, entirely homemade, is delicious and perfectly executed. The ingredients are high-quality, and each dish is carefully prepared. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and pleasant. A place I recommend without hesitation!

26/04/2026: A fantastic discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The meat was absolutely exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each dish. The service was also excellent, with a welcoming and attentive team. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine meat. A nice bonus to the evening: there was a singer performing acoustically—it was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

17/04/2026: Exhibiting at the Brignoles fair with our beautiful American cars, we feasted on all the wood-fired grilled meats, cooked with love and passion by a true cowboy with a real passion for meat. He was assisted by his wife and son, as well as a bubbly and very efficient young woman, ensuring fast and cheerful service! Everyone was very welcoming, the work was meticulous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great! We'll be visiting their restaurant soon because, being meat lovers, it looks so tempting! 😋👍

19/03/2026: A truly wonderful place for traditional cuisine! A warm atmosphere with a fireplace and wood-fired cooking. The meat is a real treat, perfectly cooked. An authentic experience, just the way we like them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: the dishes were refined, with a genuine gastronomic approach. The value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you also to the young man who served us: very pleasant, professional, and passionate, he presented each dish with precision and enthusiasm. Well done to the whole team, we will gladly return!
