03/09/2024: After a nice bike ride, we stopped and ordered two beers. €17, high price, no price card offered. I asked to go to the toilet and the manager, who was not pleasant, told me that it was not possible because it was cleaning for the evening service and therefore categorically refused. Take advantage of it because one day you will no longer have tourists!

03/09/2024: The service is deplorable. We had 3 different waitresses with the impression of annoying them. We had to call them several times to order. Frozen fries are undercooked. It's impossible to remove an ingredient that doesn't suit you from a dish (for example, the apple in the hot goat's cheese salad due to allergies. You have to take something else according to the waitress). It's still decent if we ignore the negative points.

16/09/2024: Owner of an apartment in Cavalaire, the Foncia.com agency managed the seasonal rentals. I particularly thank Christel and Laureen for their professionalism, their advice and their responsiveness which made it possible to quickly resolve the problems encountered with the furniture or household appliances present in the apartment. 29/07/2024: Avoid Renting with Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer We rented an apartment through Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer in June 2024, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. This rental office was utterly unhelpful in addressing the issues we encountered before, during, and after our stay. To start, we struggled to reach anyone at the office to gain access to our apartment upon arrival. Once we finally entered, we found the apartment dirty, with bedding stained by body fluids—completely unacceptable. Our mornings were consistently ruined by construction works right next to our terrace, starting at 7:30 AM with loud drilling and grinding noises. When we raised this issue with the office, they flatly told us it wasn't their responsibility. After our holiday, the office claimed we hadn't paid a deposit. It took them a considerable amount of time to locate the payment, causing us undue stress and frustration. In summary, I strongly advise against renting through Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility significantly marred our holiday experience. 23/07/2024 We want to inform you that we already submitted a complaint at the Foncia office in Cavalaire-sur-Mer during and after our vacation. Unfortunately, all our arguments were dismissed, and no action was taken regarding our complaint. Our reference is REF FR-1-226B-85. Given our previous experiences, we assume that this complaint will also not be followed up on. 29/07/2024 still waiting....

11/04/2024: It's because we can't put zero, before the pizza was good but now it's rubbish, the pizza, the bland tomato sauce and the raw ham. Wasn't fresh

25/07/2024: simple and kind welcome, establishment much cleaner and more welcoming than the dump before, it feels less unhealthy and more friendly, better frequented

18/08/2024: Rendez vous familial un dimanche soir. Après un accueil sympathique se sont enchaînées des séquences plus que malheureuses sur lesquelles le responsable de salle / de restaurant n’est pas intervenu : une commande prise (21h10) mais non passée en cuisine, nous avons été servis à 22h20, deux salades prises pour leur buratta mais au final servies avec des billes de mozzarella ( et une vague explication d’un serveur après coup sur le fait que nous étions dimanche et que l’établissement n’avait pas été livré) et une vinaigrette très acide, le pain demandé n’a jamais été amené et une pizza supplémentaire, jamais commandée, est apparue sur la note au moment de régler. Seul bémol très tardif, un geste commercial au moment de passer en caisse avec les excuses du serveur qui n’était plus revenu à notre table.

18/08/2024: Que dire ? Nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier cette soirée au restaurant, où se sont succédées des séquences malheureuses, plus cocasses les unes que les autres… à la hauteur de l’absence de professionnalisme et d’encadrement de l’équipe de serveurs. Après un accueil pourtant sympathique d’un serveur plutôt ancien, son jeune collègue, qui a enregistré notre commande autour de 21h, a oublié de la transmettre et s’en est rendu compte au bout d’une heure environ. Les plats sont donc servis très longtemps après la commande, vers 22h20 : arrivent alors deux salades burrata … sans burrata et une pizza kebab jamais commandée… Nous n’avons pas de couverts et devons donc les réclamer afin de pouvoir manger. Il n’y a pas davantage de pain sur la table … nous le demandons mais il n’arrivera jamais ! Dommage ! Mais finalement, la sauce trop vinaigrée de la salade ne méritait sans doute pas qu’on la termine avec du pain… Nous nous partageons une serviette en papier pour deux…. Au final, puisque c’est dimanche et qu’il est tard (un peu comme si nous y étions pour quelque chose…) nous écoutons les explications manquant de conviction, du serveur qui nous raconte que la burrata n’aurait pas été livrée… mais nous nous faisons expliquer gentiment par la direction que la mozzarella, c’est pareil … et que ce n’est pas un problème… L’heure de fermeture approchant, nous sommes débarrassés alors que mon mari a encore un morceau de pizza dans l’assiette… Nous ne poussons pas l’expérience plus loin… nous ne commandons ni dessert ni café, car la priorité semble être de respecter l’horaire de fermeture de l’établissement, indiqué à 23h sur la devanture. Au moment de l’addition, un peu comme pour faire durer cette mauvaise blague, la pizza kebab est facturée… Il n’y a aucune considération pour les clients malheureusement, dans ce restaurant. C’est bien triste ! Parce que cette soirée familiale nous laisse finalement un goût amer, nous l’évoquons à la patronne qui pratiquera un petit geste commercial. Il n’y avait pas de caméra cachée… pourtant, on aurait vraiment préféré le croire… ou le constater. Ça nous aurait presque rassurés… Si vous souhaitez passer une soirée agréable, être pris en charge par des serveurs à l’écoute et prévenants, privilégiez une autre adresse !

11/08/2024: The sushi tastes ok, but nothing special. Miso soup is as tasteless as the shop assistant is unmotivated. Had to find out about the lunch offer myself, the lady didn't bother to tell me.

03/09/2024: We understand why it is the worst rated establishment on the island… Icy welcome to drink a pepsi in a can for €4.50 (!!!) on a terrace which deserves a big refreshment. We will not come back.

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.

01/09/2024: Restaurant in the campsite with pleasant terrace, sea view (behind a row of mobile homes); Very friendly waitress. Excellent pizza but the goat salad very disappointing! On a bed of salad (iceberg), 5 croutons covered with a thin slice of goat's cheese with the skin, and ONE cherry tomato cut into (very) thin slices. Following my astonishment, I called out to the waiter who told me "we always serve it like that"... which probably explains the desperately empty terrace! On the other hand, I am surprised by the gap between the variety of dishes described on the site and our experience (pizzas, salads, no ready meals)

27/08/2024: A real scam, 15 euros for a frozen industrial fries mold, 7 euros for a beer... young waiters who don't know anything... to avoid, my biggest regret of the holidays and it was the only restaurant we had offered ourselves with my son for 8 days of vacation...

07/09/2024: Hello we were at the restaurant les3 marches We are very much on it. 1h15 wait before having the dishes ordered at 12:20 p.m.

23/08/2024: Very poorly received, unpleasant server. We were 3 adults and 1 child, we had 3 drinks and had to insist heavily on having a glass of water for the little one. He had 20 cl of water in a very small glass, a shame!!! Flee!!!
