03/07/2026: Impeccable service; the restaurant manager is very helpful and has a great sense of humor. No problem modifying dishes if you don't particularly like a certain flavor. The presentation on the plates is beautiful, and above all, the food is excellent.

I particularly recommend the asparagus salad with sweetbreads and the calf's head—the appetizers and main courses were perfectly prepared.

The owner, often in the dining room, is very pleasant, warm, and clearly enjoys sharing his time with his customers.
The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and the homemade sorbets are exquisite.
