28/03/2026: A good restaurant with very generous portions. We had a perfect egg with gorgonzola cream, followed by a pulled pork burger with a side of fries and salad. The waiter was efficient and attentive. The setting was pleasant, with the menu written on a large chalkboard. Very original.

10/04/2026: It had been a while since I'd been to "Au Faisant Doré," and we had a lovely evening with fresh frogs' legs, brown trout, and baked Mont d'Or cheese, kept warm with a special accessory. Everything was great, the waiter was fantastic, the owner was always friendly, and everyone was happy, even the children with their kids' menu.

20/03/2026: The room was clean and spacious, in a quiet setting overlooking the Ain river. The restaurant was also very good, and the staff were friendly.

From the welcome to the menu presentation, you know the owner-server was born for this: warmth and professionalism 👍. The intentionally limited menu is a guarantee of quality and attention to detail 🤗. On the plate, you can taste that the chef-owner (yes, him again 💪!) has traveled the world, blending tradition and modernity 😜. Thank you to the whole team for these wonderful moments. And let's not forget that behind the price we pay, there are local jobs 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️.
