26/09/2024: We discovered the oasis thanks to our teenagers on a Saturday evening, despite the crowds we were served quickly and had room to sit. We were pleasantly surprised to see sandwiches/tacos that were generous and well presented on boards. wooden. We all had a great time, from the youngest to the oldest. I would have liked to taste their bubble waffles which looked excellent but I was stuck. We remember the address and will come to see the renovation work that the new manager, who was very kind, took the time to explain to us. Thank you ☺️

22/11/2025: It had been quite a while since my last visit to KAMIKO in Divonne-les-Bains, and returning for dinner recently reminded me just how special this place is. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and elegant Japanese décor set the tone for a memorable evening. What truly stood out this time was the teppanyaki experience — a perfect blend of culinary art and entertainment. The service was impeccable. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and ensured every part of our meal went smoothly. We also appreciated the sake recommendations, which paired nicely with our dishes and elevated the overall dining experience. KAMIKO maintains high standards not only in food quality but also in presentation and hospitality. Whether you’re a regular or returning after a long break, this restaurant consistently delivers. I’ll definitely be back much sooner next time — the teppanyaki alone is worth the visit. Highly recommended.

26/06/2025: The welcome is great, as is the service, but the pizza is a no-go. I'm sorry, but this is the last time I'll eat pizza at your place. I haven't tried the other dishes, though. It's a shame, because the staff is great.

23/12/2023: Nous avions réservé. 1h d’attente pour qu’un serveur vienne prendre notre commande, accueil sans les salades, 1h d’attente pour avoir nos plats, des plats froids, deux plats qui ne correspondaient pas à notre demande, fausse commande, mauvaise cuisson d’une viande demandé à point qui arrive À PEINE CUITE. Évidemment le patron qui ne nous fait aucune remise. Lamentable. Tout cela pour avoir finalement mangé en 2h30 le midi, bravo.

19/12/2023: Plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds dans ce restaurant qu'on fréquentait de temps en temps. Samedi soir nous avons commandé 1 assiette trappeur, les ribs avait un arrière goût très désagréable en bouche, on demande gentillement de changer de viande et la personne (chef de salle j'imagine, un chauve costaud) nous parle très mal, nous jette l'assiette sur la table, très impolie et très hautain, aucune excuse en partant, le Buffalo c'est terminé ! Et au vue des prix et la qualité des produits, ce n'est pas plus mal, on mange beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Fuyez ce restau

21/12/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 The all-you-can-eat weekend evening buffet for €25 is not listed on the restaurant's website. Only takeaway prices are displayed. We should have turned around and left, but we were already seated. Really not great... it was already bad a few years ago... we decided to give it another try, thinking a new owner had taken over the restaurant... the furniture has been changed, but not the quality of the "food"... what a disappointment...!!! It's all well and good to have new furniture, but that's not enough to keep customers. The spring rolls were very dry, even for someone with good teeth—inedible. No flavor. Crab claws cooked and reheated... very dry... the yakitori was incredibly greasy... fried chicken wings and drumsticks were overcooked, making them impossible to enjoy... the fried food must have been repeatedly deep-fried and therefore overcooked. Unless it was leftovers from lunch reheated in a bath of oil for dinner. The taste was very unpleasant. To be honest, the food wasn't high quality. We've been to buffets before, but this was disgusting... Frankly, I don't recommend it at all. I made sure to tell the waitress who was collecting the plates that everything was dry. I mentioned it again when paying... no reaction other than a fleeting glance at me and then looking away 🙄. We tried several items and stopped because it was so bad. I didn't even have dessert; I preferred to leave. For the price and the poor quality, it's outright robbery!!!!! 😤😤😤 It's very rare that I leave this kind of review, but I'm being completely objective and frank about what we thought. I hate being ripped off, and that's exactly what happened here!!!! It's the last time we'll ever set foot in that place 🫤 We know the restaurant industry very well, and we can honestly say that the standard is extremely low, and frankly, it's not even real food.

30/09/2024: Very beautiful site near the Rhône, magnificent terrace during sunny days. The cuisine is homemade, with very good French products. A quick lunch menu at 17€50, or 14€50 for the set menu, very good and plentiful. A la carte costs around €10 for a starter, between €20 and €27 for a main course and between €5 and €10 for a dessert. The waitress is very friendly.

24/09/2024: We needed to fill our bellies after a long day in Walibi. We had a blast. A real country restaurant with good products and authentic, gourmet dishes.

29/10/2025: When you see a 1/5 rating with a scathing review from inconsiderate people getting reprimanded by management, it clearly shows how good it is to go to this restaurant where respect is a priority. A business isn't our living room. You don't sit down at a restaurant table with food from another establishment. It's a matter of common sense and good manners. Claiming you just want a coffee to get out of the disrespectful situation you've created is worthy of a primary school student.
