The dishes were also excellent, we took the menu for 34 euros accompanied by a bottle of Pic Saint Loup.
Excellent mojitos, as well as the gènepi in the digestive.

30/08/2024: Vriendelijke ontvangst. Vrolijke eigenaresse en haar man, de keukenprins. Personeel dat niet de hele tijd vraagt of alles goed gaat: ze zijn er precies op tijd. Alle tijd om met elkaar te converseren zonder gestoord te worden.Een sommelière die weet waar ze het over heeft. En dan het diner...woorden schieten te kort.
Verfijnd, origineel, prachtige schakeringen van smaken, mooie presentatie.
Een diner dat we niet snel zullen vergeten!
Hotel strak en nieuw, goede bedden.
We gaan zeker terug!

06/07/2025: I could have told you: "Go there with your eyes closed." But that wouldn't be enough to honor the work of Ivan Lavaux and his team. The chef shares his journey and his country throughout his dishes. And sometimes his story meets yours, and that's when we touch the sublime. And the products are excellent, the cooking is perfect, and the service, provided in part by the chef himself, is in tune. With very good value for money if you put it in relation to the work and know-how necessary to achieve this level of perfection. Otherwise, go there with your eyes closed.
02/07/2025: A colorful and welcoming place, nestled against Ambronay Abbey. A very warm welcome from the chef and server.
The menu offers some wonderful discoveries, such as the particularly delicious carp ingot. The dishes are enhanced by a very well-chosen wine pairing, and offered at a reasonable price.
A wonderful experience, one we will definitely repeat.
A well-deserved Michelin star.
