My wife had the frogs' legs...more traditional, but she thoroughly enjoyed it. Amuse-bouches and a side salad with truffle oil. Top-notch!

05/10/2026: Don't bother coming here for a coffee; you'll be treated badly. The welcome was terrible; we clearly bothered them. "They set up shop for 15 euros for 10 people," they said behind our backs. It doesn't seem to matter to these people. We just wanted a coffee after our picnic. Keep walking; there are other cafes nearby. Politeness isn't their strong point either; a simple "goodbye" or "have a nice day" is hardly necessary. Very disappointed.

03/08/2026: We stopped here during a motorcycle ride and we couldn't have chosen a better spot! The fondue was excellent (both in taste and texture) and a generous portion, and the large salads also looked delicious. The service was top-notch, and the air conditioning was perfect for cooling off after riding in the sun for several hours. And the little coffee at the end was also very good. In short, I highly recommend it!

30/07/2026: While on holiday for two weeks in the Jura Mountains, we stopped by Les Cocottes Gessiennes on Thursday evening. What a delight for the taste buds! The perfect egg with morels was succulent, the carpaccio with heirloom tomatoes and lemon-basil sorbet was a treat. The duck was superb, and the beef steak with morels melted in your mouth—excellent. The dessert was superb. Impeccable service, a friendly, smiling waiter with a kind word. Don't miss this Norman restaurant; it's well worth the stop. Mr. and Mrs. Hue.

30/07/2026: A highly esteemed restaurant that will surprise you with its culinary refinement. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere convivial, with prompt service. As for the dishes and desserts, everything is made from fresh, flavorful ingredients, magnificently prepared by the chef, who truly deserves his title. A must-try for discerning palates.

16/09/2026: We stopped by without a reservation on a Saturday at lunchtime during our moped ride. The welcome was fantastic; the manager whipped up a last-minute menu for us since he was out of the daily specials. We had a delicious meal (starter/main/dessert) for a very reasonable price and in generous portions (the hot dish was served "canteen-style"). Everything is homemade and truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

23/08/2026: A wonderful discovery today at lunchtime! Pleasant terrace. Friendly, professional, smiling, and efficient staff. A charming owner; this restaurant brings back memories of the good old days. The menu was excellent: the frogs' legs were superb, the pan-seared foie gras and beef tartare were perfectly hand-cut and seasoned. One guest had a minor complaint about the granita, which he felt lacked a bit of flavor. But honestly, don't change a thing! We will be back. The Monin-Veyret Foucher Family

15/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise! Passing through for a weekend in the area, we booked a table for dinner. We opted for the €45 set menu. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. Beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it!!
