20/03/2026: We discovered this place on the recommendation of our daughter. We were delighted by the warm welcome from the young owner, who was very kind and attentive. The dishes (starter, main course, dessert) were delicious, original but not overdone, and prepared in a traditional style. The value for money is quite reasonable, considering the generous portions. The decor is lovely, very green with beautiful plants. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

11/03/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, and it didn't disappoint. The cassoulet was spectacular, and the chocolate fondant was perfect. Excellent value for money. It's rare to eat badly in France. El Pais is extraordinary. The owner's service was phenomenal, and the waiter was so charming you could buy him an apartment. A real gem. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Exceptional beans and broth, with a truly irresistible flavor; an unchanging trio of ingredients: duck confit, confit sausage, and pork ribs. Speaking of irresistible, we'll be back very soon... and who knows, maybe even by bike.
