01/09/2024: I didn't know that you could choke on a 4 cheese pizza because it was so sparsely topped and dry and so burnt.. Pizza dough barely thicker than an A4 sheet.. we don't ask you the size of the pizza you want and therefore you end up with the biggest and most expensive pizza. I'm a former pizza maker and it hurts me when I see messed up pizzas. This perhaps reflects the current state of mind of the manager and the sale of his restaurant... to avoid.

01/09/2024: We bought two pizzas but didn't like them at all. Very thin dough, poorly cooked and finally a little dry I really advise against

31/01/2026: This is the second time we have had lunch at this restaurant, very good dishes served fresh and hot, I recommend it and we will return.

21/11/2025: I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I placed an order on Uber Eats Including beef lok lak, fried rice, and pork spring rolls. When I received the order, I was very disappointed because the quantity in the beef lok lak container was only 1/3 of the box, and the price I paid for this dish was €15.60!! That's expensive for a few slices of meat, carrots, and peppers. Since it was late, I didn't want to make a fuss until I took a piece of meat and saw a cockroach!

28/09/2024: I asked for water two times. None of them the garçon gave me. The beer was warm. Terrible service

21/08/2024: I went for the cassoulet and really enjoyed. Not the best, yet pretty delicious. Fries on my son’s croque monsieur were a bit rubbery, but the sandwich itself and also the burger were wolfed and enjoyed. Essentially decent french cafe fare. Service was ‘very French’ but pretty quick. This is great for ambience and absorbing a bustling lunchtime buzz! I’d come with my family again. They don’t seem too rushed to let us pay though……(as I write this review!)

20/08/2024: Très belle découverte. Nous avons été très vite pros en charge malgré le monde au restaurant. Les portions sont généreuses et bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons.

20/09/2024: A little disappointed with the Savoyard pizza. Normally there are potatoes. Rather oily.

09/09/2024: 2 pizzas and a mussels and fries chicken at my request at the top. Thank you chef, and thank you to the waitresses who were able to adapt to the request. I highly recommend. The Nat.

20/12/2025: Subject: Official Complaint – Stay from November 18 to 21, 2025 – Kyriad Carcassonne Airport Hotel Dear Sir/Madam, Following our stay at your hotel from November 18 to 21, 2025, we wish to express our profound dissatisfaction with the numerous problems we encountered, which made our experience particularly unpleasant. First, during dinner on November 18, we ordered two pizzas: A Regina pizza, priced at €14, prepared with canned button mushrooms, which is unacceptable at this price point, where one legitimately expects fresh ingredients. A Fermière pizza, priced at €16, whose onions were saturated with water, a clear sign of a poorly thawed and very low-quality product. The waitress then informed us that these pizzas were prepared by a caterer, which is nowhere indicated on the menu, something we consider a lack of transparency towards customers. The following day, we reported to reception the excessive noise from the road, which made resting in our room nearly impossible, and requested a room change. This request was refused on the pretext that the hotel was full. We also drew the receptionist's attention to the complete lack of lighting in the third-floor corridor leading to room 310. This situation presented a real danger of an accident. The receptionist, visibly annoyed, simply replied that it was an "electrical problem." Despite this, no action was taken during our three-day stay. Finally, on the morning of November 21st, we discovered a complete lack of hot water, making showering impossible. When we reported this problem to reception, the response was cold, dismissive, and offered no solution. Even worse, the receptionist claimed in front of several guests that she had waited for us on November 19th to change our room, thus making us out to be liars. We consider this behavior unacceptable, humiliating, and profoundly unprofessional. Considering all these factors—poor quality and overpriced food, lack of comfort, unresolved security issues, no hot water, and inappropriate staff behavior— And finally, a manager who understands nothing about business and makes false insinuations. A word to the wise.

23/11/2025: A disastrous experience: no outside light to access the room on the 3rd floor, no hot water (only cold shower water), too close to the road, and the room wasn't soundproofed. The meals served in the restaurant were a complete rip-off! Not to mention the receptionist who, after I expressed my dissatisfaction when I asked for an explanation or even a gesture of goodwill, told me: "That's just how it is; I won't be paid more at the end of the month anyway."

13/09/2024: There were 8 of us seated around a round table, a very friendly moment. Lots of choice for dishes.

09/09/2024: After payment I ask for an invoice because I found the amount quite high but unfortunately nothing is precise I am only excluding tax and VAT After that we go to the plates, they are all very poorly cleaned! Foods that are dry Only thing good is the drinks I don't recommend this restaurant, I expected better!

04/01/2026: The service was adequate, but the food was very disappointing (we ate onion soup, galette, and cassoulet). Overall, it lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the galette was lukewarm and the pork in the cassoulet was too fatty.

18/12/2025: A magnificent experience, both in terms of the food and the very professional and friendly service from the waiters. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: A waste of time. They took note of two juices and a croissant and after half an hour they told us that there were no croissants left, then they served us juice. 30 minutes for two glasses of juice that was not even natural at 7€. A scam

10/11/2025: As a wine stop, it's a nice place! Cool little cave inside and good wine. The staff was a bit short perhaps but it's not uncommon and doesn't bother me that much, they did their job - we got wine and could pay when we left

26/10/2025: Run away!!!! Catastrophic service, portions much too small! More than 45 minutes just for the starters! Rubbery mussels, probably frozen...

28/08/2025: No opinion on the food since we couldn't be served! We sat down on the terrace and then had to wait 20 minutes for the menus! I went inside to ask for the menus, thinking I could help, but I was very poorly received, and we never received them, even though she said she would bring them to us. It was 9:15 p.m., there were only three tables; I think she simply didn't want to work any longer, since there were seven of us + one baby. Fortunately, we received a better welcome at the ice cream parlors next door.

27/10/2024: To flee!!!!! Disgusting burger! Camembert in milk! Children's menu at €9 Not worth it! What a shame!!!!!

28/08/2025: Did not eat here, the service was brutal so we walked out before we even ordered. The staff are more interested in their phones than their jobs. Took them far too long to bring us a menu. This place should be shut down now that I've read alot of reviews. If I were from carcassonne I would go to great efforts to make sure a business such as this was not left carry on like this. VERY POOR REPRESENTATION OF THE FRENCH.
