25/12/2025: The hotel is unrenovated and unrefreshed, with peeling paint that's practically falling into the coffee. The room was 5°C upon arrival; turning on the heat before the guest arrives would be appreciated for the price. The service was unmotivated... if you no longer enjoy your job, you might as well change careers to find happiness. The room itself was decent and pleasant despite the freezing cold, a novel experience, a night in an igloo. Parking is a nightmare... if you enjoy hiking, drive to the hotel; the walk will be a pleasant way to digest and explore. If you want a delicious breakfast, supplement it at the local bakery; unfortunately, the ghosts that haunt this manor eat breakfast before the guests.

01/03/2026: Quite disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered two mussels with Roquefort sauce, which arrived in two minutes, just like our neighbors' order. Unsurprisingly, the sauce was lukewarm and the bottom was cold, and the mussels were lukewarm too… very disappointing. Of course, we spoke to the waiter so he could report it to the kitchen, but we haven't heard back and are still waiting.

24/03/2026: Hello, I came on March 20th for lunch. The waiter seated us on the terrace, facing the sea, around noon/12:10 PM. At 2 PM, after very slow service—almost 30 minutes between courses—I got up and went to the bar to pay the bill. The waiter tried to make amends, but it's impossible to eat in such conditions. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

20/03/2026: Good meal, good waiter, but far too long a wait between courses: over an hour and a half between the starter and the main course in March, and after a half-hour wait, we didn't wait any longer for dessert given the wait... I don't think we'll be back, even though we used to come often.

17/03/2026: Great experience here! The restaurant is spotless, both inside and out. We arrived and were served super fast. The burger packaging was excellent, and the toasted sandwiches and nuggets were cooked perfectly. The staff were all smiles. Thank you, it really means a lot! We don't leave reviews for McDonald's often enough, and for good reason, but your restaurant is a real treat!

17/03/2026: Having not set foot in the restaurant since July 2025 due to disappointment with the service, I decided to return eight months later for a Big Tasty takeaway meal. Upon arrival, I discovered my burger consisted of only the bun and the patty, with no cheese or vegetables. That's an expensive piece of meat! A complete disappointment. Avoid McDonald's Sigean at all costs.

08/11/2025: We were looking for a good cassoulet and found the perfect place. It's listed on the menu as "cassoulet à ma façon" and it's spectacular. Served in a cocotte, it has a subtle smokiness when uncovered and delicious meats—especially the duck confit. We paired it with a red wine recommended by the waiter, the ideal match. 🍷 Thank you for such a rich and authentic experience.

22/02/2026: I'm surprised by the negative reviews I've seen! It's a very good restaurant. We went there to avoid eating at one of the neighboring terrace restaurants, which is full of smokers. We didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, with a calm atmosphere typical of a country inn. The dishes were very good and very reasonably priced, especially considering the salmon and duck in the tourist area. I have food intolerances, and the chef was able to adapt the dishes accordingly. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for the meal and the warm welcome. One small drawback: it's a little cramped in some places, and the chairs creak a bit, but I suppose that adds to the charm of the place :) Go without hesitation!

31/12/2025: The mulled wine was terrible, and the glass was dirty and sticky. The setting was pleasant.

27/12/2025: The service was terrible. Half an hour after we arrived, they still hadn't taken our order, so when they finally came to do it, they would serve those who had just arrived first. We got up and left.

Before I even placed my order, the employee (who, by the way, had nothing to do with it) told me that if I ordered a set menu, I wouldn't get any drinks because the machines were being cleaned... okay, but the price wouldn't change 🤣 and I'd have to come back in about 10 minutes. It's unbelievable, it just keeps getting better. You pay 10 euros for a set menu but without drinks and no alternative.
