27/12/2025: "Excellent pizza." I'm a huge fan of the Hot Chicken: a flavorful pizza, always perfectly made, that makes me want to come back again and again. Once you've tasted it here, it's hard to eat pizza anywhere else.

28/11/2025: Very disappointed this evening. We ordered three pizzas, including the one of the month. I had to call to say they didn't have mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, and this woman took it upon herself to insult my last name. I will never order pizza from them again; respect is dead.

18/04/2026: We arrived at the shop and asked if their ice cream contained gluten, as our daughter has celiac disease. The staff's reaction was very unpleasant: they rolled their eyes, as if our request was unreasonable. This isn't a lifestyle choice, but a necessity for our child's health. I find it regrettable that in 2026, we're still being treated this way. We ended up going to the shop next door, where the staff took the time to listen to us, with a smile, and were able to offer us an alternative so that our 4-year-old daughter could also enjoy ice cream.

05/04/2026: I'm only reviewing the hotel since we didn't use the restaurant. It's a very interesting place: a former 16th-century convent converted into a hotel. The decor is in a 19th-century style with curious details. A grand staircase with a red carpet leads up to the guest room floors. Our room, for five people, consisted of three separate areas and was spacious. It was very clean. It's a very quiet place where you sleep very well. We were able to park right in front of the hotel very easily. There's a market on Mondays, and parking is not allowed. The main square of the village, with restaurants and some shops, is just 50 meters from the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with a wide variety of products. We got a good price for our family room, and the stay was very pleasant. Since we arrived during a holiday period, we didn't have any contact with the staff. Our keys were ready at the reception desk, and we were able to access the hotel with a code. It's a good option if you're traveling by car and want to visit the area and Carcassonne. The village of Limoux is quiet and pretty and has some interesting places and museums. We liked it.

31/03/2026: €7 for a Desperados beer that sells for €1.20 at Carrefour, and not even a glass, straight from the bottle! Even on the Champs-Élysées it's not that expensive! I understand that bars need to make a profit, but this... is that serious?

02/11/2025: Absolutely fantastic! We hadn't made a reservation and were served at the counter near the kitchen. The staff were excellent; we noticed they had thoroughly cleaned the kitchen before closing. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the meal in general was superb! Thank you for your hospitality! 10/02/2026: One of the oldest breweries at the entrance to the pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the station. 2 minutes from the “Chénier” bus stop. A place where you feel good… Go there and give me some news.

25/01/2026: We stopped for lunch as we were passing through because we had a 4-hour drive ahead of us... my partner ordered cassoulet and I had prawns, and we both got sick... The cassoulet was sour, the sausage had a strange smell, the prawns were overcooked and tasteless—in short, change your kitchen... a disgrace to French gastronomy... incomprehensible and unacceptable, because the point of going to a restaurant is not to get sick. Please check your kitchen.

01/05/2026: Family vacation, we stopped by chance and we weren't disappointed at all! Delicious burgers!! Perfect mussels and fries with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money. Lovely terrace, lovely atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Highly recommended.
