24/02/2026: Very good restaurant open for lunch on weekdays. Simple, fresh, and tasty buffet and main courses.

06/11/2025: Only one star because we weren't given a choice of prices. I don't order coffee or wine. I would have preferred just a main course and dessert. It's only once we're seated at the table that we discover the obligation to order the full menu. My employer only gives me a €14 travel allowance. I won't be back unless my employer increases the travel allowance.

26/04/2026: We spent a quiet night in the hotel; the room was clean; the staff were pleasant and kind, explaining everything clearly. We were delighted with our stay.

08/04/2026: I could have stayed longer if the hotel hadn't been under renovation! But it's a beautiful hotel.

28/02/2026: We went for dinner, a cozy place, everything was fine, recommended, the waiter was very nice and friendly.

24/02/2026: Regarding the restaurant, the dishes were far too expensive, and the cassoulet seemed to have come from a jar (especially the beans). The decor was a bit haphazard, and it lacked the flavor I was hoping for.

12/08/2025: Being in passing we looked for a little snack so I had a hamburger which was good but the fries were too oily and all soggy anyway nothing too bad I thank you for your welcome see you next time maybe 😊

11/04/2026: A truly warm welcome, attentive and always pleasant staff. We spent some excellent evenings in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We weren't from the area, just passing through on vacation, and this casino was definitely a great find. We had a really good time, with several nice wins during our evenings… even if we didn't take it all home with us 😄 Special mention for the complimentary afternoon tea on Sunday (cakes and fruit juice), as well as the aperitif and evening buffet – very thoughtful touches. A dynamic, welcoming, and truly enjoyable casino to discover. We highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: A disaster. The terrace was very pleasant, the waiter friendly, but the dishes were awful, tiny. The duck leg was dry, the lamb shoulder had no meat, just bone. And to finish, a homemade cheesecake that was neither cheesecake nor homemade, a sort of mini, whitish gelatinous mound with tons of industrial whipped cream.

29/04/2026: I went to the restaurant this morning, my order was complete and the service was fast. I recommend it.

19/04/2026: Frozen waffles, plus the price of €4.50, very little Nutella, and a cold welcome.

13/04/2026: I went to get food to take away. The lady who took my order was very friendly. She expected me to leave and come back to pick up my food in 15-20 minutes, but I asked to wait right there. That was fine. While I was waiting, she chatted with me and gave me some recommendations for the rest of my stay in Carcassonne and the Occitanie. The food was done fairly quickly, and absolutely delicious!

06/03/2026: A warm and inviting restaurant with delicious, comforting food that evokes a sense of travel. Affordable prices. A lovely owner and a great atmosphere.

11/03/2026: I've never eaten so well in a cafeteria! I couldn't help but tell the manager. I highly recommend it!

18/02/2026: I've been going there for almost 10 years, and everything has changed. This is my third attempt before leaving a negative review! It's become expensive, and the portions have shrunk considerably. Recently, €8.50 for beef with onions... er, sorry, onions with beef! That's highway robbery! I won't be going back!

16/04/2026: A delicious croque monsieur with goats cheese, thyme and honey, served with a simple but tasty salad and a latte Macchiato for a very affordable €11.40

05/04/2026: Incredibly surprised, the welcome was terrible. We sat down on the terrace, and after asking for a menu, the waitress served everyone who arrived after us. After waiting for over 10 minutes, we asked for our order to be taken, and the response was, "I didn't see you!" It's unbelievable! I strongly advise against going there; avoid at all costs!
