20/05/2026: We went there for my birthday. We received a warm welcome. The restaurant's interior was magnificent, like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The meal was delicious and excellent. The value for money was unbeatable. I think you have to go to see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

09/07/2025: A restaurant that passes when you're hungry, but honestly, the mussels marinière... very disappointed, you can tell they're not fresh, 3 tons of dehydrated parsley, not to mention the frozen garlic... the mussels are crispy... in short, a tourist restaurant.

19/09/2026: The welcome was warm, the place was pleasant. The choice between a restaurant and a snack bar was excellent. It was delicious! 😊 As for the abbey visit, it was exceptional. Thank you to the whole team!

18/08/2026: Since the change of ownership, I find the quality has significantly declined. The pizzas are really bland and much less flavorful than before. Furthermore, the average price is now quite high compared to the quality offered. It's a shame, because it used to be a place I enjoyed. Personally, I won't be going back.

16/08/2026: I ordered two pizzas (one kebab and one goat cheese and honey) and a calzone for €16 and €15 respectively. I ordered fries separately with the kebab pizza. The kebab was dry, the fries were burnt, and the pizza was too salty. The goat cheese and honey pizza only tasted of honey. The calzone was fine.

18/06/2026: A small but beautifully decorated restaurant that deserves to be more popular and better known in Carcassonne. Authentic Moroccan cuisine, delicious and very reasonably priced. The welcome and service were also impeccable, pleasant, polite, and discreet. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the portions are a little small, at least for the tagines. We would have liked a larger plate. Nevertheless, we will gladly return, also to try the appetizers that looked so tempting! Thank you to Les Délices de Tétouan.

17/09/2026: We had a quick lunch after visiting the castles. The Gazpacho was excellent along with the melon salad. Very pleasant service too 🙂

21/08/2026: The service was lovely, the setting is beautiful, and everything is homemade. We also had a great view of their own vegetable garden. I highly recommend it!

10/09/2026: Unpalatable food! Not recommended! I cannot recommend this restaurant. We ordered two vegetarian set menus. One of the starters was the soup of the day: cold gazpacho. The soup was very fizzy and had obviously gone bad. Therefore, it was inedible. This can happen on warm days. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he said that couldn't be. After explaining the situation again, he simply said he was sorry we hadn't enjoyed it. When the main course was served, he offered a faint apology for the starter in passing. The beetroot carpaccio was okay, but the vegetables weren't very fresh, a bit shriveled, and very thickly sliced. (Of course, we were charged the full price for the set menu/starter). The main course and dessert were then fine. Nothing special, just basic fare. Then, we were "accidentally" overcharged by €6.80, which I later received back. So, check your bill! 'By mistake,' 'I was overcharged by €6.80,' but I did get that back. ' ' ' ' ' ' overcharged'. ' ' ' ' overcharged'. ' ' ' ' ' overcharged'. ' ' ' ' ' overcharged'. ' ' ' ' 'overcharged'. 10/09/2026: WARNING ⚠️ ALL PICTURES ON THE OUTSIDE, BAD ON THE INSIDE The ambiance is really nice, at least outside. The service was very friendly at first, everything seemed charming, but then the food arrived... We ordered the vegetarian menu. The gazpacho was, to put it kindly, inedible. The tomato soup was just bubbling away, and our mouths were tingling after even a tiny bit of the concoction. The waiter kept assuring us that this couldn't be right and that it was perfectly edible. The other appetizer consisted of shriveled radish that was clearly past its prime, cut far too coarsely. A plate of this unpeeled delicacy was edible this time, but unfortunately, inedible. The main courses were also edible. The chickpeas with red rice and a halved carrot were very plain. The "cauliflower schnitzel" was a slice of slightly burnt cauliflower served with a bit of rice, but it was well-seasoned. The chocolate mousse was probably edible; tomorrow will tell, but taste-wise, it was definitely on the lower end of the spectrum for what it was supposed to be. The friendliness of the service declined in tandem with my satisfaction. In the end, everything was charged without compensation, and on top of the full price, they also tried to rip us off by charging us for drinks we neither ordered nor received. Oh yes, drinks—they were all out of juices except for the orange juice, which looked like cloudy water and tasted like it had been served in a previous guest's unwashed orange juice glass. Other tables were also sending back quite a bit, which suggests that the other dishes weren't much better. In summary, I'd say it's a real juice bar, but unfortunately, they were out of juice. Recommended for sitting down if you only want water.

12/09/2026: THE BEST PIZZAS IN THE WORLD, IN MY OWN! No exaggeration...and I've eaten pizza in many countries. Sometimes the wait is a bit long...but all the staff are working every minute, so the wait is acceptable to me.

10/08/2026: The pizzas were pretty good, with generous toppings. They delivered them to our campsite, which was great. I recommend them.
