19/11/2025: I came on (19/11/25) in the afternoon with a friend and we took 2 packages of 3 games and we are very satisfied, the team is top-notch, the lanes are in very good condition as well as the bowling balls 😁 this is the 2nd time we have come back and we are still just as satisfied.

23/10/2025: Nice bowling, buy 2 get 1 free, friendly staff, we arrived around 3 p.m. and waited about 1/2 hour, the only downside is the music is nice but it's too loud, we have to talk loudly to hear each other, and for my autistic little boy it's a little more complicated to bear given that there's already the noise of the balls, the people, the light, this creates a sensory overload for our atypical children who however love to play bowling, (and even for us) so we can never enjoy the free game because already during the 2nd he has to go out because it has become too difficult to bear. It would be great to think of these people who are hypersensitive to all this, just turning down the sound a little or removing 1 or 2 speakers could make us all really appreciate the moment much more without being in a hurry to leave quickly because it's sensory overflowing.. thank you for thinking about it 😉

14/02/2026: I do not recommend this place. The manager rushed us to order, claiming it was busy for Valentine's Day, but there were only two or three people when I arrived, then two more. We're in Castel, not Marseille or Paris, sir! I've been to many restaurants and I've never heard of such a thing. You have to hurry with your order because there will be customers! It's really rude. I came with my daughters and I won't be back. Otherwise, the food is okay, except the portions are small, and we found a thin stem in the stiff rice that my daughter could have swallowed. Otherwise, I do not recommend it for the poor service! The New Sushi restaurant, run by Thai chefs, is much more professional and welcoming. 💁‍♂️ What a shame!

31/01/2026: This is the second time we have had lunch at this restaurant, very good dishes served fresh and hot, I recommend it and we will return.

30/10/2025: As a true Italian, I think describing such an abomination as a pizza is pure HERESY! The dough wasn't pizza-quality, as it was raw and unleavened in places, but the crust was dry and overly charred. The "mozzarella" in the Margherita wasn't mozzarella, and there was no trace of tomato sauce. I can confirm that the people preparing it were all without sanitary masks. And to conclude this review, I think €7 for this obscenity is a waste of money.

17/09/2025: Tourists marvel at these thin-crust, certainly artisanal pizzas. Excellent taste. In short, quality, service, price, and welcome tell us that this is a great place. To remember the next time we return to this beautiful little Mediterranean town. Saint Pierre la Mer ❤️

05/02/2026: On a business trip, I stayed at a Kyriad hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was functional and renovated, with a comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and that wasn't forced. The restaurant was very good: dishes prepared by the Hille caterer next door. So I recommend it for business trips: excellent value for money, cleanliness, and a warm welcome. Top-notch!

03/02/2026: I had to wait for the neighboring garage to open, so I went to the hotel next door to get a coffee. I received a warm welcome. Thank you, Kyriad Carcassonne.

03/02/2026: Welcome. The dishes chosen by the customers are ordered from the kitchen by shouting them out. Several times. We also get the local newspaper to comment on taxes... They complain more about the weather than they serve the customers. Constant customer complaints. The pizza is acceptable. It's not far from a kitchen nightmare. C

31/01/2026: ⭕Thank you to this restaurant for its commitment to waste management, as they joined my cork collection program. I thank them very much for their efforts for the good of our planet 🙏🏼♻️🌎 🆑And their seafood menu, with a seafood platter and a mixed fish grill, is excellent and generously portioned 😋. The Mexican pizza is also generous and delicious 🙏🏼😋 (oops, didn't take a picture).

21/02/2026: A warm welcome, full of humor! A clear menu, fresh products cooked with love and humor! An original non-alcoholic aperitif, with humorous presentations of the dishes. Confit duck leg, a delight, a flavorful Toulouse sausage, all accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes! A real treat for the taste buds! To finish on a sweet note, a chestnut cream crepe and pistachio ice cream made with sheep's milk! Once again, everything was perfect!

05/02/2026: We came to eat here because nothing else was open at the time. I'm not happy to write this review because the staff is very friendly. But there's a major problem with the food... we didn't enjoy the meal at all; it's unacceptable that restaurants are still serving frozen fries. My partner had a terrible stomach ache after eating here. And on top of that, the prices were exorbitant—in short, a tourist trap! What a shame.

06/10/2025: But what are the hygiene services doing? The Thury should be called La Tuerie, but no pun intended! We wonder if we'll survive this meal! So, I agree with all the negative reviews (which I should have read before eating there). Dirty cutlery and glasses, waiter (whose job it is clearly not) being shouted at all the time. It's all his fault, even though he's serving, at the bar, and even cleaning. The owner who smokes while cooking should question herself. Lamb chops without meat but with only fat, fries supposedly homemade, but which are not. 8-slice pie, not even defrosted, which was cut into 12 or even 16 because the slice was so small! And I'm not even talking about the toilets... Come on, I'll tell you about them: the only sink probably hasn't seen a sponge in six months. As for the toilet, even though the inside of the bowl was passable, everything else was dirty and dusty (tank, outside of the bowl, floors, etc.). What's more, the prices are misleading, see the attached photo, because a tiny slice of pie costs €5.50. This restaurant only operates through the passageway since it's next to the green labyrinth and, more importantly, since it's the only one in the village! It's a shame because the shaded terrace is very pleasant. I'm giving it a 1 because there's no such thing as a 0.

01/03/2026: The overall rating for this restaurant reflects the poor quality of the food and the appalling service! Dried duck, defrosted tomatoes, and watered-down wine—that's what you get! And on top of that, it's expensive... A disgrace! Avoid at all costs!

18/02/2026: I had onion soup, cassoulet and dessert fromage and glass of wine. All of this was nice, definitely didn't deserve so low score. I was afraid I would be eating something totally disgusting after reading the opinions, and it was the only open restaurant in carcassonne. Then when I received my plate it was OK. It wasn't the best food I had in my life but also wasn't the worst so them opinions are a little bit too harmful.

07/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. The setting is charming and certainly attracts customers. The food is catastrophic. Tasteless, bland, and lacking in zest, the portions are small; only the bread saves the meal. The servers don't even bother to ask if the meal was satisfactory; they seem perfectly aware of the restaurant's culinary reality. It would be wise to limit the concept to just the bar and coffee (the only thing that's hard to mess up).

01/03/2026: Overworked staff; wait times of approximately 45 to 50 minutes between seating and receiving meals, outside of the peak period around 1:45 PM. Poor quality meat (sirloin steak, chicken pieces, mediocre mixed salad).

07/12/2025: A waste of time. They took note of two juices and a croissant and after half an hour they told us that there were no croissants left, then they served us juice. 30 minutes for two glasses of juice that was not even natural at 7€. A scam

10/11/2025: As a wine stop, it's a nice place! Cool little cave inside and good wine. The staff was a bit short perhaps but it's not uncommon and doesn't bother me that much, they did their job - we got wine and could pay when we left

20/01/2026: Truly low-end. Only one server out of five speaks French; the others understand nothing. Extremely poor quality.
