18/05/2026: We were a group of five and had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and attentive, and our dog was welcome too. We ordered oysters, shrimp, entrecôte, carpaccio, tuna, and burgers, among other things – everything was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Overall, a very pleasant visit that we would highly recommend. Thank you!

We opted for the set menu and were not disappointed: the portions were very generous and you could immediately tell it was homemade and truly cooked. The value for money was excellent. In addition, the service was very good, with an efficient and welcoming team. A reliable address in Narbonne, I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome; the owner was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive to the customers. We chose the €23.50 set menu, which was very complete, generous, and delicious. 09/06/2026: Avoid at all costs! We arrived for lunch around 1 p.m., and the service was extremely unpleasant, as was the waiter, who constantly displayed his annoyance and frustration at serving customers. He kept coming to our table to ask if we had finished (even though we hadn't). Furthermore, he was constantly on the terrace near our table, spying on the end of our meal so he could clear the table as quickly as possible (we were the last customers). Our only desire was to leave the restaurant and never set foot in it again. The waiter eventually sat down on the terrace with a coffee and a cigarette, all the while continuing to stare at us intently. We will never return.

05/04/2026: I'm only reviewing the hotel since we didn't use the restaurant. It's a very interesting place: a former 16th-century convent converted into a hotel. The decor is in a 19th-century style with curious details. A grand staircase with a red carpet leads up to the guest room floors. Our room, for five people, consisted of three separate areas and was spacious. It was very clean. It's a very quiet place where you sleep very well. We were able to park right in front of the hotel very easily. There's a market on Mondays, and parking is not allowed. The main square of the village, with restaurants and some shops, is just 50 meters from the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with a wide variety of products. We got a good price for our family room, and the stay was very pleasant. Since we arrived during a holiday period, we didn't have any contact with the staff. Our keys were ready at the reception desk, and we were able to access the hotel with a code. It's a good option if you're traveling by car and want to visit the area and Carcassonne. The village of Limoux is quiet and pretty and has some interesting places and museums. We liked it.

15/05/2026: Les Halles is a hectic venue, but this has been a reliable place for us to get a lunch, enjoy the food and drink, and most of all survey the activity. If you are new to Les Halles, avoid the weekends and ease into the experience. With practice you will be able to enjoy the weekends as well as the locals. :-) Service here is brisk but friendly. When it is time to pay, bring the waiter’s note to the middle of the place, cash only. Someone will have occupied your seats before you get halfway there.

16/01/2026: Excellent place!!! We found this bakery because it's very close to our accommodation, which was very convenient. It's well located and parking is easy in the area, which is a plus. We received excellent service from the very beginning, both friendly and professional. The products exude quality, both in appearance and flavor, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The prices are competitive for the type of product and the location. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to without hesitation if I were ever in the area again.

10/01/2026: What a disgrace! I came to buy a pan bagnat and a panini. The pan bagnat was flat, with three tiny pieces of chicken barely hanging on. And the panini was dripping with olive oil. I don't recommend it.

14/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the very first contact, the person I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant and condescending. You get the impression you're bothering them more than being a customer. They were very self-assured, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in the quality of service. I asked for hot sauce several times, and only one was provided. As for the pizza, it arrived uncut, which isn't very practical for a takeout order. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the manager's attitude. He seemed convinced he knew everything and showed little concern for his customers' needs. A little more respect, attentiveness, and humility wouldn't hurt. For me, this will be a first and a last visit.

20/05/2026: Hello Ms. Delonde, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order at your establishment. An error was made by your staff with an item missing from my order, and I find it shameful that this has not been acknowledged. When I explained the situation to you, your response was to say that there had been "several people taking advantage" and that without a receipt, you wouldn't do anything. I would like to point out that a receipt is not the only possible proof, especially when a customer immediately returns to point out an omission. Directly treating customers as cheaters is very inappropriate and disrespectful. A manager's role also includes listening to and respecting customers, even when there is a problem. Unfortunately, your attitude struck me as arrogant and unprofessional. I am very disappointed by this experience and, with such a welcome, I will not be returning to this McDonald's. Sincerely.

15/05/2026: The restaurant is clean and the welcome was quite pleasant. The service was fairly quick despite being busy. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, nothing out of the ordinary.
