31/05/2026: We received a terrible welcome. Because we hadn't made a reservation, the waitress brushed us off, stating that dining at this restaurant requires a reservation only. Zero friendliness, zero compassion—in short, a customer experience we wouldn't wish on anyone.

19/07/2026: A wonderful find after our visit to the Cabrespine chasm! Excellent welcome 👍 The beef cheek, polenta, and small vegetables were very tasty, and the house dessert was white chocolate with a delicate raspberry coulis that wasn't too sweet (25 euros for a main course and dessert). I highly recommend this magnificent inn.

29/07/2026: Absolutely delicious! I'm writing my review in Spanish, for any Spaniards who might visit Carcassonne: un donner llenísimo de carne buenísima, como si te comieras medio pollo a l'ast. If we return to Carcassonne, we'll definitely go back to the Casablanca.

19/07/2026: Completely incompetent person hung up on me twice without even calling me back. I quote, "Your order is complicated." When you can't even understand 4 tacos without cheese sauce, it's time to change employees. They need to improve their phone order handling.

21/07/2026: All 4 of us got duck and beef which was WAY too overcooked. We struggled with communication as no one spoke English. But it was somehow resolved. A lot more expensive than the other restaurant in the village. We didn't go here again.

12/07/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones. But this is truly something else... managing to mess everything up so badly. The food was as bland as a Monday morning, the service lacked any spark, and the prices seemed to have been conceived in a completely different realm. Everything was in place... to make this meal a total disaster. Gentlemen, perhaps it's time to consider a career change. Because as it stands, you're not doing the restaurant industry any favors... you're practically apologizing to it.

10/08/2026: The pizzas were pretty good, with generous toppings. They delivered them to our campsite, which was great. I recommend them.

07/08/2026: The wait is incredibly long; I waited over an hour and a half for a simple pizza.

10/08/2026: We arrived around 8:45 pm, our order was taken at 9 pm, but by 9:30 pm nothing had arrived, and by 10 pm still no food, so we decided to leave. The atmosphere and service were poor.

08/08/2026: We had a great time as a family, it was really delicious and plentiful, perfect!!

13/07/2026: We stopped for a drink on Saturday morning, July 12, 2026. The ground was covered in pigeon droppings that were clearly not from the day before; it smelled awful, and nobody seemed to mind. Meanwhile, the floor at the bar next door was spotless. It's a real shame to treat tourists like this. What a terrible image for this lovely village.

14/05/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience. The fries weren't even cooked: white, soggy, and tasteless. The waiter was completely absent and unresponsive. The meat was full of fat, almost inedible. Even the water had a strange, very unsettling taste. The worst part was the hygiene: I found a shrimp antenna and a hair in my food. This is unacceptable in a restaurant. Clearly, the hygiene is lacking, and it completely ruins your appetite. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very disappointed by the quality of the food and the lack of professionalism of the service.

27/07/2026: A truly lovely team, always smiling, always a kind word. The sea view is a nice bonus. In the evening, the bar lights up with all its garlands, allowing patrons to enjoy various forms of entertainment in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team!

26/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in the pouring rain and received a warm welcome. The young woman who seated us went out of her way to make us comfortable. The menu is simple but effective. The presentation was lovely. The waitress was delightful. We will gladly return.
