19/06/2024: Expérience parfaite pour compléter la visite du village médiéval et du château. Laissez-vous prendre au jeu, on vous guidera avec bienveillance : 3 menus différents qui comprennent les boissons, la possibilité de se déguiser le temps d’une photo ou du repas, et une salle magnifique qui vous emmène hors du temps. Tout est très bon, mais cela peut surprendre les personnes un peu compliquées ou fermées à de nouvelles expériences.
26/05/2024: Repas avec les produits existants à cette époque médiévale, servi en costumes et coiffes et avec les arts de la table d'alors. Celà surprend mais nous avons passé un moment très sympathique et agréable. Certes ce n'est pas de la cuisine étoilée mais nous en gardons un bon souvenir et merci à la gente dame Audrey pour ses explications.

07/08/2024: What a nice surprise ! During our wanderings in the village of Quillan, we discovered the river café. We had a delicious dinner there under the plane trees and the meal was as delicious as the price was reasonable. A good place with a really nice chef!
06/08/2024: Once again, Maek outdid himself and served us an absolutely divine tuna and salmon plancha! Half-cooked to perfection, the fish were truly killer! 😂 All this accompanied by a sublime trio of raw vegetables and salad, a treat! We thought we'd have a light meal for lunch, but we missed it again!
This restaurant is a little gem and the welcome is always warm and relaxed! Go there quickly!

18/01/2025: Tables on the pavement of a quiet side street, creating a small outdoor terrace, where passers-by wish us "bon appetit" with a smile. 🙂We enjoyed two delicious vegetarian pizzas, full of fresh and varied ingredients. The service was very friendly and we appreciated the special touch of the heart-shaped pizza—who knows, maybe the pizza chef noticed that we were in love🥰

We were not disappointed...

23/08/2024: Un accueil très agréable et convivial… le choix entre une salle très authentique (une belle cheminée qui donne l’envie de revenir à l’automne), un patio abrité du vent.. ou une terrasse permettant d’admirer le sunset sur les Corbières!
Et la carte! Des cuissons au feu de bois qui méritent à elles seules le - petit - détour de l’autoroute A61 (et en plus, on évite les bouchons!)
