01/09/2024: A restaurant to eat, that's all. Several a la carte menus. Otherwise it's not gastronomy. Just enough to eat. The plates are simple and not very generous. Otherwise the servers were nice. Expensive drinks. Be careful.

07/09/2024: I ate the most disgusting kebab of my life. The meat tastes weird and way too salty. Also when I arrived the meat was already cut and not on the spit, they just reheated it on the grill. Same for the fries, they were cold and they were reheated in the fryer but they were overcooked and inedible. I wanted to please my children but they didn't even eat the kebab or the fries. Result €27 for 3 takeaway sandwiches thrown in the trash

10/09/2024: We popped in for lunch and made the mistake of not reading reviews - this place really is best avoided. We have had several meals in Carcassonne and this was the worst by a country mile. We had a set menu and started with a salad - ok, but just salad with no dressing. Our main course was pasta, so soft and bland I could only manage a few mouthfuls. We could see other customers looking very unhappy and saw one customer send his meal back, and he clearly was equally unhappy with his replacement. The server was friendly and was working hard but had too many customers. In the end, we left without the dessert we had paid for as the service was slow and it was clear that the dessert was unlikely to be worth waiting for.

09/09/2024: Decent environment and staff friendly, but the food! Didn't think it could be this bad in France! No flavour at all or dressings or sauces. Plenty of better in the old city, this is one of those aimed at tourists that won't return. Wish I'd read the reviews before going......they are accurate!

17/11/2024: Frozen products, sometimes still cold, first-rate meat, we didn't finish a single dish. Friendly but need to change jobs.

06/11/2024: DECEIVED: As we passed by, we looked at the menu on the outside blackboard, to be sure what it said in French. They confirmed to me that the bouef was entrecôte. Once seated, they bring us the menu and the boeuf has a supplement of €4. I tell him in a pleasant way that he doesn't put it outside and that he should remember that I had asked about him. The response was "desolée", meaning I'm sorry. I insist that it is not logical. Answer: He takes the letter from us and says that if we want we can leave.

07/01/2025: Sorry to say, but I regret dining here. The food was just terrible. To top it all off the owner was shouting at a customer and I was so put off I just woke up, paid and left. I had to go somewhere else after to remove the bad taste and this time I made sure to consult the reviews! Lesson learned.

01/01/2025: Very scarce food. I ordered a combination plate: duck, potatoes and salad €17 and my wife had a menu €17.50. Everything is very very scarce and if you ask for water they charge you €5, which is shameful. 10 meters away there is another restaurant, better there...

02/12/2024: I bought chocolates by weight from Trésor d'Occitanie, attracted by their promise of artisanal products from a local chocolatier less than 30 km away. However, the experience was disastrous. A large part of the chocolates were really expired, with an altered taste that left no doubt. At €90 per kilo, I expected products of impeccable quality, especially with such emphasis on local know-how. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the promises. A big disappointment for an establishment that aims to be an ambassador for the treasures of our region.
