06/09/2024: Arriving at 9:00 p.m. the waiters seemed to be disturbed by our presence. Service carried out quickly, no carafe of water, I was not offered a drink apart from the beer which I ordered as an aperitif at 9:05 p.m. very disappointed with the service. On the other hand, the smile when we left at 9:53 p.m.

03/09/2024: On a attendu très longtemps (trop) pour de simples salades, plus l’entrée choisie mais on n’a l’info que 15 min après la commande. Serveurs à peine agréable (le stricte minimum) En bref, cela faisait longtemps qu’on n’y était pas allés maintenant on sait pourquoi.

14/09/2024: Que dire de plus que tout ce qui a déja été dit ? La patrone (et serveuse) est d'une énergie et efficacité incroyable. Elle gère toute la salle, le bar et la terrasse à elle seule avec gentillesse et bons conseils. Le Chef qui n'est autre que son époux est également seul en cuisine. Il s'active en silence sans aucun temps mort, on se demande comment il fait pour sortir d'aussi bons mets en si peu de temps, car TOUT est fait maison... (essayez la salade de rouget, puis les rognons, un véritable régal). Les tarifs sont également très abordables pour la qualité des repas. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés. 06/09/2024: Excellent surprise. Small bistro that doesn't look like much, but is very excellent. The welcome is very friendly, the menu of the day with fresh produce. Home cooking is, on certain dishes, revisited by the chef. The octopus was excellent as were the other dishes. the lunch menu is reasonably priced for the content. I recommend this restaurant in Vaison la Romaine.

The meat and cooking was wonderful, the fresh homemade fries and the delicious pepper sauce still come to mind because it was so good. My sweetheart had an excellent salmon risotto with slices of grilled chorizo ​​on top. Very nice surprise. But the icing on the cake was the bread we had as an accompaniment. Hot bread, toasted with olive oil. Excellent, it was the first time I was offered this in a restaurant. Very generous portions (I usually come away feeling slightly hungry from a classic restaurant if I don't have dessert) Go ahead, it's a must, I'm disgusted to live 300km from this restaurant

27/01/2025: Warm welcome and friendly home-cooked food. Very tender meat cooked as requested, it's rare, cuttlefish a la plancha delicious, finally to go faster, everything was good and the wine offered on the slate was excellent, not to mention the arranged rum, a delight. You can stop eating without problem.
