And the team… what can I say? Everyone is lovely, smiling, welcoming, and attentive; it's rare to see so much kindness gathered in one place. The service is simply perfect. You can tell that everyone truly loves their work and does everything to ensure you have an exceptional experience. Always a kind word, always a smile, a genuine and contagious good humor. And in terms of quality, it's flawless. Everything is excellent, generous, beautifully presented; you can feel the care in every detail. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful time. A huge congratulations to the entire team; you are truly the best. If you're in Tours and have never been, go without hesitation; you'll be treated like royalty. For me, it's clearly one of the best places in Tours! 👏✨

03/05/2026: We ate very well and received excellent service from a friendly and smiling waitress. The music was a bit loud and we were a little hot.

30/04/2026: The service was efficient and quick, but the overall quality of the food was disappointing. The chicken wrap was unfortunately overcooked, with some pieces that were too charred, which I had to remove. Taste-wise, it lacked flavor; I could easily make better at home. Given the prices, one would at least expect homemade fries, but they were frozen, which was disappointing. My partner also ordered a piece of meat and was equally disappointed. We have eaten at other locations of this chain where the experience was perfect.

Also, a tendency to group people together (lack of privacy). I'm adding a comment to the one I posted 3 years ago. I'm adding another star for tonight. We sat on the street side, which was more intimate than in the dining room. The vegetables and semolina were tasty (we were looking for the chickpeas), the meats were served roughly, a thick lamb chop, a thick piece of beef, and the chicken and merguez were okay. I was expecting more of a lamb skewer or neck. Friendly waitress, smiling owner, but nothing particularly warm either. Plate of oriental pastries: 3 gazelle horns.

01/06/2026: Appalling customer experience: I've been recommending them for a year, but that's over now. Context: Uber Eats delivery. They accused the driver of being thirty minutes late, even though we can see his live progress on the app before and after he picked up the product. So what? In any case, my order wasn't as described because it arrived cold. I left work to request replacements for the cold items. No apology, no replacement, no gesture of goodwill despite my obvious dissatisfaction. No problem, I won't push it any further, given that customer satisfaction is clearly the last priority. This is the last time I'll spend a penny with you, and there's no point in responding to my customer feedback.
