11/04/2026: We're used to coming here as a family and it usually goes well, but today we were disappointed because the manager decided not to offer the McSmart menu after 8 pm. Unbelievable! The menu is à la carte, so you can't just remove it. You can't just decide to take away a menu like that. So, there were 10 of us, and we went to McDonald's Bonnevaine, which offered the McSmart menu, which was absolutely fantastic.

23/04/2026: I usually love Flunch, but today a very unpleasant person (I think it was a manager, she was wearing a blue jacket) ruined our evening.

22/04/2026: The restaurant is beautifully renovated, but the customer service is a complete disaster. Try to use the queue on the left ;-) We waited 30 minutes (at 12:45 pm on a weekday) to pay... it's appalling! And then we realized that the young woman behind the till was also handling ice cream, desserts, and children's menus... In short, it's inconceivable to leave her staff to deal with just two people during the lunch rush... There's a real organizational problem in this restaurant, which is a shame because the place has other advantages (price, parking, newly renovated space, children's activities...). The staff on duty are incredibly brave to accept such poor customer service conditions (yes, in 30 minutes I had time to count: 50 covers served by two people in half an hour), it's not productivity, it's slavery! Manager and/or director of the establishment, you need to wake up and come help your staff during service! Or hire an extra employee... This Tuesday at lunchtime, you were conspicuously absent, and your teams received all the negative feedback from your customers instead!

20/12/2025: A chicken curry with a tomato base and potatoes—what was the point of this creation? As for the goat cheese and honey, you can taste neither honey nor goat cheese; very disappointing…

15/11/2025: The pizzas are fine. However, don't mess up the points; after 3 months and ONE day, the free points are gone. (November 15th) I've been a customer for years; my last order on August 14th was around 60 euros, but oh well, no freebie. Small customers aren't worth much; it's the price of success. The phone reception today was disdainful. Bravo.

19/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! After reserving 9 surprise baskets on Too Good To Go for pickup starting at 7:00 PM, I arrived around 7:25 PM and was told I had to wait 15 minutes. People who arrived after me to pick up Too Good To Go baskets were served before me. At 8:00 AM, I was still waiting. It took 40 minutes to give me a bag with 9 small boxes of mini sushi. And to top it all off, all 9 boxes were the same: tuna only, no avocado, cucumber, etc. While I was waiting, I could see the kitchen staff sitting at a table. I asked for chopsticks, and they told me they don't provide chopsticks with Too Good To Go. It's a real shame, I often order from this site at other places, especially sushi restaurants, and I've never had to wait. The opening hours are always respected, the sushi selection is varied, and chopsticks are free. However, what I did appreciate was that everything was given to us in a large bag, perhaps so we wouldn't notice that all the baskets were the same. I think it's a bit much to pay €45 for Too Good To Go, especially to avoid waste.

08/03/2026: I wish to report a problem regarding a phone call I made today. The person I spoke to was very arrogant and disrespectful. They didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up on me. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially when calling for help, information, or to place a phone order. I would like this situation to be addressed and a solution found to prevent this type of behavior from happening again. Aside from that, their sushi is very good. The staff at the store are very respectful and kind. I really like their sushi.

22/03/2026: This is sorely lacking in professionalism; the containers for fries and ice cream are only half full, and you have to keep going back to get them topped up. It's a shame it wasn't done properly the first time.

20/03/2026: No manager on site! They left a young, thankfully motivated young man, despite the stress, practically alone in his "in training" t-shirt to handle everything (preparing trays, cashiering, serving, handling complaints), while the kiosks malfunctioned and didn't print numbered tickets or table numbers! Good for him, but shame on the managers 😤 Let's not forget that people often go to McDonald's because they're in a hurry; the concept of speed is completely absent from this establishment.

09/04/2026: I just bought some madeleines… they are inedible, as hard as stone! And they weren’t even in the anti-waste section, so I had to pay full price.

28/03/2026: I always buy my bread at Marie Blachère and I've never been disappointed, except this morning when a male waiter felt entitled to make faces at customers. I was truly shocked.

07/04/2026: The floor was so dirty, my shoes were sticking to it, unacceptable.

05/04/2026: Avoid this place! Very little choice, the food is really not great, at 10pm there are still people there, you get the impression they want to kick you out or at least they make you feel that way, the competition is much more welcoming, and much more choice and better quality.

11/04/2026: Horrible! The servers were unfriendly. You order three cocktails and you end up with six large ice cubes and a drop of water!! 9 euros. It's absolutely outrageous. Avoid at all costs. And once again, the staff is awful!

30/03/2026: We arrived, asked for a table, but no one answered, so we just sat down at a table to have a drink without asking. They spoke to us incredibly rudely, telling us that because there were cutlery on the table, we weren't at the right one. They could have just removed the cutlery, unless I'm a complete idiot. And on top of that, they didn't even give us a second to sit down before asking, "What would you like to drink?" even though we hadn't been given a menu. We told them we hadn't received the drinks menu, and the waiter, with his haughty air, like he was Baudelaire (though he's no more intelligent than Delogu), told us, "You don't need a menu to have iced tea and Coke, that's all." We paid 12 euros for three iced teas. It was unbearable; the waiters gave us dirty looks. In short, avoid this place.

19/04/2026: It's a shame I didn't read the reviews first because of the haste. I strongly recommend changing jobs; it would be better to turn the place into a souvenir shop, it would definitely make a better impression. Sticky placemats, water poured into a bottle without even knowing where it came from (and the shame of having to charge for it), we ordered two tongues with seafood and some plain pasta for my daughter. The linguine was UNPRESENTABLE, these people don't even know where they're from, overcooked pasta drowned in a curry broth, it felt like we were in Tunisia, not to mention the pasta served to my daughter, tasteless and completely unfit to even feed to animals. Almost €90 for three of us for two plates of pasta, two glasses of wine, a Coke, and a kids' menu. Change jobs, you're a miracle.

17/04/2026: disappointing ,the service was very slow , we waited almost one hour just to get the order , the drinks and the food had no taste was cold,the toilets were disgusting and the service staff were very rude and doesn’t accept card

11/04/2026: The experience was decent, but quite expensive for what it was. The food was good but nothing special, and the terrace was a bit noisy, which detracted from the enjoyment.

30/08/2025: Disappointed For lunch, I went to the store. I asked the saleswoman what salad she had to offer because it wasn't very visible. So I chose a ham and melon salad and a fig tart to share. When I arrived at the office, the salad was a pasta salad with ham but no trace of melon!! The tart was excellent, but it's a shame the prices aren't properly positioned or placed in front of the products. The display isn't very organized (price/product).

02/05/2026: Horrible! We ate two crepes, and they were so dry we could barely cut them. The accompanying chocolate had no taste whatsoever; you can tell they use cheap ingredients. Avoid at all costs…

16/01/2026: Responsive service, appealing daily menu, good quality steak (flank steak), well-portioned (neither too much nor too little). Nothing extraordinary, but it's good and the price is reasonable. Downstairs in the vaulted cellar, it has a surprisingly intimate, cellar-like feel. One major drawback: no Wi-Fi. A shame.

29/04/2026: Super friendly service. Firstly they were the only restaurant to accept us between the lunch and dinner service. Our waiter was really nice and food was very good, particularly the bouillabaisse and the Armenian pizza !!
