24/08/2024: Accueil très chaleureux du patron et du personnel. Le cadre était très beau à proximité des thermes. Les plats étaient excellents et le service impeccable. En outre, ils étaient de bons conseils pour les plats et le vin. Le tout à un prix très abordable. Nous le recommandons vivement.
18/08/2024: Im Caravelle war es kein Problem Innen zu sitzen. Voraus hatte ich eine leckere Platte mit Schafskäse, Blutwurst und anderen Delikatessen.
Zur Hauptspeise hatte ich ein Cowboysteak, geschmacklich großes Kino., mit Kartoffeln und einem Zuccini Gratin. Der Espresso war kräftig und rundete das tolle Essen ab.
Ich möchte mich bei dem freundlichen, hilfsbereiten, aufmerksamen Kellner bedanken. Ich komme gerne wieder.

We enjoyed myself with the entrecôte, my son the same with the stew, my sister-in-law my son and my husband with the bull rib
And their desserts were very good.
31/08/2024: We enjoyed lunch at Tambourin. The waiter was very professional and friendly, the aioli was excellent and the prices reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. I recommend without problem.

03/09/2024: We came on Sunday to have a drink and eat pancakes and waffles around 5 p.m. The waiter came to take our order and we waited 1 hour and still nothing another very friendly and smiling waiter told us I'm sorry for the delay I'm going to go and see in the kitchen he came back straight away and said sorry there were no more pancakes or waffles he advised us to have something else and guaranteed to serve us very quickly we were not the only ones to be unhappy the waiter managed all the tables alone.
We made the decision not to stay, we thank this waiter for his politeness and his smile! Rather rare these days!
Staff management to be reviewed in this well-located establishment!
01/09/2024: When we go to Borely we often come here… this time we were very disappointed
Firstly, we were the only customers on a school holiday evening (which is not necessarily a good sign)
The quality has gone down and so have the portions.
We didn't enjoy ourselves. And average service... The waiter seemed new and was left to fend for himself. He did not master the map and was discovering the profession. We didn't want to be annoying but he needed support. Given the lack of customers it would have been good if he had been accompanied because he was not the only one in the restaurant “working”! He did his best, thanks to him!!

An Italian salad as a main course for 16 euros with 3 slices of tomatoes with two pieces of mozzarella on a single salad leaf, a quarter of burratta, a few small pieces of raw ham, two thin slices of zucchini and two small pieces of eggplant. Fortunately there was bread. Nothing to say about the service, the waitress is great.

The plates are generous (salmon tartare and wok). No more room for dessert.

01/09/2024: We recently discovered this caterer even though we have lived next door for years! What a shame, it’s really very good and the owners are very friendly!
The prices are also very reasonable. (the person who complains about the price increase must not shop often! And the person who complains about the parking must surely have been too lazy to cross the street to park very easily in the shopping center parking lot!)
We will come back regularly.
