08/03/2026: Hello everyone, I went to McDonald's today. I ordered a meal and got a beer. When I got home, I noticed they'd given me a glass with water. When I called them on the phone, the only thing they could say was, "We're sorry, we don't make beer anymore, so please be careful."

07/03/2026: 25-minute wait between payment and service, and that's after complaining. The dishes aren't all cooked the same way. The only positive point: clean restrooms. The waitress empties the trash at the same time #hygiene. We were just passing through, but we'll avoid this place in the future!

16/02/2026: Every time I eat at McDonald's, it's a disaster: it's frankly awful. I wanted to give them one last chance by ordering through Uber Eats… huge disappointment. Soggy fries, melted ice cream, ridiculously small portions. Really disappointing.

30/08/2025: Disappointed For lunch, I went to the store. I asked the saleswoman what salad she had to offer because it wasn't very visible. So I chose a ham and melon salad and a fig tart to share. When I arrived at the office, the salad was a pasta salad with ham but no trace of melon!! The tart was excellent, but it's a shame the prices aren't properly positioned or placed in front of the products. The display isn't very organized (price/product).

13/12/2025: Since the meats were halal, we couldn't eat some of the dishes on offer. A shame. Indeed, devout Christians cannot eat halal for religious reasons (just as devout Muslims cannot eat non-halal). And there's deli meat on the menu: fine for Christians but not for Muslims. Everything is mixed together. A strange concept. In any case, what we ate wasn't to our liking at all. Friendly staff.

14/02/2026: The experience dates back to last Saturday. It's the first time in my life I've been terribly sick the very evening after eating McDonald's. I had a fever, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea for two days. There's a serious hygiene problem here. It was the worst experience of my life; the health department should really take a look. I'm posting my experience here to prevent others from going through what I experienced for two days.

20/02/2026: You have to face the facts: at this McDonald's, they don't know how to make a milkshake. It's water, it's undrinkable. We've tried a few times. Nothing works. And when you get the small size, it's tiny, espresso-sized... watery as hell. Not to mention the cashier who's about as friendly as a prison guard.

13/03/2026: I've been reading the reviews and I'm very surprised. Personally, I've always been very well received there (and I don't even know them). Whether it's for drinks or lunch, it's great. The only downside is the noise from the ambulances and police cars when they use the tram tracks, but that's not their fault.

11/03/2026: Best sushi in Marseille, never disappointed, the quality is always there. The delivery drivers are honest; we made a mistake with the payment and they came to refund us even though we hadn't noticed.

14/02/2026: I had to cancel my order because the lady refused to remove the seaweed from the sushi because there were too many people! I can't tolerate it while pregnant, so thank you!

04/03/2026: Really disappointed… As a vegetarian for several years, I wanted to try the new veggie ranch wrap. After the first bite, I realized it was chicken. Yet the packaging clearly stated veggie. Luckily, I don't have a food allergy because such a mistake could be really dangerous. I tried calling several times to file a complaint, but I haven't received a response.

19/02/2026: Having bought an ice cream, I wanted to eat my homemade salad on the side… It was impossible to eat inside due to McDonald's France policy. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at McDonald's, regardless of the city where the franchises are located in France. I don't recommend this McDonald's; it's inconsistent.

16/01/2026: Responsive service, appealing daily menu, good quality steak (flank steak), well-portioned (neither too much nor too little). Nothing extraordinary, but it's good and the price is reasonable. Downstairs in the vaulted cellar, it has a surprisingly intimate, cellar-like feel. One major drawback: no Wi-Fi. A shame.

We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next.
