22/02/2026: Visited on February 22, 2026. Order placed at 8:17 PM, nothing too complicated: 2 double cheeseburgers and a McWrap. At 8:35 PM, no orders in sight. When I went to the counter to ask if there was a problem with my order, I received no answer other than that it hadn't even been started, even though several people who had ordered before me had been served, and the restaurant was practically empty. At 8:45 PM, the order finally arrived, and not even a hint of an apology for the wait, just a "here's your order" and a sneer. In short, appalling service par excellence.

20/02/2026: What a scam! Now the McDonald's sandwich costs an extra €0.50, it seems smaller than before, and by the way, you can no longer remove the book or toy.

19/11/2024: If you are a tourist in the derogatory sense this is a good address for the location. Bull stew you will have to settle for samples of meat and two large potatoes...the bouillabaisse is good. Times are tough, especially the price. (Pleasant but long service) and bright sunshine.

Thank you for taking the time to address my initial comment, but I cannot allow the situation to deteriorate further. The information you received appears to have come from a waiter with a shaved head and tattoos. However, upon your return, you can easily verify with his other employee, who is older and wears glasses, as well as with his bartender, that our consumption was strictly limited to three slices of pizza: one for my friend, one for myself, and one shared by our two daughters, who had already eaten before our arrival. We never requested a carafe of water and ordered two fruit juices and two teas; this order was never served because he refused to take it. I would also like to point out that only three chairs were available for four people, with our daughters sharing one seat, and the couple next to us using two additional chairs to place their food containers. As I am not a resident of Aix-en-Provence, I have no intention of exposing my daughter to such a scene again. However, I remain willing to discuss this matter directly with you should I be in Aix-en-Provence alone. I hope you will take the necessary steps regarding this waiter to prevent such an incident from happening again. Indeed, I agree with you that while incivility is common these days, it is important to remember that the law protects everyone and that the behavior exhibited constitutes a criminal offense under Article L121-11 of the French Consumer Code. 09/07/2025: I just ordered my 30-minute meal. I asked for salad in my sandwich, but just before the "preparer," if you can call it that, put the bottom of the salad container on top of the new one. So I asked politely if it was possible to remove the rotten leaves, and she kindly replied in a haughty tone, "No." So I have rotten salad in my sandwich! Great! Too bad because we've never usually had a problem with the other preparator...

25/06/2025: This is the second time I've come back and I won't be coming back, the chicken is cold, the first time they reheated it for me but in the microwave and not in their machine so the bread was soggy, and this time the meat is cold, the service apart from the cashier who is super nice, the rest is not, they are nonchalant, stingy with the quantity of meat, honestly if it's to pull a face and not do your job, you might as well change jobs

23/09/2025: Cash only, no cards. Sign warning of this was behind a plant. Surly service. Unwelcoming and unhelpful. Salad Nicoise was horrible. Pizza was OK but they use emmental instead of mozzarella. Miserable with the olives.

01/03/2026: It's become far too expensive! A brioche with dried fruit for over €7 - 4 individual cakes + 2 apple turnovers -> total €17 The food has become very mediocre… flies on the bread, the cakes have become very bad I will no longer choose this bakery… I've been a customer since it opened, and the feeling of profiting from inflation and the customer's wallet is blatant… I would advise my colleagues against it!

23/02/2026: This incident happened this evening at 7:40 PM. I usually come to the Cabriès store after 7:30 PM because there's a 50% discount on everything in the store before closing time. A blonde woman was ahead of me and bought a large bag of bread and other items, as well as four chocolate/coffee éclairs. Her total only cost €11.85. I clearly saw on the till screen that the woman had benefited from the 50% discount on everything she bought. I asked the saleswoman, who was of foreign origin and was putting the items away in the stockroom, if the éclairs were also 50% off. The saleswoman told me that the éclairs weren't 50% off, even though the store was about to close in a few minutes. The other waitress, younger and very uncomfortable, offered to serve me even though she hadn't yet processed the payment for the woman in front of me, afraid I'd see the amount she was paying at the register, which I already knew. Very surprised to hear this, and contrary to what the other salespeople had told me, I only bought three croissants and four chocolate rolls, for which the saleswoman, of course, gave me the 50% discount. I don't understand. I was told everything was 50% off just before closing, and now they're refusing to sell me a few chocolate/coffee éclairs that would probably have ended up in your saleswoman's basket. I know perfectly well that this saleswoman lied to me because I regularly shop at Marie Blachère in Vitrolles, where I've already bought pastries and other items before closing at 50% off. Refusal to sell is punishable by a fine of €1500!!!! I think I'll just stick to the shop in Vitrolles!!!

15/03/2026: Google says drive through open at 9am, restaurant at 10am. Waited 15 minutes in front of the drive through screen that were on. Nobody came out to tell me it they weren't ready to open yet. I confronted them at the windows and got greeted by a rather unpleasant individual who simply told me they opened at 10:30am. Great customer service...

14/03/2026: March 14, 2026, 4:30 PM: 25 minutes to get two half-served ice creams and forced to go inside to get them for a drive-thru.

07/12/2025: I can confirm, the toilets are truly awful every time we come to this McDonald's; they're already dirty even before service starts, so I don't think they even clean them, not to mention the rest...

01/03/2026: Avoid this bar at all costs. I ordered a small hot chocolate for 4 euros... served in a tiny espresso cup... chocolate in a toy tea set? Unbelievable! Unpleasant service, cash only... keep walking... I never leave reviews... but for this scandalous bar (acceptable for regulars, appalling service for everyone else) I'm taking the time to share my experience

01/03/2026: This place is a joke! If you're a local, you're welcome, otherwise drink your beer, give me your cash, and get lost! Everyone has had hot chocolate before. In any bar or restaurant in the world, it comes in one size. Well, here there are two sizes. Why not, you might ask. Except that the small one is like having an espresso, so it's a mini cup, but instead of coffee, you get hot chocolate! Draft beer, only one choice! The concept of the bar has evolved. I must be out of touch. And when it comes to paying, let's talk about it! No credit cards! Only cash, straight into the owner's pocket, who must be raking it in! And no, the restaurant isn't in the middle of the jungle. There's good cell service. I checked.

28/02/2026: A huge disappointment. The €19 "butcher's steak" was just a frozen minced steak, as was the €29 burger with two small frozen patties. The mussels marinière had no white wine, and the mussels with Roquefort cheese had practically no Roquefort. Considering the prices, the value for money is unacceptable. We won't be back.

02/03/2026: This was the third and final chance I gave this McDonald's in a month: - 25 minutes for a Drive-Thru order - cancellation of my Click & Collect order once I arrived in the parking lot (for a simple missing nugget sauce) - items consistently missing from my order (Big Tasty today, for example) Your neighbors in Salon-de-Provence don't have these logistical problems. Ask yourselves the right questions and take action.

16/03/2026: I placed a €40 order today. They forgot the deluxe sauces, they forgot the ice cream, and there were no napkins. I won't be back.

11/03/2026: Good Service Good Service. A great place where you can buy almost anything. We were here with the kids, and they also found everything they needed. I highly recommend visiting this place; you won't be disappointed. There's even a play area.
