19/04/2026: A disaster! If you have time to waste, don't hesitate to stop here! We waited 35 minutes for a burger and fish and chips! Furthermore, the hygiene is appalling; the cashiers and kitchen staff, with their long hair, don't wear hairnets or caps and constantly touch their hair... The tables are dirty. The fries taste of stale fryer oil, and everything else is mediocre. Avoid at all costs!

25/03/2026: Too expensive and disappointed by the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and, since there was no one else there, the service was super fast. However, it was very frustrating not to be able to eat on the prime booths promised in the photos… we ended up on high stools facing the counter (it was clean, but with a view of a kitchen that looked outdated). As for the meal… €20 for a (too) small cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. It's good, but far too expensive compared to regular Memphis burgers. The vegetarian option was also a big disappointment, consisting of a sad little block of vegetables. The experience was only acceptable thanks to the service, but it's clearly not worth the price. I'm disappointed by the promised experience.

19/12/2025: Ordered 5 different pizzas, and frankly, they were tasteless and uninteresting. The dough was bizarre, nothing like pizza dough. This pizzeria is the worst on the Côte Bleue, definitely avoid it. Money wasted, children left unsatisfied.

10/04/2026: Just another McDonald's, nothing special. The steak was overcooked, or rather, the shoe leather was overcooked. Go buy a sandwich; you'll save time and increase your life expectancy.

28/03/2026: We sat down in your NEARLY EMPTY restaurant yesterday evening with food from elsewhere, planning to order a McFlurry afterward so it wouldn’t melt while we ate. Instead of handling this calmly, your drooling ogre of a manager immediately came over in a completely unprofessional state, visibly agitated, shaking, and SCREAMING at us to leave. When we explained our intention to order shortly, he started stuttering and struggling to communicate clearly. This kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE in a customer-service role and as someone who has worked in fast food for years, I can only imagine what it must be like to have to work with someone like this. I genuinely feel sorry for his coworkers who likely have to deal with his tantrums on a daily basis :(. I believe this guy is unfortunately not fit for the job. He could have simply and calmly asked us to place an order, which we were FULLY WILLING to do (you can even see us browsing the menu through the machines as soon as we came), and the situation would have been resolved immediately, benefiting both us and the restaurant. Instead, his inability to manage stress or anger, clouded his judgement and led clients to flee. We should’ve known the moment we laid eyes on this place that things were about to go downhill. The DEAD RAT lying next to the entrance should’ve been enough of a bad omen.

28/03/2026: This McDonald's restaurant has changed drastically. Hygiene is nonexistent; the restrooms are filthy, the tables and floors are uncleaned, and the food is served on dirty trays. The ordering screens are truly awful. A hygiene inspection is desperately needed. It's a disgrace.

22/04/2026: The chocolate and pistachio macarons were very hard and dry when I went, really not good. The raspberry one was better but not as tender as the ones at Paul bakery on Rue Espariat, where they were perfect when I went 10 days later.

16/04/2026: A terrible experience this morning at this Paul bakery, which doesn't reflect the image of your brand. The saleswoman was clearly out of her depth; I don't think she understood the situation. She was very aggressive and refused to serve us because I hesitated over a sandwich, even though there was no one else around. I am disabled. What a disgrace for your company!

28/04/2026: A 1 hour wait for a meal, yet it's supposed to be a fast food chain.

23/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They make a lot of mistakes with orders. I was seated with my order, and they only gave me fries and a drink, but not the hamburger. I pointed it out, and they told me it was coming, but after 15 minutes, still no hamburger. I pointed it out again, and they told me I'd received my order. Uh... No. I asked to see the security camera footage as proof, and they refused. Honestly, I'll never go back. That evening, many people were complaining about missing items, etc. I demanded a refund. It's a disgrace. You come here to relax before going to the movies, and in the end, it all goes haywire.

25/04/2026: The waiter was incredibly unfriendly. I think we were bothering him just by being there. 6 PM: no more hot drinks, no more juice. One of us didn't want a drink... Except that it's one drink per person. 30 cents if you want a slice of lemon. Okay... we sighed.

17/04/2026: This fast-food place is a horror, filthy... 🫣Given the state of the public areas, I shudder to think what the kitchens and storage areas are like... What are the health inspectors doing to address this? And who's in charge?

15/04/2026: We arrived at 9:15 PM on a Wednesday, and all the self-service kiosks inside were closed. We approached the counter to calmly ask why, and were told, "I think it's closed." We pointed out that it was only 9:15 PM... no response. They calmly resumed their service at the drive-thru... only to finally tell us to go to the drive-thru. So we went to the drive-thru, kiosk 1 closed, kiosk 2 closed... I don't understand how they can be so unpleasant to customers, give them incorrect information, and close a restaurant at 9:15 PM when their schedule states closing time (weekdays) as 10 PM for the dining room and 2 AM for the drive-thru. I've never seen anything like it at a McDonald's, it's unbelievable!

28/03/2026: Double-check your orders!!! I ordered a box of 9 Nuggets and when I got home, I realized there were only 4 in the box!!!!!!!!!!!

01/03/2026: It's become far too expensive! A brioche with dried fruit for over €7 - 4 individual cakes + 2 apple turnovers -> total €17 The food has become very mediocre… flies on the bread, the cakes have become very bad I will no longer choose this bakery… I've been a customer since it opened, and the feeling of profiting from inflation and the customer's wallet is blatant… I would advise my colleagues against it!

23/02/2026: This incident happened this evening at 7:40 PM. I usually come to the Cabriès store after 7:30 PM because there's a 50% discount on everything in the store before closing time. A blonde woman was ahead of me and bought a large bag of bread and other items, as well as four chocolate/coffee éclairs. Her total only cost €11.85. I clearly saw on the till screen that the woman had benefited from the 50% discount on everything she bought. I asked the saleswoman, who was of foreign origin and was putting the items away in the stockroom, if the éclairs were also 50% off. The saleswoman told me that the éclairs weren't 50% off, even though the store was about to close in a few minutes. The other waitress, younger and very uncomfortable, offered to serve me even though she hadn't yet processed the payment for the woman in front of me, afraid I'd see the amount she was paying at the register, which I already knew. Very surprised to hear this, and contrary to what the other salespeople had told me, I only bought three croissants and four chocolate rolls, for which the saleswoman, of course, gave me the 50% discount. I don't understand. I was told everything was 50% off just before closing, and now they're refusing to sell me a few chocolate/coffee éclairs that would probably have ended up in your saleswoman's basket. I know perfectly well that this saleswoman lied to me because I regularly shop at Marie Blachère in Vitrolles, where I've already bought pastries and other items before closing at 50% off. Refusal to sell is punishable by a fine of €1500!!!! I think I'll just stick to the shop in Vitrolles!!!

26/04/2026: Very unpleasant security guard, never had any problems in other fast food or even restaurants for our small dog, here there is no "come as you are".

25/04/2026: No ice cubes for the whipped cream Caffè latte, then a mistake with the replacement drink; they didn't put any coffee in, so I just got a milkshake.

02/05/2026: Terrible place. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee. Which had been sitting under the machine for at least 5 minutes. French inefficiency.

30/04/2026: As usual, only one employee at the till, even though there are self-service kiosks on a public holiday. A 50-minute wait at the McDonald's drive-thru. They stole my fries and sauces, and of course, I didn't get a napkin. The Coke is still disgusting. As for the exit, there's a huge, half-collapsed, one-ton white gate that could fall on your cars, vehicles, or children. The staff are far from friendly; they're stressed because they're understaffed. You pay before everyone else, before you even eat. There are many more cameras than in a bank, but they're the ones who steal from us every time. I strongly advise against going there; go to the roadside restaurant nearby instead.

24/04/2026: McDonald's can't keep up with orders, the service is terrible, they don't respect allergy guidelines, and when you pay for "special burgers of the moment" they deliver something completely different even though you paid €10 extra for two meals. The worst McDonald's in the area; you're better off getting delivery from Aubagne, even if it means eating cold food—it's still better.

30/03/2026: I ordered shrimp tartare sushi, but I received classic breaded shrimp California rolls without citrus sauce instead. This is absolutely not what I wanted, and paying so much for something other than what was advertised is outrageous. I do not recommend it.

27/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! Appalling telephone service and unacceptable waiting times! We placed our order at 11:20 AM, with delivery estimated for around 12:20 PM. When we called at 12:40 PM, we were met with a very rude and aggressive person who claimed to be in charge. The delivery driver finally arrived at 1:35 PM, two hours and fifteen minutes after we placed the order. We sent him back.
