01/01/2024: Discovered by chance at the bend of an alley, we were pleasantly surprised. Very warm welcome, a smile is required as well as the quality on the plate. An address not to be overlooked.

03/04/2024: My wife and I used to eat there, when I say usually I mean from time to time. Compared to our previous experiences, we had a lot of fat on our entrecote to share and had the impression of having a smaller piece than usual since there were 3/4 slices only with fat, in short ! We reported it to the restaurant manager, I imagine, and his only response was that it depends on the steaks. At the end of the meal we showed him by a+b how much fat there was to insist again and no reaction from him, word of apology or commercial gesture. In a word, we are not complicated when we raise dissatisfaction it is because it is well-founded and we expect a minimum of feedback and not just one, that's how it is

30/08/2024: I wanted to share my opinion on this kebab in Belsunce. The meat was good and the fries were okay, but unfortunately, I was surprised to come across several cockroaches while going up the stairs after finishing my sandwich. This is a clear sign that this snack is seriously lacking in maintenance. I really don't recommend eating there, as cleanliness is essential in a dining place. Better to avoid this place for your health! 🚫🦗

30/08/2024: Very expensive for a simple plate without a drink. A good surprise awaits you when you go to the toilet, cockroaches everywhere. Hygiene question to see.

06/09/2024: My wife and I have been blown away by the innovative, inspired cuisine of Chef Jérôme Yahia, who in our opinion should have two Michelin stars to his name! Every meal is a culinary adventure from start to finish, filled with pleasure with every mouthful.. He sources the best local ingredients, and creates exciting dishes with great flair. Masterfully combining textures, flavours, and colours that are art as well as food! We’ve had 3 lunches so far and two diners and every plate has been a joy to eat. A feast on the eyes and then the palet. We’ve dined at 1, 2 and 3 star restaurants and both agree his cooking is easily 1 star, and better suited to 2 Michelin stars in our opinion. Often with haute cuisine, if you’re a big eater like me you can feel “less is less” and wish that you just had a bit more! But that’s not the case with him. His portions are as generous as they are delicious. I suffer from life-threatening allergies. So eating out can be very high risk, and in the past, has led to me being rushed to hospital via ambulance because someone dropped the ball or they were complacent/negligent. But right from the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jerome was completely on top of my allergies and the triggers, as were front of house who had evidently been extremely well briefed. Consequently, I was able to sit back and relax and eat safely, with complete confidence that chef and his team, plus front of house had my back. Which has made every meal a far more relaxed experience for me and for my wife than in the past. So if you suffer from food allergies, or intolerance, I can say based on my experience, if you dine here you are in very good hands if you let them know in advance. Personally, I always notify a restaurant or hotel before I dine there of what my allergies are. Because it’s much easier to plan in advance, then have to work around in the middle of a busy service. But that’s just my view.. The staff front of house are all very friendly, warm and extremely professional! It’s a real pleasure to dine with them. They are attentive without being too much, and always on hand keen to help/serve. The sommelier (I regret I haven’t got her name) is not only clearly very passionate about what she does, and extremely knowledgeable. She’s also very warm and engaging, always advising on the best wine to complement a dish, not the most expensive. That said, she has curated a very extensive and impressive wine list which will satisfy anyone’s pallet. So as you can tell, both myself and my wife are big fans, and would recommend anyone to come here and have a gastronomic adventure! As for me we will be back next year and I’m Very much looking forward to dinner tonight..

Un table qui mérite son étoile. Un service irréprochable et attentionné. C’est une parenthèse de bonheurs gustatifs .

26/09/2024: On the map, I found few things that appealed to me. My wife quickly found what she was looking for. My first choice was not available in the evening. We didn't want to offer a side dish without the main course. When I said I just wanted something to drink, I was told that wasn't possible. Two customers - two main courses. So we left the restaurant.

09/09/2024: Eravamo a Arles per la 'Feria di Riz' e, come al solito, abbiamo dato un'occhiata alle recensioni TripAdvisor per pranzare. Tra i tanti locali recensiti abbiamo deciso per questo cafè-restaurant in pieno centro. E abbiamo azzeccato la scelta! Abbiamo mangiato due 'Confit de cuisse de canard' (Confit di coscia d'anatra), due patatine fritte e due insalate miste. Poi 2 dolci: una 'Creme Brulée a la vanille bourbon' e un 'Soufflé yosu avec chantilly'. Bevuto due birre e presi 2 caffè espressi. Tutto davvero ottimo. Spesi euro 44,50. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Se poi ci aggiungiamo la gentilezza e simpatia del cameriere, la caratteristicità del locale e l'aria tipicamente arlesiana che ci si respira, é sicuramente da provare. Vivamente consigliato! Dimenticavo: il bagno è pulitissimo (noi teniamo all'igiene)

04/09/2024: Un espace convivial au centre d'Arles. Terrasse ombragée, le service incluant le déplacement de parasol en fonction du soleil. Service rapide et souriant. Carte réduite mais de qualité. Excellents desserts.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to La Bastide de Venelles for everything. I will tell my family and friends about this simply magnificent establishment.

16/09/2024: Taken Friday evening for 3 people and since then one sick person Saturday the other Sunday and one this morning is this a coincidence???? I don't think so

14/09/2024: Catastrophic! Team members in slow motion, 30 minutes before getting our order. Teammate next door who fills cartons of sauce instead of lending a hand... and they chat quietly in front of the exasperated customers. Is there a manager here? And frankly disgusting sandwich. Rotten salad bathed in way too much sauce, disgusting! Never tested such a bad and poorly managed fast food restaurant. Quick doomed to disappear? It’s deserved.

08/12/2024: A super friendly welcome, the staff are really attentive to our needs, the meals are really excellent, the spacious and typical rooms with a very nice view. We are really delighted with our little stay.

08/12/2024: A truly beautiful establishment where you will find a beautiful atmosphere and refinement on the plate Ideally located at the western entrance to the village facing the port, it is the place to be for an excellent evening with festive kindness. No opinion on the rooms, I have never stayed there but everything is there to make me say that it must be perfect
