08/09/2024: Very nice evening this Sunday at the Grand Café Malarte. We ate very well and were very well received.

08/09/2024: It was recommended to us by the hotel and it was a success, so much so that we had lunch and dinner there. The quality/price ratio is good, the cuisine is great and very well presented, and the service is good, looking tired, I guess they work long hours, the place opens until 11:00 p.m.

09/09/2024: Simply extraordinary. The dark chocolate pear cookie.... Woa, it's supernaturally good.

08/09/2024: I have never been so poorly received in an establishment! As soon as we arrived, we felt that our presence was disturbing. The waitresses seemed downright annoyed at having to do their job – a smile? Non-existent. Politeness? A completely foreign concept to them. It seemed like they were being forced to work against their will. If they don't want to work, let them change jobs, but spare us your bad mood. No attention, not a single pleasant moment. Any advice? Change teams or close the doors, it will do everyone good.

28/08/2024: Very friendly place and pleasant service however the cuisine lacks refinements. I find it quite expensive considering the dish I ate.

18/08/2024: It was a fabulous time that we spent in the Patio restaurant (small restaurant in a small street parallel to Cours Mirabeau), the warm welcome and very professional advice. The decor is original and gives the impression of being in a very cozy village square. The cuisine is delicious and generous (thanks for the doggy bags). We enjoyed chatting with the manager and his partner, who were very kind. I will just repeat one word: GO FOR IT! GO FOR IT! GO FOR IT! we know where we will go to eat next time we are in Aix-en-Provence

17/09/2024: Restaurant chosen because it is close to Cours Mirabeau: Cuisine: Calzone not quite cooked inside, the egg not cooked and the cheese granules were still whole and not melted. Service: Fast and efficient. Atmosphere: nothing more.

29/07/2024: This was a nice place to grab a quick tasty bite to eat during the off time when all the restaurants are closed. They do a nice tasty starter selection, food is fresh and crisp and has that tasty style which a lot of Asian places miss when they are not real. This place was much better than the average, waiter was a great laugh and super attentive, food came super quickly and was enjoyable, I was sceptical about the mains as they were a little low on the sauce aspect but once you mixed up the meat and the noodles they worked really well.

15/09/2024: On commande à la borne, on attend avec toutes les autres personnes qui ont commandé sur place et c’est ok ! Ce qui n’est pas ok, c’est que les commandes ubereat sont priorisées sur les commandes des personnes qui se sont déplacées et qui attendent attendent. J’y suis actuellement… ça fait 25mn que j’attends, il y avait seulement 4 personnes devant moi… actuellement personne… je suis en théorie la prochaine. Il n’y a personne devant moi… juste des livreurs Uber qui défilent les uns derrière les autres !!! Et un qui vient d’arriver à l’instant et de réclamer sa commande !! J’adore cet endroit mais là la politique client est à revoir parce qu’en plus il n’y a qu’un jeune pour s’occuper de toutes les préparations !

13/08/2024: Bad reception, one of the baristas looking at his colleague saying “what do these people want?” probably thinking that I didn’t understand French. :) Say hello to the customers they want.

09/08/2024: Pretty and well placed for a drink after the museum. The cakes are good but then the smoothies are abominable. Good luck to the waiters who know this well...
