12/07/2026: We came to this establishment three nights in a row. Each time, the bouncer refused us entry without any valid reason, while other groups were admitted without any problem. After witnessing several refusals, we noticed that people of Arab/North African origin were systematically turned away. This behavior clearly resembles racial discrimination, contrary to the values ​​that a place meant to be welcoming and open to all should embody. Beyond the lack of respect, this type of practice is probably illegal, as French law prohibits refusing entry to a bar or nightclub based on origin or perceived ethnicity or "race." I strongly advise against this place for anyone who values ​​respect, equal treatment, and a minimum level of professionalism at the door.

11/07/2026: A local burger chain. Choose the Castellane location for the city center and the Pointe Rouge location for its proximity to the sea. The giant burgers are a bit bland. Opt for the smaller ones; they have more flavor! Please note: Only cash is accepted!

The service was pleasant, the waitress attentive and always smiling, every request was handled with care, and customer satisfaction was their top priority! We also ordered delivery, and finally, a restaurant that gives a precise delivery time, not just an estimate or something close enough, and as early as possible. Don't hesitate!

25/02/2026: Until now, I'd never been disappointed: the pizzas were always tasty and generously topped. But this time, I'm really disappointed. The pizza arrived cold, very thin, and with very little topping. The cheese had hardened, and I couldn't even finish it. It's a shame. We won't be ordering delivery again.

28/07/2026: An experience... let's say, memorable, but not for the right reasons. The staff weren't exactly unpleasant, more like "politely absent." As for the food, nothing extraordinary: decent dishes, but soulless, the kind of meal you forget before you've even paid the bill. Special mention (and not the least important) goes to the menus, veritable grimy museum pieces that seem to have survived several presidencies without ever seeing a wipe. You could almost feel the restaurant's history unfolding before your eyes. In short, an establishment with potential, but one that would benefit from a (literally) complete overhaul of its customer experience.

The value for money is amazing, especially considering the quality offered. A huge thank you to the entire team who are welcoming, smiling, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. If Italy doesn't appeal to you, take your taste buds on a trip to Dunkirk and try Top Pizza! €40 for three pizzas that ended up being thrown away.

07/06/2026: I stayed for two nights and the room was tiny, dark, and very damp. Not to mention the broken toilet door, which was completely useless, offering no privacy and being dangerous due to exposed nails. I don't recommend it if you're looking for comfort, even for just one night. I was disappointed; the photos on the website are misleading. However, the staff is very pleasant, attentive, and responsive (5/5). The hotel is well-located but lacks secure parking. It's a shame the staff is perfect, no complaints there, but the room needs a complete overhaul; it's not worth the price.

01/06/2026: I want to inform you of two things: Don't lose anything in this hotel; the thieving staff will never return it, especially if it's a bearded man with glasses who didn't give me my bag that I left downstairs at reception for 5 minutes on my way back to my room. When I asked about the security cameras, they strangely didn't work. A complaint has been filed against this establishment and the manager, who seems to be trying to cover up this theft. Then there's the infernal night with the constant, loud motorcycles and other cars speeding by. The windows aren't soundproofed at all. A cleaning lady enters your room without knocking. This hotel is a great place to have a complete meltdown. Well done, anyway! 👋

18/07/2026: We stopped at La Balagne for a cocktail, the only place in the area with two trees providing a welcome bit of shade this time of year. Besides the excellent cocktails, the warm welcome and the pleasant atmosphere on the terrace made us want to stay for dinner. The pizzas are truly excellent, and the red mullet fillets with pastis were a real treat. In short, a fantastic evening; you can go without hesitation. Thank you, La Balagne, for this lovely evening; we'll gladly return.

08/07/2026: As a regular customer of Cézanne for the past five years, I used to bring my friends and acquaintances here on several occasions. During the Morocco-Canada match, and despite requests from several people, the manager refused to turn on the second TV (I don't know what he thought, he didn't know himself). When I mentioned it to him, he made it clear that it was because Morocco was playing and the Moroccan public should "stay in their seats," implying that some people weren't interested in the match. So, logically, if I came to the terrace for the France match and didn't want to watch it, he would turn off the second TV. He told me, "No, I won't even seat you." We left, canceling our order, and I, for one, will never set foot in that bar again. PS: We've seen how you respond to other negative reviews; I recommend you take a course in customer review management.
