08/08/2024: We booked a room in April for a June stay, but life happened, and we had to cancel. So, like responsible adults, we contacted this hotel month in advance to cancel. They reassured us—multiple times!—that our booking was canceled and we’d get our refund. Fast forward a few months more, and guess what? Still no refund. After three calls in two months, not only are we out of our money, but now the manager is threatening to show up at our address?! This is beyond outrageous. They’re unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly, scary. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with thieves who might show up at your door.

13/07/2024: One night spent on a business trip. Most : - the location, 5 minutes from the Aix TGV station - the restaurant, delicious and with lots of choice, with its pretty terrace and fountain - welcome and service - the rooms, clean with very comfortable bedding - the calm of the environment The lessers : - in the shower in my room (14) I had a very low flow and a temperature that changed every minute, it took me hours to wash - VTC called by the hotel: €25 (!!!) to travel 3km between Aix TGV station and the hotel, same price for 10min between the hotel and Vitrolles. We know that in the south it's often a scam but this is beyond belief! Good overall experience.

20/04/2024: A very clean place, an uninviting welcome, a hard and overcooked baguette, a dry sourdough baguette, in short I understand that on Saturday at the end of the day the bread is not very fresh..... but... ..what a shame because during our previous visit during the week the quality and welcome were very satisfactory.......

09/08/2024: What a way to do it! a polite merchant to see again!!! my dad is waiting in line and a lady without intention passes him in front and kindly tells him that he was in front and that he is disabled with a card and the shopkeeper starts to tell him "what is this way of doing things sir, I have decided to be courteous with the ladies and that she will come first" and she begins to give a moral lesson to my dad to say that at her age you have to be courteous, that young people today, she understands because they have no education etc... well done madam for your way of doing things which was pleasant! I told her that her way of doing things was not very good and she told me to get out of my establishment if you are not happy! you are rude dear madam and in fact, we will not come back to see you! even the customer and another customer said you were very rude and even the customer said she's crazy! I strongly advise against it! Usually, I only put positive reviews and I don't put mixed reviews but here, it was obligatory! BUSINESS IN FUIIIIIIRRRR

20/03/2025: Superbe brasserie. Que du fait maison !! Le personnel super sympa. Les plats délicieux !! Allez y les yeux fermés !!!!! C'est en face de l'hôtel ibis ou j'ai séjourné pour affaire et quelle bonne surprise !!!

12/10/2024: Super soirée à L'Anjoly 3! Super repas inopiné pour mon anniversaire. Serveur sympa, chef sympa et TOUT fait maison chose rare dans ce genre de quartier! Je reccomande CHAUDEMENT! Merci L'Anjoly 3!

06/09/2024: Nous sommes arrivés à midi comme convenu lors de la réservation. Il a fallu attendre 20 minutes pour avoir la carte après l'avoir demandée. La fondue de taureau est arrivée 20 minutes après. Nous avons commandé une bouteille d'eau pétillante et avons redemandé une seconde fois du pain. L'eau pétillante est bien arrivée mais toujours pas de corbeille de pain. Nous avons encore attendu une demi-heure pour demander à avoir un petit peu de taureau comme il est stipulé sur la carte à volonté. Le serveur nous a dit qu'il y avait énormément de monde et que pour cela il fallait attendre. Monsieur Daniel, si votre cuisine ne suit pas, n'installez pas tant de tables... Je ne crois pas que je reviendrais dans votre établissement. Merci et bon courage aux futurs clients.

24/08/2024: Au vu des avis, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. Service lamentable, oubli de couvert ,même avec réclamation.En bord de mer on devrait trouver des produits de la mer frais,ce n'était pas le cas,aucune saveurs. Salade de méditerranée ridiculement petite pour le prix. La gardianne de taureau servi très tiède et la saveur m'oriente vers du surgelé encore. A eviter,trop cher pour ce que c'est.
