25/05/2026: The reception staff were incompetent, refused to acknowledge their mistakes, and showed an unacceptable lack of customer service skills.
We wanted to spend a short weekend in the south with our children. We called the day before to book and check availability, and were quickly told there was no problem and that a reservation wasn't necessary.
On the day of our arrival, my children were at the beach, so I called to confirm the latest arrival time and to ensure my reservation was up. I was again told that a reservation wasn't necessary and that we had to arrive before 8 pm. We arrived at the campsite at 7:15 pm, the reception door was closed, but a woman was still inside. We knocked, and she initially refused to open the door, then came over to tell us that reception closes at 7 pm, that a trainee must have answered the door, and that she couldn't accept us anymore (it was the manager!). She left us standing in front of the door with no solution.
What a lack of honesty and empathy! Our weekend was ruined, and we were under a lot of stress trying to find something else. Luckily, some campsites are much more welcoming, and after several calls, we found a no-fuss spot at a campsite that told us they would take care of the formalities the next day. In short, they were human beings.
25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs.
We called once to ask if we could come: the answer was yes. Just to be safe, we called again two hours before our arrival: another confirmation that everything was fine.
Upon our arrival around 7:15 pm, the story changed completely: the reception was closed. After notifying them of our arrival twice, we learned that the mistake supposedly came from a trainee. Apparently, internal errors become a problem for customers.
The most surprising thing is that we weren't greeted by a poorly informed employee, but directly by the campsite manager. In other words, the person supposed to handle this type of situation and find a solution. Despite the explanations given, despite the fact that we had confirmed our arrival twice, despite our situation, including having young children and no other immediate solution, there was absolutely no willingness to help.
The justification given was that she had "closed the till." Clearly, a closed till seemed to be a bigger problem than a family who had been assured twice that they could come. Yet, a simple business decision or a modicum of customer service would likely have been enough to avoid this situation.
The most striking aspect remains their attitude: particularly unpleasant, cold, and accusatory. Instead of acknowledging a mistake or seeking a solution, we felt as though we were the problem.
Mistakes can happen to any establishment. But when they are followed by a refusal to take responsibility, a complete lack of empathy, and such deplorable service, it gives a rather clear idea of the regard in which customers are held.

01/06/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We came to eat and noticed a glass moving in our food. We told the waitress, who directed us to the owner, who said it was normal, and that we couldn't eat anymore. We barely ate anything, but they forced us to pay for our meals anyway, even though we hadn't eaten anything because of this incident. They offered no compensation whatsoever!

13/01/2026: A great experience! We were just passing through the area and wanted to relax in the sun at this bar. The service was very quick and efficient, and the staff were very welcoming, especially the red-haired waiter (his name was François, if I remember correctly). We'll definitely be back next time we're in the South!

20/04/2026: A fascinating experience. I sat down on the terrace, signaling to a waiter with a glance, settled in, and waited for about 25 minutes... In the meantime, I said hello to a waiter and a waitress and greeted a third. During that same period, a table of four was able to order food, and another received their drinks... As for me, still no order was taken, so I went to a competitor.
14/04/2026: A very good and pleasant restaurant. We had the burgers and the homemade bread was truly excellent. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to take a break after visiting the Decathlon Village.

26/05/2026: We came for lunch and ordered a salad. It hadn't been washed; there were little bugs in it. So we pointed it out, and they remade the salad for us. After a long wait, the same thing happened: a very dirty salad with more little bugs inside. When we went to pay, we walked past the kitchen. I've never seen a restaurant kitchen so dirty. We regretted eating there; it's very dirty. I noticed a waitress's black fingernails; I should have left then. That said it all... In short, don't go there; it's not clean.

17/04/2026: Cringe restaurant. Limited menu choices and those offered are of mediocre quality, even inedible.
15/04/2026: The worst of the Pacific restaurants, mediocre quality products, constantly searching for plates, empty plates left on the table, lack of staff. I miss the Apple restaurant when it was all-you-can-eat; it's like night and day!
So I went back, where there had been some improvements in the meantime, but the last time (April 2026) it was a culinary disaster. Everything was greasy. Vegan spring rolls now? The sushi had no real flavor compared to Valentine's; there's no comparison. Then I had high hopes for the new presentation of the dishes and the seafood selection, but once again, I was disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

19/03/2026: Very disappointed. Especially the cheese cone with small pieces for appetizers, which is so eye-catching right from the window. Shameful for this type of shop. The pieces were dried out, dry, and tasteless. I was clearly ripped off. Straight to the bin. I was foolish enough not to check. I won't be going back.
