22/04/2026: I ordered takeout and ate in. For over two years, I've tried several dishes, and they're always fresh and delicious. They're truly homemade (sorry to those used to industrial spring rolls or all-you-can-eat restaurants). And yes, the 10% discount is for takeout orders (like in almost all Chinese restaurants, so it's not surprising, especially since everything is well-packaged). Mr. Thuong is a character; if you don't like genuine people and are easily offended, that's no reason to say his food is bad, which is completely untrue.

26/05/2026: This place is welcoming, the staff are very friendly and pleasant, and the food is absolutely delicious. The pizzas are incredibly soft, creamy, and melt in your mouth.

20/05/2026: An order of over €350 for 30 pizzas was made, but there was a major error with 3 of them. Allergy ingredients were specified over the phone but not followed in the kitchen. They offered no compensation whatsoever; worse, they asked us to return the pizzas and have others made for us... In the end, only one was returned, and there was no discount. This isn't the first time this has happened... I will never set foot in that pizzeria again... Furthermore, the pizzas are of poor quality...

I'm starting to think that the National Education system chose this hospital for the asbestos monitoring of its teachers contaminated in schools because it is totally incapable of carrying out follow-up.

09/11/2025: A 40-minute wait for three bruschetta, and when we asked about their progress, they told us they had just started preparing them. They then told us we should have "let them know if we were in a hurry." Does that mean they're putting us ahead of everyone else? It's ridiculous! I definitely don't recommend this place. We left without eating.

15/05/2026: Mussels marinière with fries for €18, tasteless. Three-quarters of them were closed and boiled. Tasteless, extremely disappointing… We left hungry. Shameful to serve mussels like that.

11/05/2026: Disappointing: Tricatelle's food is unbearable when the menu says "homemade" and it's clearly from a supermarket... The Caesar salad dressing wasn't homemade, and the chicken—if you can even call it chicken—was frozen and deep-fried, consisting of just two pieces. A Caesar salad should have fresh, grilled chicken in small pieces, especially when it says everything is homemade. Very disappointed. I don't recommend it.

20/04/2026: The burgers are getting smaller and smaller, the price is going up in the opposite direction, and when you go to eat it, it's lukewarm and you end up eating a tomato slice on the rounded corner... You tell the cashier so they'll change it, and the new one is the same problem... It's not the McDonald's of 20 years ago where you could eat pretty well at reasonable prices. You might as well go to a brasserie and get a real burger that will fill you up better than two at McDonald's for the same price.

19/04/2026: Bad experience. I came this Sunday evening to a place littered with trash, with an unsettling atmosphere and an unpleasant welcome at the drive-thru. The woman was condescending, no hello or goodbye, no smile, barely even a glance. I will never return to this filthy McDonald's.

01/06/2026: Avoid this place! The pizza is disgusting, tasteless, cardboard-like dough with nothing on it. The service is very unpleasant, and it's overpriced for the rubbish they serve. 3 euros, no matter the slice... just a stone's throw away, you can find much better pizzas at "Le Rendez-Vous." They shouldn't even be giving it Place Sébastopol...

25/03/2026: Disgusting slice of pizza, tasteless, dry, and expensive at 3 euros. A slice that was ugly, tasteless, with a crust that was too thin and meager ingredients. Needs improvement.

17/04/2026: Arriving at 6:30 PM on the terrace, the rather unpleasant waiter informed us they would be closing soon. He brought our drinks and placed our glasses on the rim, touching them with his fingers, which wasn't very hygienic and didn't exactly encourage us to drink. Then he sat down and looked desperately at his watch, eager to finish and leave. The staff was unwelcoming and the place lacked cleanliness in my opinion; I won't be returning.

14/04/2026: A waiter who thinks he's a Parisian! We simply asked for the menu and he brushed us off. Very disappointing, especially since we work in the café ourselves. No sir, you don't have all the hot drinks! Avoid this place, and we should have listened to the reviews!

30/05/2026: The service was incredibly slow. We were among the first tables to arrive, yet we waited 45 minutes for our food. I also want to mention the very unfriendly waitress. She made a mistake taking one of our orders, which I know can happen, but she didn't even offer a simple apology, nor did she explain that it would have to be reordered and that we would therefore have to wait a little longer, even though the other dishes had already been served. She simply said it would be coming. A little smile wouldn't have gone amiss. In short, we won't be back.

30/05/2026: Disastrous meal! The pasta with scallops was advertised as scallops, but what we got on the plate was actually scallops! The fries were served haphazardly on one plate for the whole table... At an average price of €30 for pasta, you expect more from a restaurant. Furthermore, the waiter didn't know his ingredients, and in the end, my meal voucher was refused! Avoid at all costs.
