01/06/2026: Very good cakes, I had a fruit tart and it was delicious. I don't think they were frozen. The price isn't cheap, but the taste is there.

16/01/2026: Responsive service, appealing daily menu, good quality steak (flank steak), well-portioned (neither too much nor too little). Nothing extraordinary, but it's good and the price is reasonable. Downstairs in the vaulted cellar, it has a surprisingly intimate, cellar-like feel. One major drawback: no Wi-Fi. A shame.

15/06/2026: It's shameful, it's like something out of a kitchen nightmare. I'm a restaurant manager, and I'm seriously wondering how this place is still open? The tables were dirty, the glasses were dirty, the cutlery was dirty. Flies were everywhere, and the overflowing bins were stinking up the terrace. The service was appalling. We brought back our dirty glasses, and they told us, "It's limescale." Okay, but what kind of restaurant serves glasses that aren't even clear anymore and are full of limescale? They put vinegar in the dishwashing area, and believe me, that's the end of the limescale... Desserts and drinks weren't available, so we couldn't even choose (it was 1 p.m., and the restaurant had only three empty tables). The Pepsi was undrinkable, and the server openly told us we should go drink it elsewhere because even he didn't like it. The same goes for the churro topping, saying strawberry was disgusting. No apologies, no gesture of goodwill, no professionalism whatsoever—it was the worst experience of my life. Avoid this place.

11/06/2026: A very well-located café-brasserie. Sunny exposure in the morning, perfect for enjoying breakfast while taking in the view of the old port. A lovely corner terrace. Small, classic desserts. Pleasant service. My only complaint: no plates were provided for pastries. However, this was rectified as soon as I asked. It's a shame this isn't standard practice; it's certainly more practical and hygienic. I recommend this establishment.

13/06/2026: Back to McDonald's after 15 years of effortless abstinence to see if things have changed. My criticism isn't so much about the almost flawless service (you just need to remember to put the fries horizontally in your bag, not vertically, because the melted cheddar didn't spread onto the fries when I got home, but onto the cardboard lining of the box, which is unfortunately inedible and doesn't go well with cheddar anyway). No, my criticism concerns the quantity/price and quality/price ratio, and it is indeed a bit expensive considering these two criteria. The Big Mac was great in every way except for the patty, which resembled a kind of bland, lean, overcooked, and cold "meat" patty, the same as in the hamburger. The meat at McDonald's is truly awful, and for that price, I think we deserve not just a rare, organic Charolais from the butcher, but at least some decent-looking meat (less cooked, more substantial, and actually tasting like meat). Since they don't even meet the bare minimum with this thing they call beef, the bread and the chemically enhanced sauces, packed with additives and sugars, always manage to please, although that's a matter of personal taste. Obviously, avoid it if you're diabetic or weigh a ton, but if you're not overweight or don't mind a little indulgence, McDonald's always does the job when you need a quick and easy meal.

10/05/2026: Excellent bakery. Traditional, and I particularly recommend the pastries, which are superb.

03/05/2026: The hot dog sausage was undercooked and inedible, as was the olive bread with cold, undercooked béchamel sauce. The taco sandwich was cooked with salad inside... avoid at all costs! We just threw everything away and are going to find something to eat elsewhere.

10/09/2025: We came without a reservation and have nothing but praise. The staff was welcoming, the service was excellent and very fast – I highly recommend it. The food was also excellent, with a special mention for the fish of the day, which a young waiter recommended. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

27/08/2025: We came to look at the menu, we didn't ask anyone anything, and a waiter approached us, asking: "Do they speak French or English here?" Honestly, what kind of social media attitude is that? So we left.

30/08/2025: Disappointed For lunch, I went to the store. I asked the saleswoman what salad she had to offer because it wasn't very visible. So I chose a ham and melon salad and a fig tart to share. When I arrived at the office, the salad was a pasta salad with ham but no trace of melon!! The tart was excellent, but it's a shame the prices aren't properly positioned or placed in front of the products. The display isn't very organized (price/product).

29/04/2026: Super friendly service. Firstly they were the only restaurant to accept us between the lunch and dinner service. Our waiter was really nice and food was very good, particularly the bouillabaisse and the Armenian pizza !!

03/05/2026: Sunday morning, 30 people, 2 waitresses who were dragging their feet, complaining about not having enough staff and about working several weekends in a row. It was like being at a fair! Shameful. They wasted a lot of time chatting; we waited over 40 minutes just to get bread, even though it's not the best bakery in the area. Very disappointed.

16/04/2026: The staff were very welcoming; they even made us a sandwich to order. You can go there without hesitation given the selection they offer.

09/06/2026: I was the only customer. The cashier asked me for a moment, which was normal, she was finishing cutting a pizza. Then two, then three, and I pretended to leave. She told me I just had to wait for her to set up. It seems to me that the customer has priority… I left without my bread, with the cashier nagging me behind my back—unacceptable. And next time she smokes a cigarette and coughs into her hands, she'll wash them before touching the food.

03/06/2026: I find the salad prices far too high. €7.50 for three lettuce leaves, two cherry tomatoes, and two cucumber slices is simply unacceptable. I'm barely exaggerating about the contents (see photo). Every business needs to make a profit, and the price includes the plate, wooden cutlery, and wages, okay. But I'm a manager myself, and at some point, €7.50 for that is disrespectful to the customer, who unfortunately doesn't have many options in the area. I'm willing to pay €1 or €2 more for my salad; that's not a problem. The problem is the lack of quality and respect for the customers.

02/03/2026: A great place, the staff are super eager to understand my language, the hookah is worth it. The attendant, Osmar, was very attentive.

20/01/2026: Unpleasant staff who try everything to make you spend your money and don't try to understand the situation. If you're looking for a good shisha, don't go there.
