11/12/2024: Good morning My experience of the day and the following: When we entered your store, I had to deal with hostesses who were joking among themselves and who did not know how to answer my questions about the contents of the sandwiches. Once I made my choice, the hostess dropped the sandwiches on the ground in their packaging and immediately charged me for them without asking the question of hygiene and without any embarrassment. It seems to me that before being the ambassadors of taste it would be better to be the ambassador of the good trader. The price of your formulas and the care you put in makes your brand a brand of service and greatly devalued by the behavior of your employees. Too bad you lose a customer. Be careful, hygiene is important in a business where food is prepared. I can't even imagine what's going on behind the scenes when we see this type of behavior in front of customers.

04/08/2024: They tell you to call and no one answers!! This has changed a lot, the new owner is not up to the standard of the old one. Fanny breaks the house but the boss is not ready to put a 3 gas to work! More than an hour of waiting to place an order!! A shame . Plus he forgets one sandwich and makes a mistake on another and he closes the kitchen without making the sandwich again! This will be the last time!! Even if he fights his balls.

The dish under SPECIALTY describes with ‘cod fillet’, and the waitress also said it is white fish before we ordered. And when the food is served there is no fish at all(see photo attached the white mixture is a thick sauce and not fish just to be clear), the waitress pointed at the mussels and one shrimp and said it is fish, I thought to myself this is ridiculous because I can read!! After we query again before we pay they finally acknowledged they missed the fish which they could have served the fish the first time we asked instead of trying to fool their customers. End of day had 3 euro off an 19.5€ supposed to be a specialty dish, and they don’t give the main ingredient. (Dishonest menu, I had a terrible experience here. 26/06/2024: Jour offers salads to eat inside or on the terrace, or to take away. The salads are correct, without being exceptional. We find the classics. The muffin was good. Orders are placed at terminals at the entrance.

04/09/2024: Located in the heart of the charming Place des Cardeurs, very friendly restaurant. The eponymous burger was very delicious and the duck breast was very hearty. Special mention to the originally prepared lemon meringue pie. Instead of it being shortcrust pastry, the bottom was made of speculoos. The service was also very pleasant with attentive servers. Overall, a great time had.

I contacted the service directly who told me that the restaurant would not reimburse! Paying 11th for the chicken ends up not being able to eat... At least a reduction or credit should have been made! The portions were not at all generous, I ended up having to cook...
