25/09/2024: Very, very friendly and efficient staff, fast service, tasty original cuisine, fair prices; unfortunately, too many tables per m2, so very unpleasant background noise, we cannot follow a discussion at the table due to very close (and very noisy) neighbors; on the terrace we almost eat in the crowded parking lot, too bad, we would like the same thing a little softer...

The welcome was very friendly and relaxed yet professional, the service was fast and efficient, and the food was delicious.
Don't hesitate to try the Camille en Provence cocktail!
I 100% recommend this restaurant!
05/07/2025: Absolutely amazing experience! Met both owners, served by one and other is head chef (Camille). Wonderful people, so accommodating for our children, and the food was incredible (highly recommend the Gratiné Camille, amazing blend of ravioli in lobster bisque with shrimp tempura & vegetables with truffle toast)
ONE OF THE BEST MEALS I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO EXPERIENCE!!!

Generous and very kind staff.
Warm atmosphere of a small restaurant.
Don't be biased that due to its central location, it is touristic - we were the only non french when visited there.
17/05/2024: There wasn’t anything wrong with the dishes as such, they just didn’t quite hit the mark.
Tomato tarte tatin didn’t have the full powered tomato flavour you’d expect from Provençal produce, the pastry was soggy and not crisp,
Asparagus with a sea bream fillet was pleasant, the sort of thing I’d cook at home.
Dessert of pavlova was lovely, local strawberries in season delicious. But it wasn’t exactly pushing the boundaries.
Wine was pretty good & the service very attentive & efficient.
It was the most expensive meal we had and a bit disappointing.

Extremely long service! More than an hour. Obvious lack of staff or organization.
Waitress apologizing for the wait, obviously not being able to do anything more. Vomiting in the play structure reported but no action by staff apparently not being the priority. And then let's not even talk about the cleanliness of the toilets.
Deplorable experience! A shame because with staff and good management this place could have potential.

But nevertheless wide choice on the menu

15/12/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance and we loved the cuisine, the service is impeccable and we thank again for the great framing of our table photo 😉
13/12/2024: I came to spend an evening with friends, I personally ordered a bobun from the bistro, I found a cockroach in my dish, which ruined my appetite and that of my friends, we all didn't finish our dishes... afterwards This incident, the restaurant manager offered to offer us the digestives as compensation only without any possible negotiation.
I quote her: “I went to the kitchen and it’s a beast of salad just like at home… A nice character.
I advise you to move on unless you are an insect lover!!!

15/12/2024: Typical Chinese dish. Excellent. We have tested it several times. The eggplants, the steamed park, the cabbage, the tripe... everything is good and it feels like China. Be careful, it's always full.
11/12/2024: Nice surprise at this Chinese restaurant because behind the uninviting facade we find a pleasant room, simple design and very clean. Menu side also full of dishes rarely served elsewhere such as pork ear salad, pork intestines in different recipes. The more classic dishes stand out in terms of freshness and flavors. Affordable prices, hearty dishes. Please note the lunch service stops at 1:30 p.m. and for dinner 9:30 p.m.

09/09/2024: Whether on the catering side and its terrace on the Prado or on the pastry side and its cozy room on rue Jean Mermoz, everything is delicious.
Sophisticated and varied dishes, subtle pastries will delight your taste buds.
And all this served with skill and kindness.
In short, I'm a fan.
07/09/2024: Marrou is obviously an institution in Marseille due to the quality of the dishes and pastries.
Plus, at the Prado, we have a very welcoming, attentive and caring team.
