23/05/2026: Very disappointed with the experience. My partner and I decided to try these famous pizzas! However, the experience was disastrous. We came specifically for the pizzas, but the menu requires us to order other dishes. We didn't have the option of just ordering one pizza for two people. The minimum order at Etienne's is one pizza for three people; otherwise, they force you to order other dishes (unheard of!). So, we ordered one pizza for three people, worried about wasting food. The restaurant is noisy, the tables are very close together, and the tables are bumped every time the servers pass by. The staff shout to communicate with each other. The pizza arrived, and I was very surprised by the size. My partner and I each got two slices. I don't understand why they call it a pizza for three when there are four slices, and they're very small. After the pizza, the server gave us the menu and asked us to order other dishes. I was craving apple pie, but the waiter was so pushy that it completely killed my appetite. We ordered dessert anyway, and immediately afterward, the bill arrived and we were asked to pay. In this restaurant, where only cash is accepted, you have to spend a reasonable amount, otherwise you're kicked out. The customer experience was disastrous, which is a shame because the pizza itself was good.

18/04/2026: I swore by them for years. I thought they made the best ham and cheese pizza in all of Marseille. But for the last month or two, it's really not the same... the pizza chef must have left because it's just not up to par anymore, especially considering the price. What a shame.

21/05/2026: A rare find here, this restaurant has plenty of interior space. The decor is typical of Indian culture, further enhanced by the soft background music. The food is delicious, well-prepared, and generously served. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, come and indulge! The prices are great too! The restaurant also offers wines, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, and cocktails, as well as beers! For those who prefer to eat with just water, the restaurant serves a complimentary carafe d’eau, a traditional French dish. Always order the naan, the traditional Indian bread. The cheese naan is simply divine!

25/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. There were four of us, and we waited over an hour to be served, even though we had all ordered the daily special: mussels. Such a long wait for a dish that's supposed to be quick to prepare is hardly acceptable. It's a shame, because it spoiled the meal and the overall experience.

09/05/2026: Unbearable! Every delivery is consistently missing items! I don't even get refunds anymore because I must look like a thief to customer service. It's getting more and more expensive while the competition does better. Come on, McDonald's, it's not what it used to be... goodbye.

08/05/2026: As usual, and just like three weeks ago, an item was missing, plus the prize for the trip—which, of course, is what we came for, the promotion, you know? Anyway, imagine my son's face, without his prize or his cake. "McDonald's sucks," he told me. Then try calling the number on the receipt; they don't even bother answering. I regularly shop at Carrefour. See you soon, McThief. And don't expect any sympathy, a smile, or an apology; it'll probably be my fault.

You can immediately taste the family atmosphere in the dishes, prepared with care and great flavor. The ambiance is warm and friendly, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family. Special mention for the service, which is truly top-notch: you feel instantly at ease.

05/04/2026: I am VERY disappointed. The manager was on, very on. Then two scenarios come to mind, either it is a good restaurant that has a positive atmosphere and they have food they are proud of or it is absolutely terrible and they are just trying to get customers who are willing to have a "good" dinner. We ate burgers that were dry and not tasty, and when we were going to pay they said they did not take cards, only cash. "Luckily" there was an ATM that you could withdraw cash 1 meter from the restaurant. The minimum was 20 euros with a fee of just under 5 euros. As I could see in my receipt from my card, it looks like the restaurant owns the ATM. It is one of the wildest things I have ever experienced. We were there in early April.
