28/07/2026: I love this place and have returned a few times over the years. . It’s not dissimilar to La Colombe d'Or for food. Simple food done well. Shame about the road but it’s not too bad. Great cheese board.

08/08/2026: Very disappointed. The restaurant is known as a neighborhood classic, and I can't understand why. The pizzas (€24) are supposed to be house "specialties" but are on par with an €8 food truck pizza. Generally speaking, everything is expensive for the average quality, even the cocktails. Add to that the 15-minute wait despite having a reservation, the lack of water and bread served, and the very stuffy atmosphere, and it all falls far short of expectations. The only real positive point is the friendliness of the servers.

10/08/2026: I called to place a rather special pizza order. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and showed no understanding. He said it wasn't possible to order such a pizza because it would burn. However, I've ordered from many pizzerias before where my request was immediately accepted, and the pizza was neither burnt nor inedible. After I tried several times to explain to him that many pizzerias had managed to do it, he simply hung up. I'm really disappointed.

11/05/2026: The Savoyard fondue was really delicious and served in a generous portion. The two servers were very attentive and friendly; I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: Really not good. The fries were overcooked and tasteless, and the cuttlefish was fried to a crisp and also tasteless—it was like eating popcorn. The only positive point was the nice setting. We mentioned this to the manager and staff, but they didn't offer any compensation.

07/08/2026: I discovered Titi's bar through a friend. If you want to play darts, Thierry will be happy to help you and share his passion for the game. I also discovered Bardouin there, the bar's signature spirit that you won't find anywhere else. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Istres.

27/07/2026: They accommodated a menu change for our dietary needs which was appreciated but it felt like we paid for this in poor service and rude attitude from our main server for the rest of the evening. Some of the other servers were a bit more friendly. Food was ok but nothing exceptional. Their sister restaurant is a lot better.

01/08/2026: This place is over hyped for what it is, sure it is in a bustling area with a good vibe but the food was completely forgettable. The fish lacked flavour and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was frozen. It took around 30-40 mins for a table and it definitely wasn’t worth it. There are plenty of other good restaurants around Cour Julian with a similar vibe so I would recommend going to one of those instead, yes they may not be as hyped on social media, but I guarantee they will serve better food.

01/08/2026: Let me tell you the truth no one else is telling you. The food is okay at best. Dont bother with the squid it’s over cooked and bland. Octopus is okay but lacked flavour. The potatoes were soggy. The fried fish with aioli was the only thing worth getting but it was super salty. The vibes are good and the prices are good. But I left feeling unsatisfied with a thirst in my mouth because of how salty the fried fish was. After waiting 35 mins for a table it just wasn’t worth it.

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.

08/11/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times and I love it every time! Lovely decor, fantastic Caribbean atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous 🍽️ For dessert, I adored the coconut blancmange 🤤 Don't hesitate to go, it's worth the trip! They even have a room for events.

18/10/2025: A true Creole gem in Marignane! I enjoyed a swordfish loin with saffron rice, sweet potato mash, and a green salad—an absolute delight; the swordfish was simply succulent. My companion opted for a plate of Creole tapas, generous and full of flavor. The service? Impeccable. Dany, the owner, takes great care of his customers, and it shows: 35 years of passion and experience in every plate and every smile. Warm atmosphere, homemade cuisine, generous portions… Le Cocotier is a place to recommend without hesitation. Thank you, Dany, for this delicious and friendly experience!

20/07/2026: I discovered Le Nautique this weekend and it was a wonderful surprise! The restaurant is magnificent, with tasteful decor that immerses you in a true seaside atmosphere. The view over the entire Old Port is simply exceptional and makes the meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, there's nothing to criticize: the ingredients are top quality, the portions are generous, and everything is perfectly prepared. I chose the octopus tentacle, cooked at a low temperature and then grilled on the plancha, and it was a delight! Perfectly cooked, tender octopus bursting with flavor. And the dessert was truly excellent. Another very positive point: the restaurant is immaculate, very clean, and the service is pleasant. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation.
