27/07/2026: They accommodated a menu change for our dietary needs which was appreciated but it felt like we paid for this in poor service and rude attitude from our main server for the rest of the evening. Some of the other servers were a bit more friendly. Food was ok but nothing exceptional. Their sister restaurant is a lot better.

03/07/2026: It was a scorching day, and the interior was really hot, but we decided to stay. We tried the dumplings, xiaolongbao, and mixed noodles. The dumplings were the best I've tasted in Paris so far—thin, soft skin and no unpleasant pork odor at all. The mixed noodles were just ordinary. Definitely want to visit again during cooler weather. Dumplings are a must-try!

29/07/2026: Located in Petit Antonelle, tucked away parallel to the street, awaits a truly unique venue. It's essential to reserve a table by phone in advance and remember that they only accept cash. Currently, the restaurant is only open from Friday to Sunday (as of July 2026). We were there last Saturday and are still raving about it. Upon entering, you're greeted by Bob, his wife (?), and a consistently friendly service team. The tables are fully set, the first drinks arrive promptly, and shortly after, the appetizer is served in typical Camargue style: a platter with a kind of head cheese, various sausages, and bread. The somewhat unusual "decoration"—a basket of spring onions, baby zucchini, baby cucumbers, radishes, baby peppers, fennel, and other greens—is not merely decorative; it's an integral part of the appetizer and is eaten with the provided dressing. For the main course, there was a choice of four dishes (duck, steak, veal, chicken), each served with a bowl of delicious tossed new potatoes and lentils. The house dessert was a delicious homemade almond and pistachio cake with raspberries. All the food was of very high quality and prepared with care and professionalism. A band played fairly early on, and thanks to the audience, there was a really pleasant and lively atmosphere, with people singing along and even some dancing. A delicious, satisfying, and wonderful lunch/afternoon. We'd love to come back.

10/07/2026: Too expensive for the quality, avoid at all costs!! Appalling service, not a single smile. No tap water. Overpriced drinks. Anchovy dip as a starter: unpeeled vegetables, let's hope they were washed... just oil and hardly any anchovies. A completely ordinary charcuterie platter. Tiny, barely cooked grilled meats served with bland boiled potatoes. Fruit salad: the fruit wasn't even peeled, the strawberry stems weren't even removed!!! €55 per person excluding drinks 😠 In short, far too expensive for what it is. Atmosphere with gypsy musicians... A few songs interspersed with many, many, many pauses. Run away!!!! We will NEVER go back.

20/08/2026: We came on August 19th (yesterday) and everything was absolutely fantastic. The welcome was excellent, the food was perfect and very tasty, with just the right amount of food. We were recommended some very good wines. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

04/08/2026: Terrible experience. Over a 45-minute wait, and the manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism towards customers. Poor organization. Dirty table. Inadequate service; we had to try and find another table ourselves. Very disappointed, we will not be returning to this Vapiano. Not recommended.

05/08/2026: A night out with friends on July 31st at the all-you-can-eat buffet at the Partouche casino in Aix-en-Provence – what a memorable meal! The servers were friendly and attentive to our every need, and the buffet was incredibly varied, featuring seafood, sushi, and superb desserts, each more tempting than the last…!! I'll be back as soon as possible; it was perfect, my friends and I had a wonderful time.

03/08/2026: I love going to the casino buffet and even gambling there, and despite what some say, I find the price reasonable considering the food, cleanliness, and service. My only complaint, though, about the casino in general, is that I miss the days when we had to dress appropriately. Nowadays, it feels like we're at a farmers' market or a village bar. People come in wearing caps and flip-flops, which has taken away some of the magic of the place.

11/08/2026: I don't understand why this restaurant only has a 3.9 rating! The food is exceptional, the service is pleasant, and the view is sublime! A true gem! I will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect: the magnificent setting, the quality of the ingredients, the generous and delicious cuisine, but above all, the exceptionally kind and attentive service. We were particularly touched by all the little touches for our Louise. This kindness towards children truly makes a difference and contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. You can feel a genuine pleasure here in welcoming guests, in pleasing them, and in taking care of them. We left delighted, with the feeling of having had a truly wonderful time. 30/08/2026: Ordered an Uber Eats delivery. It was so bad (cold, soggy fries, and the kebab meat was awful, what a terrible taste!). Anyway, I didn't eat it and ordered McDonald's right away. Definitely not going back. Luckily, the delivery guy was nice, so that's something, lol.

20/07/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but the reception we received from the cashier this past Thursday, July 16th, at 7:15 pm justifies this review. We had called before coming to check the latest opening time, and the person we spoke to confirmed that the fish shop was ready to welcome us. Upon our arrival, the three staff members were already tidying up. The cashier's tone of voice, sighs, facial expression, and overall demeanor made her annoyance obvious. We pointed out that we were the ones who had just called. It made no difference. When my brother, who had gone to park the car, joined us, she asked, "Are there still others arriving?" A customer already seated at a table watched the scene, glancing at us several times, his eyes wide, clearly bewildered by what he was witnessing. When it came time to choose our fish, we asked for advice. We weren't given any real advice. When I mentioned that my brother was the one among us who knew and appreciated fish the most, the first question we were asked was, "So, what's your budget?" There were four of us men. None of us had mentioned any price constraints, and the products offered were mostly priced between 10 and 30 euros. We were simply asking for recommendations on fish. We then chose our fish and placed our order, which also included tarama. We asked for bread to go with it. We were initially told that they were out, that the establishment got its bread from the neighboring bakery, which was going to close, and that it would be "complicated." Someone eventually went to get some, and a first basket was brought to us. While we were eating, we saw the employees eating the same bread. When we asked for another basket, we were told that they were out too. If the team no longer wished to receive customers at 7:15 pm, they simply needed to let us know when we called. We would have come another time. Making us travel there, then making us feel from beginning to end that our presence was a nuisance, constitutes a profoundly disrespectful and unacceptable level of service.

19/07/2026: Incredible!!! We came to Viot simply asking for a takeaway platter, hoping to sample a little bit of everything. We didn't give them many details and trusted them to put together the platter. The restaurant's reputation is clearly well-deserved. The prices are higher than elsewhere, but the quality more than justifies them: it truly rivals that of an excellent gourmet restaurant. Each fish had its own unique character: incredible textures, impeccable freshness, no unpleasant odors or aftertastes, only very refined, delicate, and nuanced flavors. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into the selection, cutting, and combination. Every bite was different, and the whole thing was a veritable feast. It's probably one of the best raw fish platters I've ever eaten. An exceptional experience that I recommend without hesitation.
