08/09/2024: I don't think there is a single non-frozen ingredient in this restaurant, maybe the green salad. But that's not the worst, because in a pinch there can be good frozen ones. But as soon as we sat down we should have been wary. Very sticky tables, not cleaned, the tables next to us, not cleared, serving as food for the pigeons. We were under a tarpaulin which was also difficult to see. If you want salt and pepper you will have to move. Some of the orders forgotten or not the correct ones. On the other hand, the friendly service. But like a large majority of restaurants in Cassis, they won't need to make any effort since there are always people.

19/08/2024: The room was full of live and dead mosquitoes...on the walls and curtains...the guy at the reception in the afternoon was lovely, but the guy in the morning was just the opposite, he had a bad face when we told him it was over. orange juice...there was also little oil in the oil jug and we didn't dare ask for it...and when we left to return the hotel key card I had to wait at least 5 minutes because there was no one at reception...

26/08/2024: Original Ciotadens and like every year we come for dinner with the family, this year to celebrate the baccalaureate and certificate. There were 7 of us on Saturday August 24. The service was deplorable, lackadaisical, with an obvious lack of professionalism. Dish ordered and tea forgotten, we had to ask for them several times, 1h30 wait between the children's dishes and their dessert, once served their ice cream arrived half melted and it was not the flavor ordered, the hot towels offered at certain tables but not ours. 2h30 sitting on site to eat a single dish for adults When paying the bill I take the liberty of noting the points raised, without any animosity. A lip service apology, no commercial gesture We go to the restaurant to be served with respect and to spend a sweet moment with family, this was not the case, I will no longer set foot in this restaurant

26/08/2024: Ciotadens d'origine et comme tous les ans nous venons dîner en famille, cette année pour fêter bac et brevet. Nous étions 7 samedi 24 août. Le service a été déplorable, nonchalant, avec un manque de professionnalisme évident. Plat commandé et thé oubliés, il a fallu les réclamer a plusieurs reprises, 1h30 d'attente entre les plats des enfants et leur dessert, une fois servies leurs glaces arrivent a moitié fondues et ce n'est pas le parfum commandé, les serviettes chaudes proposées a certaines tables mais pas la nôtre. 2h30 assis sur place pour manger un seul plat pour les adultes Au moment de régler l'addition je me permets de noter les points évoqués, sans aucune animosité. Des excuses du bout des lèvres, aucun geste commercial Nous allons au restaurant pour être servis avec égard et passer un doux moment en famille, cela n'a pas été le cas, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans ce restaurant

28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! While sometimes the pizzas are delicious, cooked perfectly, with just the right filling and not dry because the cooking is perfect. I often said to myself that evening it must have been the boss in the kitchen since the pizzas are perfect or else an employee who is really conscientious in his work and waiting for the customer. Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base

03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding

04/07/2025: A very bad experience. We wanted to have a simple coffee at 6 a.m., and despite customers already seated on the terrace (obviously regulars), we were curtly refused without any politeness. The owner didn't even say hello, brushing us off as if we were bothering him. No consideration for passing visitors. Deplorable welcome — I do not recommend this establishment at all.

16/05/2025: No consideration for the customer, haughty and contemptuous waiters! Unfortunately, this is detrimental to the image of such a beautiful village! Absolutely avoid
