09/07/2025: Friendly waitress but cold mussels (3 out of 5 dishes), hamburger without cheese (the first time I've seen that), and on top of that, 3 fries that are chasing each other for a €23 burger. This restaurant has changed a lot; we used to go there every year, but now we'll change.

08/07/2025: We took the bouillabaisse for 40 euros a portion - it was enough for two, croutons and garlic sauce are added to the dish. It was my first time eating it, so there's nothing to compare it to, but it's not bad.

07/06/2026: Did you know that at IKEA, rental appliances aren't guaranteed? It's only at IKEA that you see this; it's a disgraceful scandal! I'll never go to that store again. They've lost us as customers. IKEA is not the best!! I'm giving it zero stars. It gave 5 stars because otherwise you can't publish. It's a real shame because for me, zero stars. This store no longer interests me!!!! And I hope I never receive their advertising by text message on my phone again!!!!

06/06/2026: The woman at the play area was unpleasant. She told a woman in front of us, who arrived four minutes after receiving the message, that next time she would call the police for any delays. If you're at the back of the store, it's impossible to arrive four minutes after receiving the message. It's unacceptable to speak to customers like that.

09/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, both in terms of service and menu. The menu changes quite often, which is nice and guarantees the quality of the food.

25/01/2026: Twice I've ordered a piece of beef, and both times there was a huge piece of gristle! A chef worth their salt would never have served such a cut, and to prove it, I'm also posting a photo from January 13, 2026. Worse still, no compensation whatsoever! Yes, I'm a picky eater; it's normal to find gristle on your plate.

23/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, where the meats are of very high quality, and the pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven. The staff is incredibly attentive, offering kindness and helpful advice. The chef even came to greet us, offering suggestions and checking that everything was perfect. The aperitif was delicious, the beers were excellent, the dishes were succulent, the enormous rib-eye steak and the pizza were perfect, paired with a very good wine, and the desserts were equally impressive. Perfect from start to finish!

21/05/2026: The restaurant was clean but had a limited selection for an all-you-can-eat buffet of this type. Some evenings they also had karaoke, which I didn't like. I prefer to dine in peace and quiet... The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

05/05/2026: Perfect for lunch and very affordable. Good daily specials, simple but satisfying. Friendly welcome with a smile and a lovely setting in a nice neighborhood.

14/03/2026: The food was decent, except for the dessert, the babas didn't have any rum!!!...as we were in a hurry we couldn't point it out.

09/12/2025: The place is very noisy, despite the few customers. It was also very cold, making you wonder if the heating was even on. The €19 salads are simply overpriced and inedible. One "dolce salad" had fried, frozen ingredients and four lettuce leaves. I won't be going back.

30/11/2025: For our second visit, we brought four friends to eat the octopus 🐙. They absolutely loved it. A real treat! The staff are friendly and welcoming. See you soon! Patrick

20/10/2025: Both the foie de gras and the Simmental were almost perfect. The Angus cheese was also excellent, according to my companions, and the burgers were also apparently excellent. Tiramisu was optional, not mandatory, and a bit unusual. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I'd happily return and definitely recommend it.

22/10/2025: We spent 14 days in Saintes Maries and ate 13 times at this wonderful, simple restaurant. We had fish or seafood every evening, which was amazing. The value for money is absolutely spot on. The service is friendly, fast, and courteous. One thing is for sure: we'll be back. Many thanks to the chef and his fantastic team.

13/05/2026: Despite a very kind and welcoming owner, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The dishes seemed overcooked, with a rubbery texture and no flavor whatsoever. The stuffing was particularly bad and gave me severe stomach pains after the meal. I even ended up vomiting everything a few hours later. It's a real shame because the service was pleasant, but the food quality was sorely lacking. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant.

14/05/2026: I come here from time to time, as a close neighbor: to eat, have a coffee, or a drink. The food: a very good, simple, and efficient menu, fast service worthy of a good brasserie, smiles, and good cheer. The terrace for a drink: it depends on the time of day and the servers, of course, and the instructions given, but beyond the fact that payment is requested immediately to avoid beer-and-sneakers, there's the demeanor and friendliness of some of your staff: the food service business relies on smiles and simple consideration for customers. Les Danaïdes was taken over effectively two years ago. Marseille, generally speaking, doesn't know how to train its restaurant staff, simply hiring glass carriers. They shouldn't be surprised if they don't make any effort and don't get tips. As for the long-term viability of a business, your predecessors weren't up to the task. Make sure you train your employees who aren't already trained to encourage them to come back. Even if the location is good, service is crucial. Some would be better off working in an Amazon warehouse than in customer-facing roles.

30/03/2026: After calling to inquire about the price of a classic burger (the menu on the website is from 2011, over 15 years old), I called to ask for information, and the waitress simply laughed at me, announcing the price was €55. It's a disgrace for this restaurant.
