11/12/2025: Disrespectful staff, especially managers

11/12/2025: The server told me they were "no longer putting bacon" in the fries. They wouldn't tell me if it was by choice or because they were out of stock. It felt a bit unprofessional, so I canceled my order and left. Strange atmosphere at this McDonald's.

08/12/2025: Absolutely filthy. Nobody cleans the tables. The floor is a disgusting pigsty. But apparently, the staff don't care!

07/12/2025: I can confirm, the toilets are truly awful every time we come to this McDonald's; they're already dirty even before service starts, so I don't think they even clean them, not to mention the rest...

02/09/2024: More than 25 minutes to be served when there are not many customers in the store and no ice cream possible inside more than through the drive I don't understand why the ice creams pass in front of me to go to the drive and I can't have any inside

01/09/2024: Waiting 45 minutes at the drive-thru only to be closed because, I quote, "overwhelmed by customers, not enough staff to serve". No action, just having to leave. Ashamed.

29/10/2024: A nice restaurant, a little expensive for the dishes served but at the same time we are on the port of Cassis The service is a little slow but pleasant!

11/07/2025: I don't recommend this restaurant at all. The owner insults his customers and sends his (large) servers to grab disgruntled customers and wrestle them to the ground in front of us. We're still shocked. If you don't want to get hit, don't go there.

23/01/2026: A clear drop in quality; the young man at the drive-thru didn't say a word and just threw bags around. Not even a Happy Meal. Closed, while everything else was open.

13/01/2026: The bakery has reopened! The bread is good and holds its shape well, and I really like the pastries on offer. The decor is modern, and it's possible to have your order served at the table – I really like that!

18/01/2026: This is the large fries from a Maxi meal. The fries don't even go past the front edge of the large fry box. It's a shame we can't post a photo, but I'm keeping it just in case 🙄 At the price of the Maxi meal, this is unacceptable.

18/01/2026: We came here expecting a completely awful sandwich: a menu item lacking cheese, cold, and utterly poorly made. It's strange coming from a chain restaurant with a well-planned menu... an incomplete sandwich! And increasingly expensive!

25/01/2026: This restaurant is a complete rip-off. I don't usually check reviews before going into a restaurant, but I should have 😡 The service was appalling, despite a smiling waiter. The dishes were tasteless and very small, for exorbitant prices 😡 And to top it all off, the credit card terminal didn't work. Strange, since this problem is mentioned repeatedly in the reviews. Something's fishy... you have to withdraw money from an ATM located inside a shop next door. I seriously question this kind of practice. In short, avoid at all costs. This kind of establishment seriously damages the image of the Old Port.

01/01/2026: ⚠️ WARNING – AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⚠️ New Year's Eve spent at this restaurant… a complete disaster. The food was tasteless, bland, and unseasoned. Absolutely nothing. Even an 11-year-old could do much better. The portions? Indecent. The quantity was so minimal it bordered on contempt for the customer. Wow, but it was a total rip-off. I've never eaten so badly in my entire life. A ruined New Year's Eve, a truly dismal experience. ➡️ Absolutely avoid.

21/01/2026: The saleswoman wasn't smiling and didn't even say hello. I asked for a milkshake and was told the price without a hello or a smile. Really unpleasant, I turned around and left. It doesn't make you want to buy anything.

02/11/2025: Disastrous! It's like we're bothering them, especially the man making the crepes. Besides, €6 for a Nutella crepe? I've never eaten such a dry crepe… I can understand that making crepes all day is annoying, but the least they could do is be reasonably polite to their customers. This man's behavior needs to be addressed! I won't be back.

22/09/2024: Very slow to serve. The cleaning of the facilities is horrible. Better not to use the bathrooms.

20/09/2024: I sometimes eat there, the menu costs €5, the wait is quite quick, you just have to go upstairs when you order and pay, I even found a friend who works there, and he told me that it was the best

23/01/2026: I ate there today and wouldn't you know it, I got sick 😭😭😭 I should have made my fries at home.

18/01/2026: 8 self-service kiosks in the store, only 3 working at 2 PM. It's shameful to have to wait almost 15-20 minutes just to place an order... Getting worse and worse...

15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible. Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

13/09/2025: I've rarely eaten such a bad croissant, but hey, maybe it's my fault. Who buys a croissant at 8 p.m. and expects it to be fresh? The (only) restroom is quite unkempt and reeks of mold. The café au lait was okay. Self-service. Convenient location. Right in front of the train station.

29/09/2024: Mussels and cold fries with a semblance of Roquefort sauce. Very very long service. TO AVOID

27/09/2024: Infects both the reception and the kitchen and we were even refused to open the parasol...to be absolutely avoided! ZERO
