15/07/2026: First and definitely last time I'll ever go to this bar/restaurant. Despite the crowds and the rush caused by the semi-final, and understanding the potential staff shortages and the heat, very little, if anything, was right.
We ordered drinks and "homemade" pizzas that certainly didn't look homemade, since at 8:30 pm we were told they were out, and then at 10:30 pm they magically reappeared! Asking for water was probably the most daring request we could have made; they seemed more annoyed than anything else to serve us. Despite everything, the waiter made an effort to be friendly and did his best to salvage the service, which was absolutely not the case with the waitress's attitude. We had the very strong impression that we were bothering her, etc. (sloppy service, mistakes...). The atmosphere, which was supposed to be festive and pleasant, turned into a catastrophic social experience, in addition to the defeat against Spain.

Refused to let us take our food to watch the game. The table next to us was calmly eating their Subway when he told them, "You win," referring to the fact that we said no and they said yes. A waiter came over to speak to me (I didn't speak to him) to tell me that if I wasn't happy, I should leave. Honestly, avoid this place, and given the reviews, it's best to do your research before going. Oh, and sorry, I forgot, I paid €6.50 for a measly plate of fries with no sauce, no flavor, and a small piece of metal in it. The prices are exorbitant. I didn't know you had to order friendliness in addition to drinks (not pizza, since they don't have any).

22/07/2026: The view of the beach and sea was really lovely. I ordered the catch of the day, which was grilled cuttlefish—delicious, with olive oil, salt, and pepper, but very good. The profiterole was also excellent.
20/07/2026: Outrageously expensive. The girl at the bar didn't even say hello. €10 for a half-pint and an Oasis. And you have to go get them at the bar...

20/06/2026: The dishes are really good, but the portions are very small... For a hearty eater, you need two portions (around 25 euros without rice) to feel even slightly satisfied... That's why I'm leaving this comment, because the portion sizes really need to be reviewed in my opinion... But otherwise, the taste is definitely there...
30/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The owner couldn't care less about the customer, is completely unfriendly, and doesn't even tell you that rice is extra. Even though it's listed on the menu, you might assume it's for additional portions, but it's not. Furthermore, it's against the law (Egalim law) that you can't ask for any leftovers to take away. A complaint has been filed with the fraud squad. The food is just average, nothing special.

05/05/2026: The casino itself is nice, but they could really use some smiles and energy from the staff. You can bet 1000 euros and they don't even offer you a coffee. Plus, it's freezing. Anyway... typical French casino food.
25/04/2026: Shameful! I'm a loyal customer of both the restaurant and the casino, but frankly, this is outrageous. We never win anything, not even at any game, or if we do, it's only 3.45. We didn't even have time to enjoy ourselves. Avoid this place! It's scandalous!

25/05/2026: This review applies to the restaurant only. The service was unfriendly, and the quality was very questionable. Be prepared to wait, especially at the start of peak season, as we waited almost half an hour for a carafe of water (in 34-degree heat, that's really pushing it) and a burger that wasn't cooked properly. Our food was lukewarm, and judging by the burger bun and the frozen fries, which were as hard as a rock, you have to wonder if the plates hadn't cooled down somewhere before reaching our table... I want to emphasize the desperately long wait; our neighbors had to help themselves to salt from another table that hadn't been cleared yet. We even shared our sauces with them because they were forgotten. The only good point is that the portions weren't too large or too small, but overall it's really very average, and the numerous Routard awards it has received in the past don't guarantee the current quality.
25/05/2026: Excellent value for money, generous and delicious portions, top-notch staff (a rarity these days), very good desserts, and the rum baba (the authentic recipe) was superb!

I've been under construction in the area for about two months, and I eat here every lunchtime.
Never a single mistake in the kitchen!
Meat and omelets are always cooked perfectly.
The pizzas are generous and delicious.
I especially love the fish and chips and the Saint-Marcellin fondue.
The service is always excellent, with a smile and friendly service!
They're always responsive and attentive to their customers.
Thank you so much, please don't change a thing!
Luckily, I'm still under construction in the area for a little while longer.
25/05/2026: I never miss the pleasure of stopping for a coffee when I go shopping because it's a friendly place and I always enjoy going back; the owner and staff are lovely people.

14/07/2026: We ordered sorbets and bottled water; the waitress was helpful and smiling! We found the ice cream very good and exactly as we requested!

14/03/2026: This establishment may seem modest at first glance, but it offers professional and high-quality service. The welcome is pleasant, and the managers are approachable and helpful. The menu includes a buffet, appetizers and desserts, and a selection of cooked dishes. It's a very nice, roadside diner-style option where you eat simply, but well and in generous portions. Don't hesitate to stop by and get to know the managers and the menu, a type of place that's becoming increasingly rare.

05/07/2026: Usually not disappointed by the service, but yesterday... We went to get two sandwiches. We ordered halal chicken sandwiches and asked if they had any non-halal chicken because my girlfriend is Christian. She doesn't eat halal, which seems logical to me.
The waitress glared at us with such hatred because we didn't want to eat halal chicken. Unfortunately, we said so, and it didn't go down well.

26/05/2026: We sat there to grab a drink and a desert. As soon as we sat the girl approched us, since the menue was not yet loaded we asked the waiters to give us couples of min, she gave us a FACE and came after 3 min; we asked for a desert and a beer. She told us for the desert we have to go to the next place! Then why do you have it in the menu, if you don't serve it !! I asked to give me a minute to think of something esle! She became irritated and give a me a very rude look and a rolled eyes! If I asked for something on your menu and you said you cant get me, don't be surprised if I need time to think what else your highness can provide!!! VERY RUDE WOMAN. I SUGGEST THE WOMAN WORK IN ANOTHER SECTOR and NOT HOSPITALLITY! SHE IS NOT BIULD FOR HOSPITALITY, SHE IS very RUDE. Its a shame for such a lovely terrace.

03/04/2026: The hotel offers a clean room with a standard bed and a sink. The shared showers and toilets in the hallway are functional, although the flooring is mediocre. However, the soundproofing is poor: you can hear the neighbors until late at night (midnight) and again early in the morning (from 6 a.m.). Adequate for the price, but difficult to get a good night's sleep.

There were two of us for dinner: very few varieties of sushi, and what we did have was not fresh, dry spring rolls from the rice paper to the filling, only one choice of nem (egg roll), "prawns" for the wok cooked without being peeled, and inedible desserts! The head waiter greeted us very quickly and reacted annoyed because we weren't ordering wine (we had, however, ordered a cocktail and a bottled drink). Despite everything, we're relieved to have avoided the potentially common food poisoning mentioned in other reviews, but still very disappointed to have wasted our money on this so-called Asian buffet and feel completely ripped off.
04/07/2026: No choice at the buffet, the desserts weren't fresh, the restaurant is ugly, the hygiene is questionable – a restaurant to avoid.

There were bits of fries on the plate, the meat wasn't cooked properly and was tough, and the risotto was dry. Avoid this place at all costs! 🤮

A very warm welcome, excellent staff...
A beautiful setting overlooking the sea and... very peaceful.
Everything is high quality and fresh.
I had delicious mussels à la paysanne, and my husband enjoyed a very generous seafood platter.
Despite what the picky and complaining people might say... we will definitely return.
Reasonable prices.
