28/09/2026: It's a shame, because the waiter was really great! Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the owner's attitude. I ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice and ended up with juice cut with Tropicana. When I pointed this out, the owner was immediately unpleasant. I had to insist before he finally admitted to the practice, while explaining that "you couldn't taste it" and that at the price he was charging for his freshly squeezed orange juice, I shouldn't complain! The icing on the cake: when I asked for it to be remade without the artificial juice, he told me I would have to pay for the second glass. In short, they serve a product that doesn't match what was advertised, and the customer has to pay to get what they ordered… It's absurd! He finally agreed to serve me a real freshly squeezed orange juice, but without the slightest apology. I know this establishment, and it's all the more disappointing because the waiter is genuinely friendly and professional. But there's a huge difference between a top-notch waiter and an owner who talks down to customers when you point out a problem. Just a reminder: freshly squeezed orange juice is freshly squeezed orange juice, not watered-down Tropicana. And respect for the customer should never be optional.

27/09/2026: Very nice place taking in part of the fish market great for and service

14/10/2026: The food is excellent. Superb poolside atmosphere, great music! The only downside is that there isn't enough room to dance. Or maybe it's just too crowded. It's so friendly! So you end up dancing very close together!

07/10/2026: For an evening of music, dancing, and a percussion group. Great evening! 🥳

07/10/2026: It was so good, I'll definitely be back.

07/10/2026: I went yesterday with my friends and we had a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and respectful, which was a pleasure. We were also served very quickly and the food was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much for this experience and well done!

05/05/2026: A very good Michelin-starred restaurant. The tasting menu was delicious and very reasonably priced. We received a very warm welcome and the service was impeccable. The intimate atmosphere was perfect for enjoying the dishes, amuse-bouches, and other petits fours. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a shame the restaurant has been permanently closed since the beginning of the year ☹️

09/03/2026: Attention: the restaurant has been permanently closed since the end of December 2025. The building has been sold to private individuals.

19/09/2026: What an amazing place!!! Great ambiance, lovely welcome

23/08/2026: Refusing access to a toilet for a heavily pregnant woman... even though there are public toilets 100 meters away... That's not where we'll be stopping on the way back from our walk...

03/06/2026: An address you almost want to keep secret. Perfect for a relaxing break away from La Rochelle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

01/06/2026: We stayed two nights at this castle hotel and, overall, we had a pleasant stay. The setting is magnificent, the castle is very charming, and the room and bathroom were lovely. However, a few things could be improved. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but the curtains and the radiator in the room could use better maintenance. The pool area is pleasant and relaxing. On the other hand, the hammam doesn't run continuously and needs to be switched on by reception each time it's used. This involves a lot of back and forth and isn't very convenient when the staff isn't available. A repair or a more autonomous operation would be appreciated. As for breakfast, we found it quite expensive for what was offered. The savory options were limited: no scrambled eggs, no bacon, and the bread seemed stale. The reception could also be improved. The receptionist was polite, but we didn't experience a genuine sense of customer service. For example, we had difficulty using the egg cooker, and after it malfunctioned, no alternative was offered for preparing eggs. Finally, we believe the property has enormous potential. The grounds are beautiful, and it would be worthwhile to offer more entertainment, activities, or even on-site dining. Currently, the experience mainly consists of sleeping and enjoying the pool, which is pleasant, but there's so much more to offer in such an exceptional setting. In short, a very beautiful place with a lot of potential, but several details could be improved to truly make the stay live up to the setting.

02/10/2026: A really nice of detail in the food that the mouth creates a good celebration. If you look at the food it shows quality and the extra touch from the lovely lady how served it.

29/09/2026: A delicious, completely homemade breakfast and very thoughtful touches; excellent service – we return every time we visit the island.

24/08/2026: Food: 10/10 delicious, a real treat 💪😒😍😍 Service: 10/10 simple and efficient 🤵‍♂️🤝🤵‍♂️💲 Atmosphere: 10/10 exquisite and pleasant music selection 🍜✌️ I recommend it. -@Jean.

03/07/2026: An excellent place! The kebabs are truly delicious and the quality is always top-notch. The only slight drawback is that the portion size can sometimes be a little small depending on the day, but the exceptional taste more than makes up for it. I highly recommend it!

03/09/2026: A very unpleasant person refused my friend Tim and his friend Alexandre Lollia entry to eat without any explanation. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

16/08/2026: A wonderful discovery during our visit to Saintes. Don't hesitate to stop by; a warm welcome and delicious treats await you.

28/08/2026: An excellent caterer with great products! I've been eating at your place for three years now, and honestly, I've never found better stir-fried noodles than yours, and I've been to a lot of Asian restaurants! Please give me your recipe! 🙏 😂 I highly recommend this caterer! 👌

25/05/2026: The best Vietnamese takeaway (or eat-in) buffet I've ever had, a must-try for me for years when in La Rochelle. The staff are very competent and friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Refined cuisine. I highly recommend it.

27/09/2026: My wife, my two children, and I came here. We ordered around €70, and at the end of the meal, my son went to play on the play structure and wanted a drink. A glass of water cost €2.50. Next time, we'll go to the Burger King next door. Also, I think only bottled water should be charged for, not tap water.

25/09/2026: Stan is the very definition of "customer service"! Politeness, friendliness, a true sense of service. Just to see him in action, make a detour to the McDonald's in Jonzac!

23/08/2025: The setting is very nice, but it's a shame not to have truly sparkling water due to the expired date on the bottle (the same problem with the date and carbonation occurred after it was replaced).

22/08/2025: Fantastic, having a cocktail on a shaded terrace with our feet in the water, a first for us 😉🥰

04/03/2026: This person is very unpleasant; they emailed me with their mobile number. I called them, and they accused me of bothering them... They should change careers; they have a problem with customer service.

20/02/2026: I came to pick up a package; the staff were welcoming and smiling. The wait, filled with the delicious aroma of chocolate, gave us time to browse the shop. I'll definitely be back if I need to buy a gift.

01/10/2026: A friendly, family atmosphere with a smile. Come and spend some time here enjoying an Airbus-themed drink and a light meal...

24/09/2026: A really great place, the kind you don't find anymore! The welcome is warm and the food is homemade!
