28/11/2024: A real moment of relaxation and pleasure. Warm welcome and kind and friendly staff throughout the stay. The nature room, a real gem. Spa side, wide choice of relaxation. Dinner, good gastronomy and breakfast a large buffet for all tastes, there is something for everyone. By the way, I was amazed by the size of the wine list 😆 😉
In any case I recommend this place, to discover absolutely.

24/09/2024: We had dinner last Saturday evening. The menu is not very extensive, which is a good sign, a guarantee of quality and freshly cooked products on site.
The meat as advertised is truly exceptional meat, very tasty and tender. Perfect.
A small downside on the service: it seems that the kitchens were overwhelmed because we waited almost 30 minutes between each course. But I think it was exceptional. I will go back to check it out as the food is excellent.
24/09/2024: Great experience at PianoGrill! The servers were concerned about comfort, details and the quality of our dishes. The starters and main courses were incredible: perfectly seasoned vegetables and proteins, served with a condiment that added a complementary taste dimension. Additional positive point: dogs are allowed on the terrace as well as inside.

15/09/2024: Restaurant in Cronenbourg. It is easy to park, there is the large Ikea car park next door. Friendly welcome. The restaurant offers specialties (brains, pig's trotters, marrow bones, pigs' ears) that cannot be found anywhere else. The restaurant is full on this Wednesday evening. The service is fast and efficient. The beef steak and fillet are excellent. The spaezle portion is a bit rikiki. The first basket of bread is not very fresh, the second is much better. Dessert is good. Excellent restaurant if you want to get away from traditional dishes

The owner gave me Fenistil against these nasty mosquitoes and was otherwise very friendly. Rooms very clean and breakfast very rich.... Biker heart, what more could you want 👍😉

The food is excellent but my trio of foie gras arrived very soft on the plate.
The waiters didn't tell us about the suggestions......
Between the aperitif and the starter and between the starter and the main course, I found that it was a little long.
No appetizers were served with the gourmet menu...
The waiter "bartender" was overwhelmed and was stirring more air than work, for example he brought me my Ricard without water???
The young waitress was good.
I would definitely come back.

18/09/2024: Cuisine trop traditionnelle !! Rien d'extraordinaire !! Le service est parfait mais ce n'est plus du tout l'ambiance et la chaleur JUNG ni même Franck Pellux et son épouse ! Les 4 verres qu'on nous a servi sont trop chers (78€) pour des vins sympas, (dont les locaux connaissent les prix pour les 2 verres de vins Alsaciens) mais pas extraordinaires et en quantités inferieures à ce qu'on trouve dans des restaurants similaires !! D'ailleurs la clientèle strasbourgeoise a l'air d'avoir déserté ce restaurant.
07/09/2024: Nous avons été avec mon frère pour fêter son diplôme. Nous n'avons pas décoller....L'accueil est parfait. L'équipe est au petit soin. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Une déclinaison de vin et de boissons sans alcool. La sélection de vins était ponctuée de belle découverte. La déclinaison sans alcool n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt. Côté plat, des cuissons maîtrisées mais il ne s'est vraiment rien passé au niveau goût. C'était tout juste bon.

10/12/2024: Merci pour ce beau moment passé dans votre établissement. Chaque mets est un régal, accompagné des boissons (avec ou sans alcool) en accords parfaits. Un accueil aux petits soins et des informations données tout au long du repas de façon claire et avec une pointe d'humour. Une mention spéciale pour le cuisinier qui a adapté le menu en dernière minute pour une personne intolérante au beurre et à la crème (encore mille excuses de n'avoir pas prévenu). Une fête d'anniversaire inoubliable.

Entrati , si sta bene, meglio di fuori, aria condizionata, sedie più comode , e più elegante. I piatti buoni, il Pinot sfuso gradevole, porzioni molto abbondanti, consiglio piatto unico, che altrimenti si fatica a finire. Qualità buona, costo adeguato. Camerieri gentili. Consigliato.
