03/10/2024: We came to enjoy a dinner for two. Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy.
We will come back!

My meat was good, but served cold.
Professional, fast service.
The staff is classy.

18/09/2024: Cuisine trop traditionnelle !! Rien d'extraordinaire !! Le service est parfait mais ce n'est plus du tout l'ambiance et la chaleur JUNG ni même Franck Pellux et son épouse ! Les 4 verres qu'on nous a servi sont trop chers (78€) pour des vins sympas, (dont les locaux connaissent les prix pour les 2 verres de vins Alsaciens) mais pas extraordinaires et en quantités inferieures à ce qu'on trouve dans des restaurants similaires !! D'ailleurs la clientèle strasbourgeoise a l'air d'avoir déserté ce restaurant.
07/09/2024: Nous avons été avec mon frère pour fêter son diplôme. Nous n'avons pas décoller....L'accueil est parfait. L'équipe est au petit soin. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Une déclinaison de vin et de boissons sans alcool. La sélection de vins était ponctuée de belle découverte. La déclinaison sans alcool n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt. Côté plat, des cuissons maîtrisées mais il ne s'est vraiment rien passé au niveau goût. C'était tout juste bon.

Everything went well during the meal. The staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious (I recommend the sauerkraut 😁), and the service was fast and very helpful in heating up my baby's food.
It's possible to bring a stroller; there's enough room if necessary 😁
I recommend this establishment without hesitation 😁
(My rating concerns the restaurant, as I didn't need to rent a room.)

14/12/2024: Fuimos a este restaurante de última hora sin reserva para una familia extensa de 8 personas. Este restaurante estaba muy reservado, pero hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos y hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida era sensacional. Todo estaba bien de precio. El vino estaba delicioso. El personal de camareros era amable y amable, especialmente con los niños. Muchas gracias por una hermosa cena en Estrasburgo. Esta familia australiana está muy agradecida.

The cuisine is generous and delicious, with perfectly executed regional specialties. Special mention for their tasty sauerkraut and crispy tartes flambées, all accompanied by a Christmas muscat and a little Riesling. The service is very professional, friendly and attentive, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. An essential address for those who want to taste the flavors of Alsace in a friendly atmosphere.

De bien à l époque il est passé à exceptionnel .De superbes plats typiquement alsaciens servis avec beaucoup de sourires et gentillesse .En plus Mme la patronne m annonce que les propriétaires de l époque étaient déjà eux

17/08/2024: Non lasciatevi ingannare dai locali tipici nel graticcio sono una fregatura per turisti. Andate qui, a lavorare c’è solo marito e moglie , solo 6 tavoli, il saper fare della cucina semplice ma di gran valore. Ha il suo costo ma ne vale ogni euro.

12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes.
¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables.
¡Un lugar realmente genial!
10/12/2024: Excelente comida. Un servidor encantador. Divertido comer y beber a ritmo de hip hop. Volveríamos en un santiamén. Las reservas son una buena idea.

The food is excellent but my trio of foie gras arrived very soft on the plate.
The waiters didn't tell us about the suggestions......
Between the aperitif and the starter and between the starter and the main course, I found that it was a little long.
No appetizers were served with the gourmet menu...
The waiter "bartender" was overwhelmed and was stirring more air than work, for example he brought me my Ricard without water???
The young waitress was good.
I would definitely come back.
