02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

06/04/2026: We had a lovely time here! The tarte flambée were absolutely delicious, the service extremely attentive and the ambience is not only clean and neat but also typical Alsacien. Just what you want to experience in a town like Barr!

06/04/2026: If you're out for a stroll in the Barr area, where you'll find several walking trails, you can have lunch at the lovely Landsberg wine bar. Located on a picturesque street, it boasts a friendly atmosphere, attractive decor, beautiful tables, and professional, very welcoming owners. The menu offers a wonderful selection of dishes, including delicious appetizers, lovely desserts, and a great wine list... all homemade and guaranteed fresh. I highly recommend it. 18/03/2026: We came to Auberge de la Paix to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect! The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. There were seven of us and everyone loved it, no one was disappointed. A wonderful discovery, we will gladly return! 👍

12/03/2026: We came for lunch as a family of four, including a two-year-old. The service was particularly slow (45 minutes for the children's meal), rather passive-aggressive (if children aren't allowed, they should state so), and there were no vegetarian options. We do not recommend this place.

20/03/2026: Good food. We tried the choucroute and the pork knuckle. Both dishes were quite big. The taste is good. The restaurant atmosphere is missing natural light.

14/03/2026: Attentive, friendly service. The food was outstanding. The egg in broth with foie gras was divine. Then one of the best steak tartarees we've ever had. The beef fillet was also superb.
