25/12/2025: The starters were perfect, we didn’t like our main dishes as much as the starters. We had a citron tart as dessert and it was delicious!

20/12/2025: Culinary edification and stupefaction. Familiar staples reimagined. The restaurant was emptying out at 8.45pm on a Saturday, but it soon filled up again. Beer on tap.

10/01/2026: It's a sure bet. Alsatian cuisine in a splendid setting. A lovely terrace in summer.

The tartes flambées are well-filled, the cordon bleus generous, and the Irish coffees are very helpful for digestion (even a little Gewürztraminer 🍇). The warm atmosphere of our region, the typical setting, and the staff are simply adorable! In short, there are so many good things to say... I'll avoid writing a novel 😄. 03/11/2025: A very warm welcome, impeccable service, excellent food—in short, nothing to complain about except to say "keep it up!" and congratulations to the entire team, especially the chef. This restaurant is a true gem, and it deserves it. In my opinion, it's missing the daily specials on Facebook.

08/09/2025: We were here for lunch on a Monday off-season. The fact that there was only a daily special was perfectly fine with us. The food was incredibly delicious, good, home-style cooking. A treat compared to the usual tourist fare. The fries were homemade; I haven't had them this delicious in a long time. Beans and chicken ragout, and plum cake for dessert. The restaurant has a rustic charm, and the service was very friendly. There's a large parking lot across the street. All in all, highly recommended!

29/12/2025: A wonderful discovery in Strasbourg. We enjoyed the set Christmas menu and everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/12/2025: As always, a very good kebab with attentive staff and a great atmosphere. The food is always good, this kebab is the best in Schiltigheim, and you're always warmly welcomed...

07/12/2025: I generally never eat at kebab shops I don't know because of bad experiences... The place is clean and tidy, and my chicken kebab was excellent.

20/08/2024: An unfortunate first experience following the room service. We only had wine glasses. The young waitress takes the liberty of showing me that my wife already had a glass by making the following sign: (With her fingers, index and middle fingers she places them in front of her eyes then shows me with still index and middle fingers the wine glass which is on the table!!! Like “Dude, you can’t see clearly!!! » I didn't say anything because my wife didn't want any scandal because she was with her mother and a friend. This is no way to respond to a customer! Then she shows me a wine glass even though we had asked for water glasses!? I am waiting to see the manager of this establishment to talk to him about it and only then will I perhaps change my opinion.

01/01/2026: We just left this hostel. As usual, it was perfect. The all-you-can-eat buffet (starter and dessert) and main course (game, meat, and fish) were very good. They often offer themed menus on Sundays. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. Friendly and attentive staff. I always go there the day after New Year's and I never regret it. See you soon ☺

24/12/2025: We celebrated the walking club's Christmas meal. The service was quick and efficient. Good value for money. The only downside: the dessert was very sweet and had a rather indistinct flavor.

19/07/2025: Un air de campagne is, I believe, one of my greatest discoveries. Michel welcomed us and accompanied us throughout the meal with great attention, kindness, and humor! He served us absolutely delicious and original dishes. It was a wonderful experience!

31/01/2026: The rooms are very basic, but that's exactly what I wanted since we had planned activities in the area and didn't want to spend all day in the room. There's also a TV with German and French channels. The rooms are very clean and simply furnished. We paid €93 for three people for one night. We also booked breakfast for an additional €10 per person on the day of arrival. The breakfast was really extensive. All in all, we would stay here again.
