17/09/2024: Amazing. Of course not every cheese is absolutely incredible, but the majority was. Wouldn't do the fondue, especially if you've had fondue before or regularly. But the cheese platers and the cold meat selection are amazing

14/09/2024: Obligatory stopover when staying in Strasbourg. All you can eat raclette, decadent and thoughtful cheese platters, delicious breads to accompany. It is possible to try all the bell cheeses for seasoned cheesemakers. Family and lively atmosphere Very smiling and motivated service. Reservation more than necessary.

23/08/2024: An ancient evening. The wine served is not the one selected on the menu. We select another, but the balo, it is not cool, the waitress does not give us a choice, she flies like a plane to the counter for us to uncork the selected bottle and brings it back to us in an iced bucket. Then when tasting a horror, it turns out that this one is a bio-dynamic wine and that we don't like it but will be charged for it. Concerning the Alsatian salad it was a composition on a wooden tray, roughly cut gruyere in the middle, a sausage cut in two on the other side with salad dressing, an egg, a tomato and go ahead my guy enjoy... and I'll pass the rest of the dishes on to you.

09/09/2024: The service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and welcome. However, I regret to say that the food did not live up to our expectations. In particular, the meat we received was far from acceptable. It was extremely hard, almost like rubber, and almost impossible to eat. The texture of the meat was so unappetizing that we had to make considerable effort to chew it, and in the end our jaws were quite tired. Unfortunately, we were forced to eat it so as not to waste the food, but the experience was disappointing. Although we appreciated the excellent service, the quality of the meat left much to be desired. We hope that the restaurant can remedy this problem, because with such good service and an improvement in the quality of the food, they could offer a much more satisfying dining experience.

19/08/2024: A modern hotel with an outdoor pool. The rooms are a bit small even the rooms with balconies. The breakfast offering is sufficient, there is something for everyone. We couldn't go to dinner because the restaurant was fully booked. The location is outside, to go out for dinner or window shop in the evening you have to drive about 2 km. In the end everything is fine.

19/08/2024: Very warm welcome with a smile. Everything is perfect and above all very clean. The restaurant offers very good dishes. I give it 4 stars because it’s a 4* hotel 🤣 But frankly nothing to complain about

27/08/2024: We visited the brewery with Antonio. An attentive and caring person. He gave the tour in French and English for our friends from across the Atlantic, took care to answer all our questions by explaining the manufacturing process to us. He gave us lots of information on the manufacturing and development process. It was a pleasant moment. We ended this visit with a tasting of 4 beers, each with more flavors than the last (on the terrace with the sun, we were soothed! Or could it be the benefits of hops?) A big thank you to Antonio for accompanying us in this discovery. I recommend that you stop by here, discover the other brewer's profession and let your taste buds discover magnificent creations (pleasures to take away too). Ps: Visits are made from Tuesday to Saturday at 11 a.m.

18/05/2024: We discovered "la cantine des bocaux" last night and I must say that it was a great discovery, a cuisine based on local products, a simply extraordinary fir wood smoked beef, served with potatoes crushed in butter, a wonder ! Guillaume and Aurélie Kern are very inventive, keep it up! Treat yourself to bistronomic cuisine!
