We were served by passionate, dedicated professionals who were deeply committed to their work. The explanations were precise, lively, and enriching—each interaction added another dimension to the experience. You could feel a real team spirit and a genuine desire to share. The food was simply exquisite! We were truly impressed by the bold flavors, especially the absolutely incredible flaky pretzel served with exceptional local foie gras—a combination as surprising as it was masterfully executed. As for the main courses, I was expecting the classic, pronounced taste of game. What a surprise! The venison was exceptional, remarkably delicate. All the sauces were perfectly executed—so much so that I couldn't resist mopping up every last drop with my bread. Special mention to the entire team: it's a rare honor and pleasure to be served by the chef himself, as well as by such a passionate and dedicated team. The welcome was on par with everything else: attentive, elegant, with the refined touch of handing our jackets back over our shoulders as we left. Thank you to the whole team for this exceptional experience. You've now earned a spot in our top 5 Michelin-starred restaurants that we've had the pleasure of discovering. 25/01/2026: We came to enjoy two cheese boards and the wine recommended by Emeric. We absolutely loved the meal, the service, and the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to Emeric for his professionalism, his advice, his presentation, and the way he assembled the cheese boards. You can see the touch of someone who loves what he does and knows how to share that passion. If I ever return to Strasbourg, I will definitely come back to try other dishes from the menu. 10/01/2026: Parfait Restaurant in Robertsau. Number 1. The owner always makes sure his customers are satisfied. He makes a point of being there himself. Perfect. However, like in society, there are always people who think humans are robots. Well done, Mr. Ennesser.

20/12/2025: Typical Alsatian cuisine, personalized by the chef to elevate each dish, from appetizer to dessert! I fell in love with the Ramen Bar, a fusion of Japanese and Alsatian flavors. It was divine. They have a menu that changes with the seasons, offering new dishes to enjoy throughout the year! It's hard to choose because everything looks amazing. I'll definitely have to come back!

12/11/2025: It's hard to find better value for money. Everything is homemade, the dishes are simple yet excellent, and the service is top-notch and always with a smile. The daily special, a starter and main course, is €12, and it's all cooked on-site—a rare find worth mentioning. I highly recommend it!

20/06/2025: The lunch menus are unbeatable in terms of value for money; for example, three courses plus coffee and a carafe of water cost €20 (weekday lunchtime). Everything was delicious. The fish was excellent, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The children's plate (nuggets with fries, all freshly made) was available for €11.

14/12/2025: Excellent Alsatian restaurant! The dishes are delicious and generous. The welcome is warm, and the service is quick and impeccable. The rustic, typically Alsatian decor adds a lot of charm. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

21/12/2025: Beautiful heritage hotel in a beautiful town. Despite arriving late we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff who made sure we had the best possible experience. We could park our car for free in the car park next to the hotel . The rooms were comfortable and cosy, the staircase is magnificent with lots of delightful historical features. The restaurant on site is very pleasant where we had a very tasty breakfast. It's a great spot for families, our children loved the hotel and we had a unique experience learning about the history and practicing french. The owners gave us a lot of great tips for sightseeing in Alsace and we ended up having a great holiday. Thank you!

02/11/2025: The service was welcoming and friendly, and the cordon bleu with mushroom sauce was delicious! The couscous, the daily special, was served separately, which was a nice touch. We went back twice in the same week 🤗 even at 2 pm the kitchen was open. I highly recommend it 🤩

03/12/2024: Pasamos unos días en Estrasburgo y probamos varios winstubs. Entre ellos, la Vieille enseigne era el favorito de todos. Puede que no tenga el encanto de Winstubs más viejos pero cuando se trata de la comida, absolutamente lo aplasta. Su choucroute fue de lejos el mejor que tuvimos y también lo fue su tarte a l oignon. Los camareros están muy ocupados pero disfrutan conectando con personas que están interesadas en su región: uno de ellos nos hizo descubrir el más increíble eaux de vie (aguardiente de frutas) Si yo fuera un lugareño, esto se convertiría en mi lugar para comer deliciosa comida local!

The entire team is incredibly attentive, and you can feel their dedication to doing things well, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. The portions are generous, just like home cooking, and beautifully presented. A real gem, I highly recommend it!

21/06/2025: Very good French restaurant! Delicious food, good and fast service. Nice and cozy inside. On some days the restaurant is open for lunch and then opens for dinner. This should be taken into account when planning a visit. They serve delicious beer here. The meat dishes are also very tasty and regional. Definitely recommend visiting!
