The service is fast and the meals are plentiful, made with fresh and good products.
My dish: crispy poultry with small vegetables and spaetzle. It was super good and made with local products.
The prices are correct.
The small downside is the soundproofing of the room.

We ate on the terrace in a shaded courtyard.
Meals and service were very good.
I recommend this establishment, and will return with pleasure.

Fast service despite the crowds, pleasant and shady terrace setting.
Very good dish, baeckeoffe for me would have deserved a little more meat for the price but it was very good.

Made us understand that the 5 euros for drinks was not enough. This ruined this delicious meal! Too bad, but after 40 years of experience she should know how to behave. As said, too bad

11/12/2025: On a Thursday at lunchtime, the restaurant was far from full. The wait was interminable; we didn't order cheese, dessert, or coffee because of the long wait. The "large foie gras" was really small, especially considering the price; it was a real rip-off. To top it all off, the waitress made unpleasant remarks. I was very disappointed with the service and wouldn't be returning, nor would I recommend it.

The staff lacks professionalism and they make you feel the end of service time quite quickly. Too bad... The quality drops...

The only negative point is that there are too many tables.
21/09/2024: As much as the dishes are good, the hygiene of a certain waitress is puzzling... washing the terrace tables with already very dirty water from a bucket placed on the floor... then of course without washing their hands. hands where she held the sponge and put it in the dirty water, straighten the table, touching of course cutlery and glasses... plus the meal plates she served... and in the meantime a little delicate rubbing of the nostrils to accompany it all...

08/12/2024: Tout est absolument parfait de l acceuil jusqu à la sortie. Largement au dessus de tous les étoilés d Alsace. Mérite largement une troisième étoile. Personnels remarquables. Mais les prix sont trés élevés.
26/11/2024: Cooking comes from skill. A master of his craft cooks here. The 2* are deserved. Modern interpretation of Alsatian dishes. The flavors are well developed. The textures are perfect. Very attentive service. Solid ambience. Highly priced and worth every euro. Every trip is worth it. Absolutely recommended.
