13/03/2026: Very good. We had the beef fillet with morel sauce 😋. Impeccable service and a great menu. The ingredients are always fresh, considering how popular the place is. Reservations are recommended. Dogs are welcome.

29/03/2026: We didn't get to enjoy our meal because we made the cardinal error of not making a reservation, which might be naive and careless, but it doesn't justify being turned away so arrogantly and rudely by the waitress. I find atmosphere and service extremely important when dining out, and since we were coming from a hike, we felt like we were being treated like vagrants. A real shame.

15/02/2026: A wonderful surprise! Passing through, we stopped at this restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The dishes are simple yet delicious. The service was quick, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We were welcomed with delicious creamy soups, followed by tartiflette with Munster cheese, and finally, blueberry tart. A real treat in a truly unique setting—go and see for yourself! 😉 I highly recommend it!

The exterior isn't much to look at, but step inside and you'll be pleasantly surprised. A lovely place, I highly recommend it! And the prices aren't exorbitant like in some bars; a round for four is €14.

18/03/2026: A trip to Texas right in the heart of the Krutenau district! 🔥 Head to this restaurant for a Texas BBQ experience 🤠 We start strong with a perfectly crisp Blooming Onion and a rich, flavorful beef broth 🧅 Then comes the moment you've all been waiting for: the tasting fest 😍 🥩 Roast beef 🍖 Pork ribs with homemade BBQ sauce 🥓 24-hour marinated pork belly 🥩 Angus beef brisket 🌽 Cornbread 🥦 American-style broccoli salad 🥔 Baked potato… and many other delicious treats! The meats are smoked on-site for between 7 and 24 hours, respecting the traditions of Texas BBQ. Everything here is homemade: fries, sauces, and meats… and you can taste it in every bite 🤤 And to top it all off, we shared a delicious Red Velvet Cake ❤️ A true culinary escape without leaving Strasbourg! 08/03/2026: Delicious little cakes. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, seating is only available inside. The coffee is from the Reck roastery. So everything was perfect.

14/02/2026: A typically Alsatian place with a beautiful soul, generous and high-quality dishes, a real treat... top-notch service, fast, attentive, and! The new organic beer from Meteor... served with a perfect flammekueche.

The tartes flambées are well-filled, the cordon bleus generous, and the Irish coffees are very helpful for digestion (even a little Gewürztraminer 🍇). The warm atmosphere of our region, the typical setting, and the staff are simply adorable! In short, there are so many good things to say... I'll avoid writing a novel 😄. 22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering Schaefferhof, and the experience was excellent. The tarte flambée is simply exceptional: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared, with that authentic taste one seeks in Alsace. The service is equally remarkable: warm, welcoming, and attentive servers. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a truly authentic tarte flambée in a friendly atmosphere!

14/03/2026: The place has been redecorated and revamped, and is definitely worth rediscovering. We ate very well; everything was delicious, well-presented, and generous. The service was friendly, relaxed, and well-paced. New concept, new manager—it's much better now. Well done and best of luck! Oh, and don't hesitate to check out the themed evenings; a great atmosphere is guaranteed.

12/03/2026: Leaving the hospital yesterday, we were looking for something to eat, and even though it was the middle of the afternoon, they turned on the oven so we could have something to eat. We thank the gentleman who greeted us; it was lovely. For starters, we had salads, very simple but very good, and we also had basil and burrata pizzas, which were delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere was also very pleasant. I recommend it and thank them again for their hospitality.
