29/08/2026: Found this restaurant by chance when visiting another one. Impressed by the reviews. The service was friendly and professional except for a small detail when a service person drop in a unfriendly way the plate on the table. The food was good, however not special. I give 3 starts because I got stomach aches the whole night. The indoor air feels very heavy.

21/08/2026: I came on Friday, August 21st at noon with a friend. We had an excellent meal; the portions were very generous, the flavors were incredible—kudos to the kitchen! Special mention for the Scandinavian toast. The service was truly superb. Florence was incredibly responsive, which is exactly what you look for in a waitress. She was also very friendly and attentive to her customers, and her energy was fantastic. Thanks also to the other waitress for her kindness and politeness. In any case, I will definitely be back, and thank you. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we paid, and the service was excellent throughout.

15/04/2026: We ate at Nadia's for the Easter buffet. Nadia's cooking is inventive, everything is homemade. Every time I go with my family, there's always a new sauce for each dish; it's absolutely delicious! We'll gladly return soon.

08/08/2026: Yesterday, the three of us were there, and all the dishes were very good to excellent! The Filet Rossini was perfect, with a highly concentrated, authentic jus sauce, delicate foie gras, and delicious fries. The crème brûlée was one of the best I've ever had, with a perfectly balanced jam base whose acidity helped to counteract the sweetness. The Irish coffee was perfect, and the service was impeccable. A real highlight and excellent value for money. Thank you so much!

26/07/2026: It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, until it was time to pay. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, because of which they claimed our payment hadn't gone through and told us we had to pay again… and you guessed it, we were charged twice. Because it didn't feel right, we checked our bank account right outside, and it already looked like the money had been deducted twice. Inside, they insisted this wasn't the case and that one of the payments would be refunded automatically. Later that evening, we checked again, and the amount had definitely been charged twice. We called the restaurant right away, but we were just given the runaround and told that we had to come back in person. However, we are traveling back to the Netherlands tomorrow, and we have no intention of driving an hour out of our way for a mistake that wasn't our fault. We indicated that we would like to sort this out digitally, but after asking for an email address three times, we were told that their email doesn't work and that coming by is the only option. This is despite us clearly explaining that we are no longer in the area and are heading back to the Netherlands. Not exactly customer-friendly for a mistake made by the restaurant itself.

25/07/2026: It took 30 minutes to get 2 beers and another 45 minutes to get 3 paninis, so a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we ask the waiter after 55 minutes if they will be on their way soon he says “2 minutes” when we ask him again after 65 minutes he gets angry and says it is not his fault and that we should not blame him. The paninis were also miserable when they finally appeared. My recommendation: find somewhere else to eat and drink.

18/08/2026: Passing through Moselle, it was very difficult to find a restaurant open on a Tuesday. We stopped here, 10 minutes from the Moselle River: a good restaurant with an unusual setting. The food and the price were more than reasonable, the person at the bar was friendly, and the waitress was very professional. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your waitress regarding her pastry qualification and her future plans. If you're ever near Eschau, I hope to see you at my place, La Trattoria del Amore.
