24/05/2026: We had lunch as a couple today, Pentecost Sunday. The service was excellent and very professional. The food was outstanding. The restaurant is located in the heart of the village. A pleasant and peaceful place. We highly recommend it... We'll be back! 👌😁

03/05/2026: We ate here for lunch last Sunday during a day trip to Strasbourg, and everything was perfect! The restaurant is just a short walk from the city center. The interior is elegant and welcoming, but they also have several tables on the street, sheltered from the sun. We had lunch there, and it was very pleasant. We were there for fondue, and the young lady welcomed us very kindly and recommended the type of fondue we should order based on our tastes. Everything was delicious, the prices are more than fair, and the portions are generous; if you want a light lunch, even one for two is enough. They also sell cheeses and wines, and have a wide selection. I definitely recommend it.

08/03/2026: Excellent daily special: a superb chicken supreme served with simple pasta. A delicious starter of fried calamari salad. Highly recommended.

06/03/2026: I received a warm welcome, the meal was wonderful, the place was very clean, Rayan, nothing to complain about, top-notch, stay just as you are!

24/02/2026: We stayed at the hotel in 2024 and dined at the restaurant. After moving to Alsace, we returned for lunch. The establishment is very well-run and the staff are friendly. The food is also very good... but the dishes arrive far too hot, not to say scalding.

01/01/2026: We just left this inn. As usual, it was perfect. The all-you-can-eat buffet (starters and desserts) and the main course (game, meat, and fish) were very good. They often have themed menus on Sundays... The atmosphere is calm and friendly. The staff is kind and attentive. I always go the day after New Year's and I never regret it. See you soon! ☺

15/05/2026: A most disappointing experience tonight. We ordered tarte flambée to take away. What a letdown when we saw the state of the tartes! They were far too cooked underneath; the burnt pastry tasted awful. There was hardly any cream on top, or what little there was was completely dried out. And a few bits of bacon were practically fighting amongst themselves! Frankly, this is the last time we'll be going back (unfortunately, it wasn't our first time, but we wanted to give it a second chance). The restaurant Au Chasseur used to be a reliable choice before the change of ownership. We won't be returning.

23/04/2026: We come regularly for the all-you-can-eat carpaccio and it's always a real treat. Great atmosphere and top-notch service, both dynamic and pleasant. The waiters/waitresses are friendly yet efficient. Always a good time.

06/05/2026: A very bad experience. We had barely arrived when we asked for water. The manager immediately brought and opened a bottle of mineral water, which cost €6, without even asking if we wanted a carafe (which, as a reminder, is a right). Then, my partner, not having a big appetite, only wanted to order a salad as a starter. The manager then informed us that a €3 surcharge would apply if she didn't order a main course, while heavily pressuring her to buy the daily special. Faced with these dubious business practices and this push to inflate the bill, we decided to leave. We expressed our dissatisfaction with these methods, to which the manager responded by feigning innocence. We paid €6 for our water and went to have dinner elsewhere. If you are looking for honest service and genuine customer service, look elsewhere.

06/05/2026: A huge disappointment, very little variety in the dishes offered, and a cold, even indifferent, welcome. We won't be back!

11/05/2026: I invited a friend for his birthday; there were two of us, and I had booked for noon. We were seated quickly. The restrooms were clean. We were promptly offered to take our order (drinks and starters). I chose a Vosges salad, which was fresh, tasty, and flavorful. For my main course, I had meat ravioli, and my friend had a meat dish. For dessert, the meal was quite substantial, so I opted for ice cream. So, a three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) with sparkling water and several glasses of wine. I think the quality of the food (freshness of the ingredients) and the price were excellent. My friend has kept the address for his travels in Alsace.

13/04/2026: The food is delicious and the staff are super friendly, the service is quick, and the dishes are always served hot on warmed plates, which is a significant plus. Highly recommended.
