12/01/2026: The food, the atmosphere—everything was simply top-notch! ;) We received a warm welcome and were shown down to the cellar, which was paneled in wood and meant to resemble a wine barrel. Very cozy! ;) We had made a reservation for the evening at lunchtime, which proved to be a good idea. Delicious cider, a galette complet, and a sweet crepe to finish made for a perfect evening. We'd love to come back again! ;))

31/12/2025: Frankly, quite disappointing… the buckwheat crepe was bland and the sweet crepe was downright awful… dry and tasteless, it even stuck to the plate. The service was rather cold as well. What a shame… The cider was very good and somewhat redeemed the experience.

19/01/2026: The mille-feuille was worse than the pastries sold in supermarkets…a disaster. Fortunately, the very friendly staff raised the bar.

30/08/2024: Nous avons pris des salades , que du vert une tomate cerise par assiette un cernaux de noix , assaisonement vraiment fade . 25 euros pour ça c'est du vol ! Heureusement qu;il y avait du pain . 29 degrès à l'intérieur , c'etait vraiment désagréable , meme pas un ventilateur. De plus le serveur parler mal ,on ne le comprenait pas . Plus jamais, n'importe quel donner aurait été meilleur.

17/08/2024: Nous avons pris la formule du jour. La salade en entrée était originale mais cependant il y avait un petit problème d’assaisonnement. Le poulet était fondant et bien cuit. Le service est souriant et sympathique.

11/02/2026: Sunday lunch. Excessive prices, slow service, and they forgot to serve dessert. Meat served with lukewarm, unseasoned boiled vegetables. Extremely rude remarks were made to even the simplest question. The value for money was poor. Virtually no parking. A shame.

10/02/2026: The servers were absolutely appalling; they practically threw us out the second we finished our drink (without even asking if we wanted to order again). The happy hour prices aren't worth being treated like dirt. Avoid at all costs.

21/11/2025: Look at this apple and Calvados tarte flambée! You can find it in many restaurants, but this... This is the Mona Lisa of apple tarte flambée, a masterpiece that tastes as good as it looks 🥲 The other tarte flambées are also excellent and equally refined. We also tried the kidneys, the veal escalope with cream sauce, and the sirloin steak, and they were all delicious, made with high-quality meat! We highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: I'm only giving it two stars because the wait was too long. 15 minutes between each flame is a long time. It's true that there were a lot of people there that night, which perhaps explains the wait. We'll come back another time, hoping for peace and quiet, because tables of 20 and 10 and the resulting noise aren't pleasant if you want peace and quiet.

09/06/2025: For my daughter's wedding, we first had the opportunity to taste the wines to help us decide what to choose. The welcome was perfect and very friendly. The wines offered were just perfect, and it was a joy to taste them. As for the wedding itself, which took place on June 7th, everything was perfect! The welcome, the room decor, the aperitif, the cocktails, the toasts and other treats, the meal, the wines, the cheese buffet, and the dessert buffet... Everything was absolutely delicious!!! A huge thank you to Céline and her team: you were there from start to finish, attentive to our every need, available at all times, and always with big smiles. 27/05/2025: Warm welcome, I arrived at 2 p.m. (end of service) and was served anyway. Delicious fish and chips, and plentiful too. Thanks to the whole team. As soon as I get back from Nancy, I'll be right there. And on time this time.

10/11/2024: The meal was okay. The wait was endless... I mean, really endless! The owner is incredibly unfriendly! Luckily, the waitress made up for it... Be warned: they only accept €25 in restaurant vouchers PER TABLE! The owner makes sure you know it's written on the sign, so that's that! It's the first time I've ever seen anything like it... A policy specific to the restaurant. In short, I'm never going back there.

07/11/2025: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. What a disappointment! It was already suspicious that only one table was occupied on a Sunday. The meal was a disaster, and the bill came to over €100 without wine or digestifs, I should add. The duck breast was unlike anything I've ever seen: four slices cut with some kind of julienned vegetables in hollandaise sauce, even though I specifically asked for no sauce, and served with cold, dry rice. The roasted peach was a catastrophe—pure sugar, even canned peaches have more flavor. My husband's potato gratin was cold and dry. No, we were completely ripped off. It was my birthday meal; I could have cried. I didn't want to upset my husband any more, as he could see I hadn't eaten a thing. Once is enough, but never again, that's for sure.

09/02/2026: If i could review a zero star i would. I had booked through booking.com about 3 weeks prior to the stay. Unfortunately due to a bereavement in the family we couldnt travel. I had booked the non cancellation booking, but was hoping that they would take a sympathetic view in view of the circumstance and the fact that we were trying to cancel 2 weeks prior to the stay. Booking.com kindly tried to contact them, with no reply, I contacted them on their email address and again no reply. Needless to say monies were taken straight from my account on the due day. So funny how communication was ok in this instance. Its been a very stressful time and this has just added to the stress. I have never had such poor communiation in a hotel as much as this. WOULD NEVER EVER STAY IN THE HOTEL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

23/01/2026: The room was stuck in the 80s. Single-glazed windows, impossible to heat, TV signal loss frequent, hot water inconsistent, toilet with poor drainage, cracked bathtub, and poor lighting in the bathroom. A shame, because the reception and restaurant were friendly.

16/11/2025: Super friendly service. It makes us want to come back. The food is really delicious. From frog legs to mussels to tarte flambée. Down-to-earth and tasty food. We'll definitely be back.
