We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo.
- First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉
A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself.
- The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋).
- Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷
To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline.

03/09/2024: Very good charcuterie, excellent service, on the other hand my taste buds and my wallet absolutely do not understand the liver pâté with truffle (or without truffle) at 54 euros per kilo which has no taste. In short, let's not get angry and thank you all the same.
18/08/2024: €29 per kilo of snack is really taking the consumer for an idiot. Well this is just my opinion. Go to Kirn, they are excellent and it's almost half the price.

11/12/2025: The staff is very friendly and wants you to have a pleasant stay.
It's a shame the rooms are outdated; I was bitten by bedbugs. Management was informed of the situation and did nothing. I find this appalling and strongly advise against staying here.
10/12/2025: I booked a room online for two nights, requesting a wheelchair-accessible room. On the day of arrival, I couldn't even get into the room in my wheelchair.
The wheelchair wouldn't fit through the bathroom.
At €160 a night, it's outrageous. They're treating people with contempt, all because it's the Strasbourg Christmas market and they're fully booked anyway. Thank goodness the market lasts a month...

27/12/2023: Nickel dans l'ensemble.
Concernant la cuisine, c'était bien. Je ne peux en dire plus car je n'ai pas déjeuner ou dîner en tant que tel.
Le service également hormis un manque de sourire de la part du personnel et c'est bien dommage !
L'ambiance est celle d'un café lambda.
Pour conclure, vous pouvez vous rendre dans cet établissement sans souci.
23/12/2023: Montmartre cafe, center of Strasbourg near of the Cathedral on main street. It is a place I can choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu options are rich, the service is fast, the coffee is good, and the prices are reasonable. Provides service both in open and closed areas.

Today's menu. which offers several choices from starter to dessert and is excellent value for money.
Not to be missed.
01/10/2024: We stayed at the Village Motel on the way from Spain to Germany and went to the restaurant in the evening. The food was simply excellent. We both had a meat dish and the meat was super tender, very well cooked. The side dishes were also very tasty. I don't know why rotisseur mustard was served with it. But the fried potatoes with the mustard tasted very good.

Your quality and your often recommended service is losing satisfaction... you just have to see the latest reviews. Get back into your business, just because the terrace is finished and the figure is going to drop doesn't mean you have to lose quality ✅ in any case, I won't give it a star because this place is cool 👍

We wait 30' before the waitress shows up who offers us a long, double espresso coffee.
Coffee lover, I take a double.
30' later a lounging dish is served...
Drinking a long drink is just not coffee and my palate knows the difference.
It's good for the owner's business.

17/08/2024: It’s a shame that the cuisine is not up to par with the place and the service! We waited more than 45 minutes to be served, and our dish was no longer available so we had to fall back on the 5-meat sauerkraut, which was clearly not at the level expected in the heart of Strasbourg. The flam was OK, the rest very very average. 5 stars to the waitress, very friendly and welcoming.

04/09/2024: we decided to go to the cafe to try the flambé, but we were very disappointed. The service is terrible. The waiters did not respond when we called them, ignored our requests, treated us with disdain. The food takes a very long time to prepare and was served cold. I hope that whoever reads this review will not go here because it is really a terrible place
01/09/2024: The pizza was okay. The chicken burger was unfortunately subpar. Old meat, totally dried on the edge, 10 grams of salad and a small portion of fries, which were also bad. When I was clearing away I pointed out the dried, inedible piece of chicken and said that in my opinion it was old meat and not edible. All that came was a tired smile and an apology. In my opinion, a coffee on the house or a reduction in the already high price would have been the least. But of course: many tourists who won't come back anyway. You can just allow yourself that. It's a shame...
