10/07/2026: Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and friendly service. The food is not of extraordinary quality or special, but simply good and creative dishes. We were a group of 5; for half of us it was slightly disappointing, while for the other half it exceeded expectations. The schnitzel is highly recommended! A plus point was the DJ on the terrace, which provided nice background music and a fun atmosphere.

01/06/2026: We were a little disappointed with our Mother's Day meal. The dishes arrived cold and the fries seemed reheated. We were also surprised to have to pay €3.40 for a carafe of water when tap water is supposed to be free. Furthermore, the most senior waitress was not at all friendly. In contrast, the young, brunette waitress was very smiley, pleasant, and professional, which was a positive aspect of our experience.

24/05/2026: Upon arrival, I was greeted by Stéphanie and Jean-Hugues. The Restaurant de la Bruche is a family-run restaurant where they serve good daily specials for €13, €17.80 for a starter and main course, and €18.30 for a main course and dessert. If you'd like a set menu, it's between €22 and €26. The daily specials feature fresh meat cooked to order with side dishes. I came three days in a row because we were hiking in the Bruche Valley, so I was able to try two daily specials and a set menu on the third day. All three dishes were of good quality; the meat was well-cooked but tender, and the portions were sufficient. For the set menu, I had a sirloin steak. It was nice and thick, rare as I had requested, and the plate was filled with fries. Despite the crowds, Stéphanie came by to check that everything was alright and that nothing was missing. To finish, I had a coffee. I can't comment on the desserts because I have to avoid sugar. But I think that given this You can rest assured about the quality of the food. The restaurant has approximately 35 seats. Currently, there are more on sunny days since there's a quiet terrace. Parking is no problem; there's a free parking lot about 50 meters away. I had a great time at this friendly restaurant with good value for money, and I wish you a pleasant meal.

15/05/2026: Passing through the region for a weekend, we found this restaurant with very good quality dishes. We ate very well. I recommend it.

01/07/2026: Good broth-based food at very reasonable prices, but very crowded, extremely hot, and only one server for three rooms, so we waited an hour before being served. Personally, I prefer to pay a little more and be treated better. It wasn't the server's fault; he was excellent, he was just too busy. It's a management issue, really.

24/05/2026: A lovely, rustic, family-run atmosphere, where the very friendly senior owner is also included. And the service was admirably quick and efficient despite the large number of guests. The food was delicious, too – everything was just perfect for us! A very successful family evening that everyone enjoyed. However, reservations were absolutely essential.

26/04/2026: The creamy escalopes were okay. The owner needs to work on his smile, which is a shame. There were only about twenty people there. He makes his living thanks to the customers, don't forget that, sir. I was invited, but personally, I won't be making the trip. So let's smile at life... A restaurant is supposed to be relaxing; if it isn't, let's stay home. We're supposed to cook for ourselves.

11/07/2026: We arrived at 8:30 PM, aperitifs were served at 9:20 PM and dinner at 10:15 PM. Luckily, we only ordered salads. The service was extremely slow, and there was no bread left to accompany our salads. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.
