The portions were generous, with beautiful cuts of meat that were perfectly sauced and served with a generous amount of fries. The desserts were also very generous. 30/07/2026: After visiting the 6717, a review is in order. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, at this price point, several aspects deserve to be highlighted. Rooms There were no welcome chocolates or fresh fruit upon arrival. The room did not include a coffee or tea machine. Some tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. The light on the magnifying mirror, as well as one of the bedside lamps, was not working. Finally, both the bedside lamps and the light switches felt rather outdated for a hotel of this standard. Restaurant The water glasses used in the restaurant are branded with a local bottled water company. That would be perfectly acceptable if the pricing were more consistent with that level of presentation. The Riesling, served with a screw cap and displaying noticeable acidity, was disappointing given the region’s reputation for exceptional wines, especially considering the price, which is comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. It would also be appreciated if a variety of vegetables were offered at breakfast. Don’t be surprised if from the SPA to the restaurant, easyJet style formulas with prices everywhere will be offered to maximise purchase in a quite inelegant manner. That said, both dinner and breakfast were simply outstanding. The chef and the entire kitchen team deserve special recognition. The gardening team also deserves praise, as the grounds are maintained to an exceptional standard. Overall In conclusion, the overall quality was good, but unfortunately quite inconsistent across the different departments. Ultimately, it comes down to value for money. Considering the points mentioned above, I believe the value proposition is rather disappointing, especially when compared with competing establishments in the very near vicinity.. 04/06/2026: Fantastic hotel. Great spa area and very friendly staff. The room was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a huge glass shower and other luxuries. Dogs are welcome, except in the restaurant. In short: Top-notch! We'll definitely be back!

15/10/2026: An excellent restaurant with refined cuisine. Reservations are almost essential as it fills up quickly. It's worth walking a few meters to escape the tourist traps of the city center. Recommended by Stéphanie from the Chic and Choc chocolate shop, which also sells delicious homemade chocolates that are worth a stop. Located near the town hall, easily accessible, with the church parking lot 20 meters away.

06/10/2026: I ordered a cordon bleu with cream sauce and received a cordon bleu with mushroom cream sauce. I don't like mushrooms, and they weren't on the menu. Disappointed...

27/07/2026: The atmosphere was rather cold; this place could use some improvement, especially the terrace. The main courses were good. Some of the desserts were a bit less so (perhaps frozen?), particularly the tarts. The wait was long; for a table of 10-15, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and 10 minutes for the menus... The value for money is still excellent for a Sunday (excluding special meals and special events); expect to pay €20-25 per person. There's a lot of choice on the menu, perhaps too much? It's still a good choice; the pizzas are excellent.

20/08/2026: Quick stop, because it was the only one open in the area. Fast service, just good. Nothing special, but we were there at 4 pm on a Thursday. So the selection was very limited, but that was indicated.

12/08/2026: My childhood friend and I love meeting up at this restaurant regularly. The food is delicious, the presentation is excellent, and the atmosphere is truly authentic. You can even buy almost all of the decor there. It has a charming, vintage feel. The best thing about this place is that you can't use your phone at your table. And frankly, that's a very good thing. Highly recommended.

28/09/2026: The herring appetizer was full of bones… Luckily, the ratatouille and the extra fries were very good. The main courses were served at different times, even though there were only two of us! And the waitress was unfriendly when we asked for help. I don't recommend it, even though the place is nice. …and the toilet was dirty.

28/09/2026: I came yesterday and it was impossible to get even a simple pitcher of red wine. To find myself in a traditional French bouillon without any red wine on the menu or by the carafe is unheard of! It's the very foundation of this type of establishment. A very disappointing experience; the whole concept of a bouillon was completely lost. I won't be back.
