06/09/2026: I came with friends and we discovered this little bar, tucked away in a quiet street. We were hungry and wanted a drink – and it turned out to be the best bar of our entire trip to Colmar! They have great platters for sharing, and the owners were very welcoming and nice!

Valentin gave us excellent advice on Alsatian wines, and Aurélien delighted us with his wonderful sharing platters! Thank you to them both, and don't hesitate to go if you want to have a great time.

30/09/2026: We had a delicious meal. The (written) menu presented a bit of a challenge (Google Translate struggled), but fortunately, we were kindly assisted by a staff member with the translation and explanations of the dishes.

26/09/2026: We ended up at your place on our way to the Chalet. Purely because we stopped across the street to look for an open place to eat. No sign, advertising, or anything like that. Just a restaurant. We would like to thank you for the lovely atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We apologize that our French was so limited. We are glad you made sure we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Every course was simple yet sophisticated, beautifully presented, and full of perfectly balanced flavors. The food felt rich and thoughtful without ever being overwhelming. The atmosphere was warm and homey, which made the whole experience even more special. The service was also just perfect, professional, attentive, and never too much or too little. And the wine selection was excellent. Overall, an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Easily the best meal of our trip. Highly recommended!

18/08/2026: Beautiful setting. Perfect service. Pleasant interaction. The value for money, however, wasn't great in my opinion. The food was rather ordinary but expensive. The menu offered a fish tartare, but what arrived was a slightly dry terrine with mayonnaise and salad. We expected something different. The meat was expensive and nothing special. The prices are high for what it is. Overall, I was satisfied.

19/09/2026: We can only give it 5 stars. The chef perfectly accommodated my food intolerance. I was truly spoiled; all the dishes were adapted at the last minute. The waiter was incredibly attentive. We were there thanks to the Gourmet Passport, on a weekday. The servers were very young; the apprentices must be taking over on those days, but that doesn't matter—they have to learn. The sommelier recommended wines that paired perfectly with the dishes. The presentation of the cheese course was beautiful, and the menu remains accessible to all palates. There were no extravagant flavor combinations. Thank you for being included in the guide. Even though the price is high, it allows you to enjoy an exceptional meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

15/06/2026: The location is fantastic: all quiet amidst nature, and yet quite close to popular spots! Loading facilities for electrical cars on site! The rooms are quite comfortable with some real space. The air conditioning was just more noisy than efficient, and the toilet had cold white lighting. Services were generally pretty good- somewhat inconsistent perhaps as regards the room.

The welcome and attentiveness of the service staff are also very pleasant. The location of the Boenlesgrab is exceptional, the view from the terrace is sublime, and the interior of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a mountain ambiance that I greatly appreciate.
