17/09/2024: I finally had the opportunity to test the famous Nid with a friend at the beginning of September. The experience was truly a success from the beginning to the end of our lunch. The service was fast, efficient with a good dose of smiles and good humor. We had the bowls of the day, they were very good, colorful, well served, and perfect for a healthy / sporty / dietetic meal :) As a little bonus, I had a Liège waffle with homemade chocolate sauce, it was really excellent. The tavern-style decor fits perfectly into the setting and atmosphere. The prices are also quite reasonable, which is a pleasure. I recommend and I will definitely come back! Thank you Le Nid for this great discovery.

13/09/2024: Apparently they changed their address, and not only was the old location on Rue des Marchands still pinned on google maps, there were still L'Arpège signs and menus up at the old closed location. Nothing there said that they moved. Their loss. We enjoyed dinner at Maison Rouge instead.

15/09/2024: Schon etwas versteckt liegt das Restaurant Hotel, erreichbar über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Vorher schon reserviert, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns der Platz zugeteilt. Das Restaurant war bis zum letzten Platz belegt. Wir bestellten das Menu à 3 plats. Die Menükarte habe ich hier hochgeladen. Menüfolge, Speisenqualität und vor allem der Service- perfekt, immer freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Der Service war hervorragend (ich muss es einfach wiederholen) und das bei voller Auslastung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung.

06/09/2024: Nous avons reçu en cadeau un bon pour déjeuner à deux au restaurant l'alchemille. Nous n'avions aucune idée préconçue, juste un peu de curiosité car le restaurant présente un site internet clairement "en dehors des sentiers battus". Et bien bonne surprise ! Nous avons adoré le menu "layon" 10 senteurs que le chef a concocté. de l'amuse bouche au dessert final, nous nous sommes régalés. En conclusion, oubliez tout ce que vous connaissez des restaurants dits "traditionnels", gastronomiques ou pas, bistronomiques ou pas et laissez-vous embarquer pour un voyage au milieu des plantes et des fleurs savamment alliés à des légumes, poissons ou viandes et en fin de repas savourez l'eau de plantes, une tisane digestive délicieuse. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt et un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui est au diapason de la philosophie de la maison.

22/09/2024: hello, we came thirsty and hungry we were not disappointed, the prices compared to the cooked quality were surprising, the rating of 10/5 does not exist but they deserve it. A must-see in Colmar without a doubt. Pleasant and friendly server

19/09/2024: This is probably one of the best tarte flambée addresses in Alsace. But I don't know if we should publicize this information because this restaurant is tiny and it offers very little space to eat, at the table or at the bar. In short, it is worth it and it is absolutely necessary to book.

23/09/2024: For my 30th birthday in June 1992 with my friends, we were warmly welcomed in person by JP Haeberlin. An extraordinary moment of refinement of French cuisine that will remain engraved forever!!! We arrived before 12 p.m. to leave at 7 p.m. filled with happiness!!! Mr. Jean-Pierre Haeberlin was kind enough to offer me a glass of Château Yquem for my birthday! All Alsatian elegance!!! Just one piece of advice: You have to live this experience once in your life to be in paradise!!!

04/08/2024: Nous avons randonné avec des amis, le repas proposé étant très copieux nous avons demandé s'il était possible de ne prendre qu'un plat une réponse positive nous a été donnée. Nous n'avons pas demandé le tarif d'une assiette tourte + crudité (autour de 16€ dans les autres fermes auberge). Quelle surprise au moment de régler la facture en voyant le menu complet facturé, on nous a répondu qu'en contre partie on nous a fait cadeau du café .... Conclusion : si vous allez dans cette ferme auberge sachez que l'assiette de fromage + dessert = le prix d'un café !!!! Demandez une assiette de fromage et un dessert et allez payer 3€ ce qui a été remboursé à mon mari car il n'a pas pris de café.

30/07/2024: Tout ce qu’on attend d’une ferme auberge : accueil familial et attentif, produits issus de la ferme et cuisine généreuse et de qualité. Nous avions prévu une randonnée dimanche le long des crêtes vosgiennes et terminer la rando par un excellent repas c’est parfait. Bon on avait l’excuse de la marche pour terminer le cremeux du schnepf mais cela valait le coup car il est très très bon. Desserts maisons et avec pas mal de produits issus de la ferme. Nous avions repéré le lieu à la suite d’un reportage à la télé et aucune mauvaise surprise bien au contraire Merci pour l’accueil et au plaisir de revenir mais avec nos enfants un peu jaloux des pommes de terre au four.
