21/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience. The setting is original and pleasant (lovely terrace). The owner was very welcoming. Cacy's service was impeccable and friendly. As for the food, the tarte flambée was excellent. The sauerkraut was superb, the cabbage very fragrant and not at all acidic. The icing on the cake: the Black Forest cake. As a baker myself, and a regular at many excellent pastry shops as a Parisian, I must say that the Black Forest cake is the best I've ever had and easily rivals them. Congratulations to Didier! We'll be back.

19/08/2026: Thank you so much for another delicious and plentiful lunch! As always, we were completely satisfied: friendly staff, tasty food, and a wonderful atmosphere. A visit to Le Casus has become a must for us whenever we're in Thann. There's always something new to discover and try – that's what makes it so enjoyable for us. 18/08/2026: Beautiful setting. Perfect service. Pleasant interaction. The value for money, however, wasn't great in my opinion. The food was rather ordinary but expensive. The menu offered a fish tartare, but what arrived was a slightly dry terrine with mayonnaise and salad. We expected something different. The meat was expensive and nothing special. The prices are high for what it is. Overall, I was satisfied.

20/08/2026: OK service, good wine, very good food. Let down by the slightly confusing “8 glasses of wine” deal to accompany the 8-course lunch. Wine poured with the bottle left on the table - only to discover that a (self-serve) top-up counts as another glass. Not explained until the end. Not the warmest of welcomes, with service a bit lukewarm throughout. But, the Quail in Sauce Bordelaise was exceptional. And a good selection of wine, by the glass!

15/06/2026: The location is fantastic: all quiet amidst nature, and yet quite close to popular spots! Loading facilities for electrical cars on site! The rooms are quite comfortable with some real space. The air conditioning was just more noisy than efficient, and the toilet had cold white lighting. Services were generally pretty good- somewhat inconsistent perhaps as regards the room.

We had reserved a table specifically to ensure a quiet spot, but we received impeccable service with exceptional attention to detail. The food was delicious, the service superb, and the little chocolate plaques commemorating our anniversary were a delightful surprise. It was our first time dining in this type of establishment, and we were charmed and touched. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and I wish you continued success and all the best.

01/07/2026: This was the best meal we had in Alsace. Found it by accident and what a great discovery. The food was cooked superbly especially the Bream. Also loved the Munster Cheese flambe. Great wines from the next door winery. The service was lovely especially when it started to rain and we were sitting outside. They quickly found tables inside for us upstairs. Highly, highly recommend
