12/06/2026: Food was excellent, great products used and a lovely journey. I had the 8 course, with a couple of wine pairings. Service however was something I wasn’t expecting to be this neglectful. I arrived alone and chose this restaurant because of the amazing recommendation in the michelin website. I travelled alone for my birthday which I mentioned and while sitting alone I just got quick information on the dishes and that’s that. Which is fine when it’s busy, but I’ve been blessed to go to similar restaurants and star restaurants and there you always get more attention. When the two last rounds came I wanted some extra wine but they were gone before I could ask. And after my last course it took them over 20 minutes to notice me asking for the bill. I am a bit frustrated, and I somewhere hoped that there was a little birthday congratulation. But no. To me I felt not happy when leaving, which is a huge difference with the amazing food.

29/05/2026: Passing through Colmar, we discovered this was one of the best tarte flambée restaurants. We loved the experience and received a very warm welcome. We're vegetarians, and there was no problem ordering tarte flambée without bacon; they were excellent (and some of the recipes are very original!). The sweet tarte flambée with apple and spiced streusel was also delicious! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back if we have the chance! :) Reservations are recommended, as the place is a bit small!

18/05/2026: A wonderful and enjoyable experience at Le 7e Continent. I highly recommend it. The service was impeccable, with young servers who demonstrated excellent professionalism. It was visually stunning and delicious to eat. The presentation was beautiful, and the dishes were pricey and seasonal.

11/06/2026: The best restaurant we visited in Alsace. Everything was fantastic: the food, the service, the ambiance. This is hospitality at its finest. Hopefully, we'll be back in the region soon to experience this explosion of flavors again. Very good value for money, especially considering our Swiss standards. Thank you so much.

02/06/2026: Really nice experience at this restaurant since the change of ownership. The place feels a bit more modern and welcoming now. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was very good overall. You can tell they’re working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and putting more care into the presentation. Overall, a solid spot in Alsace and definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

11/05/2026: A very nice hotel, with ongoing renovations to expand the spa, which should further enhance its quality. The room we stayed in was pleasant, with very comfortable bedding. My only complaint about this hotel is the price of the extras: a small bottle of water is offered, sourced from the Essonne department (91)... while we are right next to the Lisbeth spring, where a small bottle costs €4.50, despite the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, the prices at the lounge bar are also outrageous. But overall, it's a beautiful place in a magnificent region.

11/05/2026: Having been regular visitors for the past two years, we were surprised to find a lack of quality in the aperitif offerings at the lounge bar, which have been drastically reduced to the bare minimum, and also a reduction in breakfast options. However, we appreciated being upgraded on our last visit.

15/06/2026: Delicious ham hock. It was cooked perfectly. The dining room was a bit dark during evening service. The lighting needs improvement. The staff were friendly.

10/06/2026: A true gem! Le Sot l’y Laisse is a restaurant that more than lives up to its reputation. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is impeccable: attentive, professional, and always offering helpful advice. On the plate, everything is perfectly executed. The dishes are refined, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every bite testifies to the chef's expertise and attention to detail. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the presentation is exquisite. The setting is pleasant, the atmosphere relaxed, and the overall experience a resounding success. It's rare to find a restaurant where the welcome, service, and cuisine are all at this level of excellence. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend. I can't wait to return and discover other specialties on the menu!

14/06/2026: Second visit and our initial enthusiasm is confirmed! A short but very well-thought-out menu, flavorful dishes with truly successful flavor combinations. Everything is delicious, well-executed, and bursting with flavor. The terrace is lovely, and the value for money is excellent. A place we adore and will gladly return to!

08/06/2026: We had the five-course menu. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. The portions weren't too large, so you could really savor every bite. Everything was also beautifully presented. 17/05/2026: waiter and waitress were super polite and friendly. food was awesome and ok regarding prices. it was very loud from time to time...not really a noise-breaking element in the room. Ambiente was a little weird, interior could use an improvement, it looks more like a shisha bar than a high class restaurant...but that depends on the taste of the visitor

07/06/2026: We visited Chez Kuna restaurant on June 5th with my wife and our three children. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Everything was delicious – the meat, the salad, and the fries were excellent. We especially want to commend the very friendly, attentive, and courteous staff. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. If I had to rate this restaurant on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it 12! Our whole family was delighted. If we return to Colmar, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

02/06/2026: Hello, I went to this restaurant for the first time for Mother's Day and I have nothing but positive things to say. The service was top-notch 👌🏼, the staff incredibly friendly, and the meal was generous and delicious. Thank you so much! (I just have one small comment: we were a party of five—four adults and one child—and we ordered the children's menu. It was very well presented on a large plate, with two mixed dishes and a chef's special, all served on the same plate. I had to ask what it was because I thought a dish was missing.) But otherwise, it was very good, and I will definitely be back 😊. I highly recommend it!
